- Melanie (1/5): Verkeerde start, maar dramatisch einde... - Vooraf een mail ontvangen met routebeschrijving. De "receptie" (kantoortje met drie tafels en laptops voor de medewerkers" zit wat achterin een halletje. Er stond gelukkig een bord buiten. Verder was het appartement zelf ruim, maar daar is ook alles mee gezegd... Bij aankomst een appartement op de vierde verdieping gekregen. Lift bleek kapot te zijn dus alle bagage naar boven gesleept via de smalle trap. In het appartement zelf bleek dat de schoonmaak niet was geweest. Vies beddengoed lag nog op de bedden en de kruimels lagen nog op de tafel. Een appje gestuurd en binnen 10 minuten reactie dat er een medewerker onderweg was. Die was er ongeveer 15 minuten daarna en heeft me een ander appartement gegeven op de zesde verdieping. Dus nog maar twee verdiepingen omhoog met de koffer. In dit appartement was de deurklink van het toilet los, deze viel meteen op de grond toen in de deur wou openen. Maar het ergste van alles was dat ik 's avonds na een concert terug kwam en het hele gebouw niet in kon! De sleutel die ik had gekregen werkte dus niet op de voordeur van het gebouw. Twee keer geprobeerd te bellen, maar om 23:00 uur is er niemand meer die opneemt. Gelukkig kwamen er andere bewoners uit het gebouw aan die ook naar binnen gingen en zij hebben me binnen gelaten, anders had ik de hele nacht buiten gestaan... Ik had het geboekt omdat het voordeliger was dan een hotel, maar doe dit nooit weer.

- Taharamazan (8/5): Goed - De locatie, prijs en ruimte. Het appartement was vuil maar ze hebben me wel een nieuw kamer aangeboden.
- Dorien (6/5): Redelijk - Goede service, ik vroeg om poets materiaal en een uurtje later stond het aan de deur De lift stuk bij aankomst een nachtmerrie als je met een loodzware koffer de trap tot de 6e verdieping moet doen met rugklachten. En ook levensgevaarlijk. Daarvoor gebeld een dag later werd ze hersteld. Maar enkele dagen later weer een defecte lift. In het appartement naast me zat een enorm lawaaierige bende die van zaterdag tot zondagmiddag zwaar hebben gefeest met ramen open. Alsook de vreselijke wietgeur kwam tot in mijn appartement vanonder de deur in de gang.
- Luce (8/5): Leuk groot centraal gelegen appartement met een dynamisch uitzicht! - Het was een zeer aangename grote ruimte en een goede douche. Door de centrale plaats waar het appartement zich bevind zijn er veel eetgelegenheden waar je terecht kan, maar het appartement biedt voldoende mogelijkheid om zelf in comfort een heerlijke maaltijd klaar te maken en/ of savonds te genieten van het uitzicht met bijvoorbeeld een kop chocolademelk! Het is jammer als je veel bagage bij je hebt, de lift defect is en je een appartement hebt op een van de bovenste etages. Gelukkig was dit snel opgelost.

- mohamed (1/5): - Je suis resté sur place 2 jours jai du louer un autre hébergement sur airbnb car celui si ces est au 6 ieme étage assenceur en pagne jai du ajouter 50 euro car un amie est venue juste rendre visite déçu 😞 jai demander de annulé les 2 jours qu'il rester là on m'a répondu non ces nn remboursable

- Ton (3/5): - Goed locatie vlakbij centraal station 300m .uitzicht keuken douche modern ruim. Adriaan goedkooplaan 100m2 voor weinig geld Minpuntjes de lift was niet goed. Oud antieke verwaarloost oude goudlift zat op 4e etage zonder knop . Lift stuk dus 4 hoog net zware koffer tillen. Drugsafval in de lift schacht. En kleine rotzooi . Appartement vloer kraakhelder kraakt. Avond slapen last van bedwantsen. Dus dlaap ik op de bank. Geen frisse lucht kunnen slapen . Denk om de buren . Ik krijg jeuk op mijn rug. Harde bed last van de rug pats. Bij slaapkamer te dicht bij de buren. nachts kan minder goed slapen door luid pratende hot jongeren veel praten op terras. boven .geluidsoverlast gasten boven. bierdronka biertje drinken om lawaai maken mij niet prettig . Helaas beneden is leegstand winkel kans op krakers. Het is een achterstandswijk Seefhoek met een vervallen gebouw. Buurt is niet veilig kans op drugs verkooppunt geutteur in de buurt . Ik had een drugshuis kunnen kopen voor 50.000 euro voor 70m2 zonder hypotheek belanden in een probleemwijk terecht. Te mooi om waar te zijn. Waardeloos gebouw .last van rondzwervende junkies bij leegstaande winkel.

- Thijs (8/5): Al met al prima goedkoop verblijf voor een weekendje met vrienden - Toen we aankwamen bij het appartement dachten we dat we er in waren getrapt, maar van binnen was het een heel leuk appartement. De wijk is niet de mooiste, maar wel goed gelegen. Sommige bedden waren waren wel vies. Geen beesten, maar wel gore vlekken en het matras en kleine vlekjes op het hoeslaken.

- Séverine (7/5): - Emplacement assez central, bien desservi par les transports. Appartement propre et spacieux, avec de nombreux lits si on accepte de dormir dans la même chambre. Le wifi ne va pas jusque dans les chambres. Locataires autour très bruyants (musique et parlent fort jusque tard). Ascenseur non appelable depuis l'étage auquel nous étions, ce qui peut être compliqué pour les personnes avec des difficultés pour se déplacer ou des grosses valises. Un sèche-cheveux serait utile.

- Anastasiia (1/5): - Hello, I would like to report an unpleasant situation that occurred during my stay. I accidentally left my wallet in the apartment. When I informed the administrator, he said he would check with the cleaning staff. Later, he confirmed that the wallet had been found. However, when we came to pick it up, we discovered that the money that was inside (€200) was missing. This situation is very upsetting.

- Alsastras (1/5): AWFUL! - DON'T GO ! BED BUGS EVERYWHERE ! I could not sleep! That's why the appartment is cheap... There are many beds but ALL have bed bugs. I got biten everywhere, it was awful! I had to sleep on the couch! And...I did not get my money back! The manager never answered to my complaints! Moreover, one can see that an investor made this flat, very quickly: stains on the floor and on the walls, dirt hidden on the balcony (looks awful!) and in the cupboard... DON'T GO!
- Jolanta (1/5): Bouwval. - Prima locatie. Alles is dichtbij: Albert Heijn om de hoek, Centraal Station is dichtbij, het Centrum met winkels op een loopafstand. Er zijn veel attracties in de buurt: Chocolade Nation, Dierentuin etc. Locatie zelf is heel vies, onhygiënisch, er zijn bedwantsen aanwezig, WiFi doet het alleen maar in de keuken en woonkamer (WiFi versterker is nodig maar niet aanwezig), handdoeken waren er niet (ik moest het kantoor bellen en erom vragen) , elektrische kookplaat doet het niet. Voortdurend last van de buren (mensen van de Afrikaanse afkomst) die veel lawaai maakten (ook in de nacht) en heel vaak op onze deur klopten). Gewoon zomaar, zonder reden. For fun😡. Hard krakende vloer. Lift doet het niet. En toen we aankwamen liepen we in het donker naar de derde verdieping want lampen in de hal deden het niet (pas na 3 dagen was dit probleem opgelost). In de hal gebruikten we dus een zaklamp...verder vieze, kapote banken in de woonkamer en een dikke laag stof op alle meubels. Dit appartement is een nachtmerrie.
- Evenelo (1/5): Disgusting🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 - Wasted €998.04 for an apartment that wasn't even cleaned after the last guest, the bathroom was so dirty with hairs in the lavabo so gross🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 Beds were broken, apartment looks like a drug/trap house from the outside, toilet was so small that you can't even sit on it freely. Noise from the street was so terrible, flies and mosquitoes was so much that we had to go buy a mosquito repellent to spray the apartment. Total experience was so bad that the building needs to be condemned and the people in charge are plain criminals looking for any means to rob you dry😡😡😡😡😡😡 Not recommended to anybody and things like this might make bookings.com unreliable and not trustworthy so please take them off your site or better still, go check out the building😬😬😬😬😬😬😬

- Diana (5/5): Passable - The only good thing was the location. The street is full of bars and some strange men. But the guy at reception, where I picked up the keys, was very kind and polite—he does his job well. First of all, the photos on the website don’t match the reality. This apartment might be okay for a group of students who don’t care much about comfort or extra things. The place wasn’t very clean, especially the bathroom. I only had a tiny face towel, placed on the sink, with no place to hang it. The couches in the living room were very dirty—at least a blanket should be put over them. There were cigarette butts near the windows, inside the apartment. The doors were very old, the building was dirty, and it had a bad smell. Overall, the atmosphere was unpleasant, especially for someone staying alone. I’m really disappointed. For the same money, I could’ve found a much better place. I chose it because the pictures looked okay and I wanted to be close to the train stration.

- Izabela (10/5): Exceptional - I don't know what's going on with this cleaning here but it seems to me that if there were cleaning companies here it would be really great the ladies who clean here really don't clean it's a total mess you can stick to the floor or at least in this apartment where I'm staying at the moment it ruined the sofas in the living room the sink is clogged you stick to everything the curtains are torn so there's a lot to list I think that if the owner paid more attention to cleanliness and care for the furniture, which is in a tearful state, everything would be fine. What they like the most is the very nice service, the guys who give out the keys are really great

- Abrhbruno (10/5): Great place to rest and enjoy - It's very large, as the name says. So much space in the rooms, large kitchen. The bathroom is new and organized. The location is good, close to the train station and relatively close to the historical center.

- Ettaouass (1/5): It was good, but they need to work on the things I mentioned before. They need to be a bit flexible. - The location was good and the apartment was very spacious. The elevator of the building was too scary for me to take as a claustrophobic person. Plus I felt every time I took it that I might get stuck and die. It was very stressful. The apartment was way too old, doors, beds, almost everything felt old. One more thing I didn’t like is the rules, too many rules and I couldn’t have my friend joining me at home. I wasn’t local, I wanted to receive a friend but the rules made it impossible.

- Malina (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very big and most of the furniture is new. We really enjoyed that we had plenty of space. It felt cozy and like home. The area around the apartment . We missed some closets in the rooms.
- Kate (1/5): Stay away!!! - Location This apartment is nothing like the advertised apartment we booked, we were very disappointed!! The sofas are disgusting, the curtain rail is hanging off the ceiling, the bathroom is dirty, the bedding doesn't even match and there are dirty footprints on the floor in the bedroom.the entryway is very dirty there are cobwebs everywhere. More than anything the toilet doesn't lock and the shower room door doesn't close.... we were two families staying together with children so that was a nightmare!!!! We contacted the local agent who we got the keys off on the WhatsApp number provided and they didn't even respond. I have included pictures of the sofa close up, living area, inside of the entrance to the building and the bathroom lock but I could have made a catalogue... Horrific! Awful awful awful - avoid!!!!
- Geoffrey (5/5): great location but if you are large or tall using the toilet might be a problem - no breakfast The toilet room was too small - very hard to bend down to sit on the seat. The shower head was split open and water just poured out. Not as many beds as advertised. dining chairs broken. Couches in living area dirty and looked like they were going to fall apart. Long walk to pick up keys. Need to have cash to pay the city tax.
- Ioanna (3/5): Not as advertised, wouldn't recommend. - The location was very good, right next to the central train station. The condition of the apartment was very poor. The WC was tiny, there were spider webs all over the walls, the flooring was too loud and full of stains, the doors were squeaking and wouldn't close properly (one glass on the main bedroom's door was broken in half), the walls were stained, the sofas were ripped off and had holes in them, the mattresses and the pillows were yellow from the stains, the entrance was full of garbage, the elevator wouldn't work on all floors, there were dirty bedding, towels, linen and trash thrown on the stairs.
- Sunil (6/5): Location is great but apartment is not up to mark - The location is near to central station To get the key you have to walk to another location and it took us 30 mins to get the key as there was a long queue. The apartment itself is big but there was no locks for toilets and bathrooms the toilet itself is very small.
- Nouhaila (3/5): Poor - The keys fell into this hole which is directly under the door and is not covered to avoid such accidents, when I called they asked for 74€ to get the keys out or give me another one which is unacceptable and a direct scam, this is not to mention the wifi which does not reach the rooms you can only pick it up in the living room, and many other problems....
