Ayno (10/5): Loved it! - It was very clean and nice, very comfortable. The staff helped me because i couldn't open the key locker and put new lights in the house, the shower was nice, and the kitchen and washing machine was nice too. The location was very good right beside the train station and in front two supermarkets and lots of coffee shops and restaurants! The sofa was a little uncomfortable to sleep in, my father slept on the sofa and his back hurt, it was very hot too even though we used the fan and the windows were opened, but nothing really bad.

Hanna (1/5): Bad - It was a good location all around The state of the apartment was unacceptable. It was dirty (I have proof), the hob was not working and there was no reaction after messaging the owner. Now after two days since I checked out I get the complaint that I overstayed (which is not possible because I'm in Germany since Monday, again I have proof) and that we stole. It's not my responsibility that they collect the keys from a key box that is outside on public street two days after check out. I don't even know if they change the pin between guests. I'm totally pissed and hope this owner is banned from this site, because it just screams scam in my eyes.

William (5/5): Passable - Area was ideal for my needs visiting family. Difficult communication with owners regarding exact door number for the address. Said they would tell me the day I arrived. I new the street where it was knowing the area but wanted the exact number in advance of arrival.Slight difficulty in opening lock on front door (fiddly to turn,had to keep moving it about). Immediately on entry had to lift suitcases over a child's pram /buggy blocking the hallway (suspect fire escape hazard). First landing similar hazard with 2 children's bicycles. Not very handy for a 72 year old with multiple cases and bags.Inside flat was quite tidy except for empty bottle/bottles (I think it was empty didn't check) on the top of the kitchen cupboards. Loose fitting kitchen drawer came off on opening. Toilet door awkward to keep closed. It opens directly opposite the cooker.The premises fulfilled my needs for the short time there. Premises need looking at for the price Especially the access on the hallway and stairs.

Thompson (6/5): Did not sleep very well because of all the noise - Was not informed about the two flights stairs also is coming in the front door. There was a child pram could not get past with Suitcases halfway up the stairs was children’s bikes on the first staircase open the fridge and it smelt awful. it was very noisy during the night people shouting and screaming cars screeching past
Lynette (8/5): Apart from the noise, my stay was relaxing and comfortable - The flat was very comfortable, easy access to shops and restaurants. The host is very thoughtful and provided soap powder and conditioner The neighbour downstairs is inconsiderate and leaves bikes and pushchairs in an already narrow corridor. I understand children have to play but the noise level is relentless and loud. The children are constantly running up and down.
