Walking distance to Pacific Fair, Broadbeach restaurants and cafes. The apartment was clean, cosy and well equipped for any cooking needs. I don’t think the laundry detergent sheets were very good.

Noisy .... mainly due to apartment being on 3rd floor close to street level street is like a raceway. But got used to the noise bring ear plugs.

• Melissa (10/5): 10 out of 10 from me. The hosts really go the extra mile for their guests! - This apartment has a peaceful, welcoming ambience from the moment you walk in the door. Unlike many apartments, it has been tastefully decorated with quality furnishings, warm lighting and everything possible to make your stay comfortable. The presentation is 5 star and there is plenty of room. Very close to everything in walking distance. I travelled alone but this would be a perfect romantic getaway for a couple. The host was very helpful and easy to contact, should the need arise. I can’t fault this accommodation - a home away from home!

Not having the name of the complex made it difficult to find- I’d like to suggest letting people know the name of the complex along with the access information- it would have made our arrival much less stressful .

The layout was spacious and functional, and the natural light made it feel very inviting. The location is also a big plus. I really liked the modern design and the open layout. • Nova (9/5): Perfect Location, view of the Star!!! - The one bedroom unit, had all the creature comforts (tea/coffee, salt and pepper, oil- all the little things you need to start your stay.). Perfectly sized for a weekend get away or extended stay for a couple. Location is magnificent, within walking distance to everything you could possibly need including restaurants, day spa, bars, woolies, boutique shopping. Pacific Fair and the casino a 5 minute stroll. A minor issue with the balcony lock, contacted the owner who will have it repaired. The dryer sounds like a freight train. But otherwise, I can't fault this accommodation.

It was having a proximity to the nearest Ram station as well as bus stop All the electronic appliances in the kitchen and in the laundry area were all working very well . The bed mattresses the bed linen and the multiple pillows and cushions provided were of excellent quality , very clean + hygienic and odourless which was really impressive and appreciable on your part . No dental kit no shaving kit no daily milk sachet/ pack or milk powder provided which hampered the otherwise overall smooth and pleasureable experience of stay at your apartment. Both the LED TVs were not able to broadcast the live T20 World Cup going on in USA which was disappointing for me as was Australia and India are playing in the tournament and I was not able to watch any match....... Some staff should have come and guided us regarding the uses of TV or surfing the channels or maybe switching over the connections and Wi-Fi settings. The balcony door lock was not functional which made it a bit unsafe and I think this should be rectified at the earliest .

• Melissa (9/5): Awesome apartment, with everything you need in a great location walking distance to everywhere - The location was great and the apartment itself was terrific. Had all the modern conveniences and little additional touches like coffee, tea and mild to get you started, toiletries, bath-robes, books and hats for those sunny days. The Road Noise was an issue for us light sleepers but not much that can be done - maybe provide some ear plugs.

Good shower pressure and bathroom well appointed with shampoo and conditioner and moisturiser. Umbrella was very much appreciated due to full day of rain! There we no streaming channels or just Netflix even as advertised. The bed cushions were rock hard and too high we had to buy cushions after the first night after bad sleep and sore necks!. Only one bin in whole apartment and small bottle/carton of milk in the fridge would have been nice had to go straight out to buy some. Towels and bed blanket bit cheap and thin

We walked to supermarket, shops, beach and restaurants *Tramline right on doorstep *Owners were very attentive to our needs and were always available if we needed *Bed was super comfy *Apartment looked better in real life and that's saying something because it looked gorgeous in the photos!
