- Rigo (9/5): Very nice and clean property. Would stay there again. - Beautiful estate. Very clean. Bedrooms are very nice, spacious and well laid out. Attentive and friendly staff. Had to pay at the property, management wanted to charge a different rate when we got there as they insisted that we pay the IVA. Issue was resolved quickly. The hot water was turned on when we got there but shutdown overnight. Had to take a cold shower but again, it was resolved as we made them aware.

- Bedoya (3/5): Decepcionado - Las.instalaciones son bonitas No se respetó la reserva que hice por este medio, me.dieron la habitacion que quisieron, muy limitado el tema de los alimentos pues se hicieron varias solicitudes de comida que estaba en la carta pero no había disponibilidad, el desayuno igual estaba bueno pero pedimos huevos pericos y dijeron que ya no habia y fue a las 8:30am, el aseo por las piscinas no fue bueno habían envases de. Cerveza que estaban allí desde el.dia anterior, otro tema fue que por el tema que reclame de la habitación me dijeron que me daban 140.000 consumible y pues si no completaba me.darian el efectivo oh sorpresa mi consumo fue exactamente de 140.000 y según las cuentas el consumo fue mucho menor. Muy limitada la.cocina.

- Jorge (1/5): - El lugar es bonito Todo no me gustó, primero al acostarnos y levantar el edredón nos encontramos unas medias sucias, es decir el aseo no es malo, es pésimo. Segundo el desayuno es demasiado limitado, la presentación personal de los que atienden deja mucho que decir, el celador es el que hace el desayuno y tambien abre la puerta y atiende en recepción, es decir un sitio cero recomendable. Demasiado improvisado todo,y la atención la verdad, raro porque si algo tenemos los colombianos es amabilidad, de eso brillo por su ausencia. La entrada al ser como a 5 km de la vía principal, es destapada y demasiado oscura. Definitivamente una muy mala elección ,por 600 la noche creo que se consigue algo mucho mejor.

El señor cuando llegue es el más amable y disponible que he conocido. Bueno aquí quiero recalcar que las personas tienen las ganas pero quizás la forma en que tienen organizado todo no es el mejor ! En todo hotel que he ido no me cobran IVA ni nada solo lo que refleja Booking porque al ser extranjera no pago IVA ni nada pues con ellos me tocó explicarles y sin embargo pague cargos no se de que! la habitación que había visto era en un segundo piso me la dieron en un primero pedí la del segundo piso que era IGUAL una cama doble una chiquita un baño un balcón igual idéntica solo cambia el piso tuve que pagar 80.000 pesos de más por algo igual solo que en el segundo piso! Recalcamos que estaban vacíos solo tenían una reserva más de 5 personas que ya estaban acomodadas. Cuando llegue había un señor al cabo de dos horas había otro que no sabía de su existencia solo supe cuando quise pedir unas cervezas.la manera en la que llevan las cuentas es totalmente errónea pues se verifico que si llegan los huéspedes todos a tiempo y piden todos al mismo tiempo el señor queda confundido y te anota cosas que no consumiste a la cuenta! Y mantienen las tapas de las botellas para verificar que sea cierto y es bien pero lo no cierto es donde apuntan las cosas ! Porque yo tuve 4 cervezas anotadas de más insistían en que si que yo la tomé pero imposible somos 3 personas cada una tomo dos cervezas y como el 3 que toma diferente va a tomarse 6 solo? la comida tienen una carta gigante pero cuando vas a pedir te mandan el mensaje que solo tienen "pechuga de pollo con papas a 35mil o perros calientes. Los precios se ven en la carta ,La comida la pedimos a las 20:30 comimos casi a las 22:00 3 pechugas con papas y como tenía pocas papas porque era domingo y no esperaban la reserva pues me agrego 3 tomates y un platanito, pero si staba rico.
