• Alessandra (10/5): The best stay we ever had in Vouliagmeni and the best welcome and manager we had anywhere. - The location is amazing! The Vouliagmeni area has so much history - it feels Athenean. The appartment is in the heart of it nearby the sea. It's in two floors and great balconies/terraces with amazing sea view. Its location is excellent! The view is spectacular so it its decoration. Said that, it's its manager Alexandra who made our experience so great. Thank you Alexandra - we will definitely be back :) Nothing! We enjoyed every single bit.
• Tamarra (10/5): Absolute heaven with outstanding views, 3 balconies, an hot outdoor shower that overlooks the bay, all in a perfect loca - We can’t say enough- the split floor layout for privacy within your group, the 3 floors of private balconies, the outdoor shower that was heavenly and with the best views possible, the great air con in all the bedrooms and even in the living room, where it wasn’t even needed on 95 degree days with the breeze from the huge sliding doors, and even the 2 bathrooms and 3 showers so we could all get ready at the same time…this stay was even better than we hoped. Book this luxury apt now if it’s available- you’ll be so happy you did. We stayed for 2 weeks and the location for a beach vacation in Vouliagmeni is in the best possible spot in our opinion, with it being a cheap taxi ride to the other beaches near Voula or to Glyfada for shopping or downtown Athens. The best souvlaki gyro takeout/eat-in in our 3 trips to Greece is at the corner (Zaxos - get the pork skewers in the gyro for a beach lunch for 3 euro!) and the Waffle House rivals any ice cream in the world. There is a free small beach and pier for swimming across the street for a quick swim and the umbrellas are a short walk away. Beach Vouliagmeni is fantastic and we were there even until after dark many days. Make sure to do night swimming at the lighted pier at Akti right at the bottom of the street and walk to Lake Vouliagmeni for the amazing restaurant and surreal atmosphere for swimming too. Alexandra was amazing with any questions within minutes before and after we arrived and even extending our stay as we loved it so much. Thanks Alexandra - we’ll be dreaming of that shower and views until next year - there is nothing like relaxing on that patio after a shower until dry - it takes the tedious post beach getting ready for dinner experience and makes it one of the best parts of the day. We were considering island hopping like other trips, but we’re glad we used this as a base with some side trips and avoided packing up and moving all the time. Nothing at all- we tried to stay another week but it was booked already
