• Emma (9/5): Charming spacious room with cute decor - So charming! The décor, furniture and mosaic floors are beautiful. This spacious room has all that you need including a mini fridge. Great location, close to the train station and easy enough to get around. Plenty of great restaurants in the area. Really quiet room too and helpful and pleasant host. Comfortable bed too. The bathroom didn't have great ventilation, and the toilet is a tight squeeze. Italian plumbing, it does its best. Can't complain much, this place was great.

• Arianna (8/5): Nicht perfekt aber wir kommen wieder! - Es gab ein paar Punkte die uns nicht gefallen haben, aber die positiven Punkte überwiegen hier deutlich und wir kommen gerne wieder! Hier die positiven Punkte: 1. Die Lage ist Perfekt! 2. Der Service bzw. Der Kontakt mit Nando ist auch Perfekt! Er steht durchgehend zur Verfügung und antwortet sehr schnell. Wir hatten Probleme mit unserer Tür und er hat sofort geholfen und Lösungen ermöglicht. 3. Die Unterkunft war groß und sauber. Wir waren 5 Tage dort und haben nur 1x putzen lassen, das hat uns gelangt. Wir haben ein extra Handtuch auf Nachfrage mehr bekommen. 4. man konnte das Fenster komplett öffnen, das hat uns sehr gefallen. Obwohl die Lage so zentral ist war es nachts sehr ruhig. Wir haben mit Fenster offen geschlafen. Die Klima haben wir kein einziges Mal angehabt, da wir frische Luft bevorzugen. 5. Der Selbst-Check-in und Check-Out hat auch ohne Probleme funktioniert. Man muss in den ersten Stock und dann durch zwei Türen um dann in einen „Vorraum“ zu kommen, wo man seinen Schlüssel und dann die Zimmer findet. Die ganzen Codes und die genaue Beschreibung wird rechtzeitig kommuniziert und ist echt einfach. Es gab ein paar Punkte die uns nicht gefallen haben, aber die positiven Punkte überwiegen hier deutlich und wir kommen gerne wieder! Hier die negativen Punkte: 1. Wir fanden das Bett leider nicht so bequem. Die Matratze war etwas durchgelegen und das Bett hat bei jeder Bewegung geknarzt/gequietscht und wir sind auch davon nachts wach geworden ~ Wir haben genug Zeit gehabt und uns mittags dann meistens nochmal hingelegt, deswegen ging es. 2. der Toilettenbereich ist sehr eng, der Unterschrank vom Waschbecken ist sehr groß und man kann deshalb nicht gut „gerade“ auf der Toilette sitzen. 3. das Wasser wurde schnell kalt, wir konnten nicht hintereinander duschen ABER wir hatten es erst am Ende kommuniziert, Nando hätte uns das warme Wasser mehr aufgedreht, also kommuniziert es gerne mit ihm sofort, er ist total hilfsbereit ~ den „warmen Wasserstrahl“ von Bidet fanden wir auch schwach aber ich denke das wäre damit auch gelöst worden, wenn das Warmwasser mehr aufgedreht gewesen wäre.

La habitación estaba muy bien: limpia, espaciosa, con camas cómodas y muy bien aislada del ruido, por lo que descansamos muy bien durante toda la estancia. Además, tenía detalles prácticos que se agradecen, como ventilador y una pequeña nevera. También está en una ubicación muy céntrica, lo que hace que sea una opción todavía mejor para alojarse en Nápoles. Queremos destacar especialmente a Nando, que fue muy atento y amable en todo momento. Desde el primer día estuvo pendiente de que todo fuese bien, nos ayudó con recomendaciones y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier duda o necesidad que nos surgiera durante la estancia. Además, el último día nos ayudó a reservar el taxi al aeropuerto muy temprano por la mañana, algo que nos vino genial y que hizo todo mucho más fácil. En resumen, ha sido una estancia muy cómoda, con muy buen trato y un anfitrión excelente. Sin duda, es de las mejores opciones para alojarse en Nápoles.

The location is excellent, perfect for exploring the city and reaching many attractions on foot. The place was very clean and equipped with all the necessary comforts, making the stay extremely pleasant. The room was even more spacious than it appeared in the photos, which was a lovely surprise. The host was very kind, helpful, and communicative throughout the entire stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay in Naples. Nothing.

Nando è l'host perfetto, presente ma non invadente. La stanza dove abbiamo alloggiato era accogliente, pulitissima, silenziosa e con tutti i confort di cui si potesse aver bisogno. La posizione perfetta per trovarsi immersi in un attimo nella coinvolgente atmosfera di Spaccanapoli e del centro storico ma anche vicinissima a metro e fermate bus. Siamo stati davvero bene. .

• Nithin (10/5): Wonderful stay in Naples - The room was spacious and very clean with plenty of facilities. The bathroom was clean with towels and toiletries. Nando was great at keeping in contact and providing instructions for check-in and check-out with plenty of time and answering any queries. The accomodation was easy to find. It was well situated, a 5 minute walk from Duomo metro station and less than 5 minutes to get into the historic centre. They offered luggage storage so we could continue to explore before checking in and after checking out, which was very helpful! Toilet is situated in the corner of bathroom and is a bit of a tight squeeze - this was fine for us, but could imagine it's tricky if you're taller.

Also the bathroom, it was modern and filled with shower gel. In the room there was plenty space for luggage - tables, chair, hangers, bedside tables. We used the AC for heating up the room. Accessing the accomodation was easy and had multiple locks - good security. Good location - lot of bars, restaurants, caffees, markets around + metro station only few minutes from the B&B. The only downside for us was very little leg space while sitting on a toilet - the cabinet with a sink was very close to the toilet.

La posizione in via Duomo è davvero strategica: in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono alcuni dei principali luoghi storici della città, rendendo gli spostamenti semplici e piacevoli. La struttura è molto pulita. Un valore aggiunto è sicuramente la gentilezza, la disponibilità e la facilità di comunicazione con lo staff. • Martina (10/5): Great value for money, beautiful room, excellent service - Good location - 20 minutes by foot to the Garibaldi train station, and even less to the port where the ferry takes off for the islands (Calata Porta di Massa). The room was situated into an atrium - no sounds from the street. There was a TV with Netflix and a fully functioning airconditioning (even for heating), so we weren't cold in the room even when the outside temperatures at night dropped. Also the water in the shower was hot, which was great. The cleaning was done every day, both room and bathroom were spotless. There was always coffee and tee available in the common area. The street right above the building is basically the beginning of the "Heart of Napoli" street, where a lot of small shops and famous / traditional restaurants and bakeries are, but still far enough from the city centre that the prices are good. Many good restaurants in the neighbourhood as well. We were allowed to leave our baggage in the common area for the last day between checking out of the room and leaving for the airport, which made our last day in Naples very easy and enjoyable. The streets seem kind of darker at night, the neighbourhood isn't the nicest during night if you are returning late in the evening from the train station, but everything was OK afterall. The room could be improved - there was only one chair. For a room for 2 people, I would suggest adding a second chair into the room.
