• Monica (10/5): - Un apartamento precioso, muy cuidado y cómodo. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de comercios, restaurantes y a pocos metros del tranvía, lo que facilita mucho moverse por la ciudad. Todo estaba muy limpio y bien preparado para la estancia. Sin duda, una opción totalmente recomendable.Recomendable 100 × 100! Repetiré sin duda. 😊
• Roberto (10/5): Appartamento confortevole e in ottima posizione - L’appartamento è in ottima posizione. È pulito e dispone di lavatrice e asciugatrice che viste le giornate piovose è stata utilissima. La camera è gigante con un grande armadio. Il letto è molto comodo. Marina e il proprietario sono stati molto disponibili. Non abbiamo avuto nessun problema.

• Diana (5/5): Ok stay - basic, not very clean, host not helpful - Good location, right in the centre of La Laguna The bedding was very soft There is a lift for bags It did not look like the apartment had been cleaned since the last person stayed - there were hairs in the bathroom sink and in the shower, the kitchen sink was dirty The apartment was very basic, for example there is no side lamp next to the bed The shower was broken - there was no holder for the shower which makes it very difficult to wash your hair as you have to hold the shower head There is no heating or Aircon (the temperature was ok for us but if it was colder then we would have been cold) If you want to go out of La Laguna, there are buses but they are very unreliable, which made getting around very difficult. The taxis are also very difficult to book (there is one taxi company which was great, but the taxis are expensive). If you want to travel around, I recommend a car I asked the host for help with booking a taxi and she was not very helpful - she only sent screenshots of taxis when she googled "taxi in la Laguna", it was impossible to book with the taxi companies she recommended as we did not speak fluent Spanish, and I asked her twice if she could please book us a taxi (for our flight home) as we were struggling and she did not!! So I don't recommend the host.

• Annalisa (2/5): Tenerife è bellissima, ci tornerò ma non in questo appartamento - La posizione era buona, molto vicino il centro città. L'appartamento era molto sporco, c'erano peli lunghi e neri ovunque, insetti in cucina e in bagno e mancavano i prodotti per la pulizia, che abbiamo dovuto comprare, insieme alla carta igienica. Mancavano anche utensili da cucina come lo scolapasta e l'insalatiera, e le pentole erano gravemente danneggiate e sporche. L'appartamento non ha l'aria condizionata, perché è esposto alla luce diretta del sole tutto il giorno, e le tende devono essere tenute chiuse.Il bagno molto piccolo, la doccia e il lavabo piccolissimi.Non c'era nessuna colazione.

• EVA (5/5): No repetiremos. - Quien no respeta el tiempo de un cliente no respeta al cliente. Checking muy tarde a partir de las,16.00. No cumplieron la hora de entrega de la llave.Nos hicieron esperar 45 minutos en la calle con bastante calor para recoger las llaves y por eso llegamos bastante tarde al evento para el que fuimos.

• György Emese (10/5): Extra helpful host (Noemi), excellent location. - Noemi was fantastic. Extremely nice, friendly, going out of her way so we have a good time. Location is excellent, at the edge of downtown, ~500 m from the basilica. Very difficult to find parking. Noisy neighborhood, but it is natural in an area where there are many bars.
