• Stéphanie (8/5): Idéalement situé, calme et bien équipé - Idéalement situé, à deux rues du métro, l'appartement est facile d'accès et dans un quartier très calme. Les trois chambres sont spacieuses, la literie est ferme et confortable. On apprécie le confort général de l'appartement, notamment les équipements (WiFi, lave-vaisselle, lave linge, four, micro-ondes...). La carte des transports mise à disposition, sur laquelle il y a juste à recharger (facilement en station) est un vrai plus ! Enfin on a apprécié la place de parking afin de rester tranquillement stationné pendant notre séjour, même si l'accès (en entrant et en sortant) demande beaucoup de manœuvres. Mais la voiture est vraiment en sécurité. Merci à Monica pour son accueil chaleureux et le temps passé au check-in à bien tout nous expliquer. On a regretté l'absence de verres à vin. Attention au gabarit de votre voiture pour la place de stationnement : j'avais un équivalent Scenic qui a demandé beaucoup de manœuvres, avec un gros SUV ça ne passerait peut-être pas

C est pitoyable d’avoir ce type de voisins irrespectueux La propriétaire n y est pour rien et et tres tres agreable… mais les voisins…

• Eruma2018 (10/5): Apartamento 100% recomendable - El apartamento está como nuevo y muy bien equipado, no falta detalle, tal como se muestra en las fotos (no como otros sitios que cuando vas no tiene nada que ver con la realidad). La anfitriona fue muy atenta y agradable, nos enseñó como iba todo cuando llegamos, nos dio las llaves, nos acompañó al parquing., y hasta nos dió informació turística. Muy recomendable para ir en familia y amigos. Está a 4 minutos del metro y a dos paradas del centro, en un barrio muy tranquilo. Sin duda, si volvemos a Bilbao lo volveremos a tener en cuenta. Nada, todo estaba perfecto!

• Caroline (9/5): Great apartment - Beautiful well-equipped apartment. Monica was a very responsive and helpful host. Great size with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sweet location an easy metro ride into the city. Generously included metro card (don't load too much money on card as the ride is fairly cheap). Parking was difficult to access in a large car (due to age of apartment). Also, couldn't work out how to open shutters so it was very dark in daylight.
• Sally (8/5): Bright, modern apartment close to town - The apartment was clean, bright and modern inside with three good sized bedrooms. There was an oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. It was on the ground floor, and felt safe and secure. Easy walk to the metro, two stops from the old town - or a 20-30 minute walk. Communication was good and no problem picking up the keys a little earlier than we had estimated. Helpful information from the host, including use of travel card we could put money onto for the metro. A dish rack with tray would have been good for when we didn't need to use the dishwasher. Also, a clothes horse for washing would have helped.
