Heerlijke ligging in rustiger en veilig deel net ten zuiden van de binnenstad/winkelgebied. Eigenlijk viel er weinig tegen. Misschien klein puntje, jammer dat er alleen koffie en geen thee was. En het tafelblad wiebelt een beetje. Als dat het is.

Eine sehr schlechte Referenz, wenn booking.com den Partner behält.

• Alihan (6/5): Clean apartment but serious plumbing issue - The apartment was well located and generally clean. The check-in process was relatively easy and communication remained polite throughout the stay. Unfortunately, there was a serious plumbing issue during my stay as the toilet became blocked. The situation caused significant inconvenience and stress, and I ultimately had to spend around 100 euros extra to make alternative arrangements. During the incident, I was initially told that I could face an additional charge of up to 500 euros and was asked to pay cash for the plumber, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Communication remained polite, but the overall handling of the issue was disappointing.
• DOROTA (6/5): Ze względu na lokalizację jestem zadowolona z pobytu. - Lokalizacja jest świetna, wejście do metra bardzo blisko budynku. Właściciel był bardzo miły i pozwolił nam zostawić dłużej auto na parkingu. Łóżko bardzo wygodne. Było dość ciemno, cześć oświetlenia nie działała. W mieszkaniu nie było żelazka, choć w opisie apartamentu była taka informacja. Mieszkanie wymaga już chyba remontu.

• Anja (8/5): Gerne wieder, perfekt für einen Städtetripe, wenn man nicht ins Hotel möchte. herzlichen Dank - Super Lage, direkt an der S-Bahn Station, Bequeme Betten, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Schlüsseltresor, Bäckerei grad um die Ecke. Sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Da wir beide Appartements im gleichen Stockwerk, war das für uns kein Problem. Fremde Personen gerade nebenan zu haben, stelle ich mir eher schwierig vor.

• Judith (9/5): Perfekte Lage, beim Komfort ist Luft nach oben - Die Lage des Apartments ist perfekt für Unternehmungen, es gibt viele gute Cafés in der Umgebung. Das Apartment ist angenehm groß, der Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit, es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Das Apartment ist an manchen Ecken schon etwas runtergewirtschaftet. Die Schlafcouch ist nichts für Menschen mit Rückenproblemen und der Raum lässt sich nicht verdunkeln. Man hört signifikant Geräusche der Nachbarn und der S-Bahn. Für uns war das kein größeres Problem, aber wer da empfindlich ist, leidet vermutlich etwas.
• Pascoletti (8/5): Sensationelle Lage. - Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet!! Alles was wir wollten war fußläufig Erreichbar. Landungsbrücken/ Europa-Passage/Speicherstadt. Definitiv empfehlenswert. Es sind maximal Kleinigkeiten die einen aber bei einem Appartement das nur zur Übernachtung reichen soll nicht erwähnenswert sind. Wir werden definitiv noch einmal buchen.

• Pauline (4/5): Überteuerte Unterkunft mit wenig Investition vom Inhaber / Datenschutzverstoß - Die Lage Der Aufenthalt entsprach leider in mehreren wesentlichen Punkten nicht der Beschreibung der Unterkunft. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Wohnung deutlich verschmutzt (Böden, Oberflächen und Badezimmer). Zusätzlich gab es bereits ab 08:00 Uhr starken Baulärm im bzw. direkt am Gebäude, wodurch ein ruhiger Aufenthalt kaum möglich war. Ein weiterer wichtiger Punkt: Das Schlafzimmer entsprach nicht den Bildern in der Anzeige. Mehrere auf den Fotos gezeigte Möbelstücke (u. a. Tisch, Stühle, Fernseher sowie eine Kommode im Flur) waren tatsächlich nicht vorhanden, sodass der Eindruck der Anzeige aus unserer Sicht irreführend war. Besonders problematisch empfanden wir außerdem eine Videoüberwachung ohne vorherige transparente Information in der Anzeige oder vor Ort. Für den Preis von über 400 € für zwei Nächte entspricht das Gesamtbild leider nicht den Erwartungen an eine Unterkunft dieser Kategorie. Wir haben den Vorfall gemeldet und hoffen, dass die genannten Punkte künftig transparent dargestellt und verbessert werden.

• Sophie (8/5): Studio confortable mais qui mériterait un rafraîchissement. Idéalement situé ! - Literie confortable, bien chauffé, l’hôte était facilement joignable et l’emplacement idéal. Le logement aurait demandé un coup de frais (peinture déco etc) un peu décevant comparé aux photos. C’était assez compliqué de prendre une douche vraiment chaude soit le chauffe eau devrait être changé soir juste des instructions plus précises sur des horaires ou autre.

• Susanne (6/5): Apartment in bester Lage - sollte man wirklich nur zum Übernachten nutzen. - Die Lage war sehr gut Bei Ankunft waren die Fenster sperrangelweit geöffnet. Es waren Minusgrade und die Heizung wurde nicht mehr warm. Wir haben gefroren. Aber dafür wurden uns 25€ Euro Parkgebühr für eine Nacht erlassen, das war sehr kulant.

• Luisa (10/5): Great experience - The apartment was cozy and clean. It is easy and fast to get there with the S-Bahn and is super close to Hamburg Landungsbrücken (around 15 minutes by foot and 2 by S-Bahn). Furthermore, the bed was a big plus for us as it was extremely comfortable. The host is easy to reach and very helpful and friendly. We’re gladly coming back again.

Der var beskidt, generelt nedslidt og gardinerne hang løst fra loftet og ikke sat fast. Jeg skrev flere gange til udlejer uden at få svar.

• Sergio (7/5): - La ubicación es excelente. Tienes posibilidad de aparcar en el alojamiento aunque con coste. El apartamento se encuentra bastante descuidado. No hay apenas menaje de cocina. La limpieza es bastante mejorable. No habían cambiado las sábanas de los anteriores inquilinos, aunque cuando lo dijimos nos las cambiaron rápidamente creo que es algo que no debería suceder en ningún tipo de alojamiento.

• Anne (8/5): - Sehr gute Lage zur Altstadt und zur Speicherstadt. Ruhig gelegen. Großes Wohnzimmer, Riesenfernseher, modern möbliert. Vermieter problemlos zu erreichen. Sehr freundlich und um Abhiljfe bemüht. Die moderne Küche hat bei der Ausstattung mit Utensilien noch Handlungsbedarf. Betriebsanleitung für die Kocheinheit wären mitunter hilfreich. Das Wasser in der Heizung rauscht Tag und Nacht.

• Christa (4/5): Lage sehr gut, aber hat mich nicht überzeugt. - Lage der Unterkunft war hervorragend. Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Wohnung ist für vier Personen ausgelegt. Das Bett für zwei gemütlich. Die ausziehbare Couch geht leider gar nicht. Wir waren zum Glück nur zu dritt. Auf der Couch durfte man nicht nicht bewegen. Schade war, dass man sich erkundiget hatte wie es so gefällt, aber auf meine Antwort kein Feedback kam. Leider wohl nur Standard Nachrichten.
• Emily (4/5): Would not recommend - The location is great, easily reachable from both the aiport and the central train station. Unfortunately the place was not clean, mold in corners, unkempt bathroom, dust; things that should be easy to fix. There were also issues with the plumbing which became apparent to us the day after we arrived. We were asked by the host to meddle with naked wire plugs to fix the toiler pump in the middle of the night. The shower drain was extensively clogged from previous stays which resulted in a complete overflow after a single use. We asked for a plumber to come fix it, instead we were contacted via Whatsapp by the host accusing us for causing this issue and to avoid using the bathroom altogether, a plumber never came, and we were forced to relocate to a nearby hotel and never received a refund for this. The host was hostile through messages and as we were two girls in our 20s staying there managing this felt unsafe. It was overall an extremely tiring and disappointing experience.

Temizlik zayıftı, yerler kirli koltuk kirli. Kılıfları çıkarılabilirdi ve makinede yıkanabilir. Mutfakda kahve makinesi vardı fakat kahve kapsülü 1 seferlik bırakılabilirdi. Havlu eksikti.

Wir sollten auch noch die Betten abziehen. Schild im Bad :gebrauchte Kondome, Drogen etc. nicht in d Der Toilette entsorgen.

• Kristin (7/5): - The room was very basic but comfortable - only a bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of tea and instant coffee with to-go cups. For Germany, the bed was comfortable. Enough towels were provided. The view of the courtyard was lovely. Check-in and out were easy, with no contact necessary. Wi-fi was reliable. Location was excellent- very close to the U-Bahn and lots of restaurants nearby. It was very cold and there were no instructions on how to use the heater. The host asked to be connected through WhatsApp (always a red flag for me) and then the WhatsApp link didn't work. I contacted him through the Bookings.com app but he did not respond after a few hours. Finally he responded when I added him as a WhatsApp contact, with instructions for the heat. He said the heat wasn't on when I arrived because it is expensive and did not apologize or acknowledge that perhaps it would have been good to heat the room before my arrival. Also the hot water for the shower lasted less than 10 minutes. When asked about late check out options, host dips not respond until the time of check-out. I bad to take out the task and step the sheets for check out. This was not the experience I was expecting, and I world not book this location again.
• Anke (9/5): Zentrale Lage, super für Kurztripp, unkomplizierter Check in. Empfehlenswert - Für ein Wochenende oder Kurztripp sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr zentral und alles ok. Parkplatz hat eine sehr enge Zufahrt und die Steckdosen sind eher ungünstig platziert, aber trotzdem alles ok.
• Andrzej (10/5): Zadowolony Andrzej - Apartament dosłownie 5 m od stacji metra ,w centrum miasta rewelacja. Czysto Ciepło Brak małych filiżanek do kawy. Kuchenki mikrofalowej. Sprzętu do sprzątania i mycia podłogi.
