De plus, l'hôte s'est montré très accueillant, facilement accessible et très réactif en cas de besoin.

• Juan Guillermo (8/5): - La ubicación cerca de la estación de metro, la limpieza y la atención del dueño. Departamento pequeño pero práctico. Éramos 3 adultos y un bebé y pudimos acomodarnos lo más bien.

Nepatiko, kad butas labai žemas, mes esame aukšti tai mums buvo labai nepatogu antrame aukšte, nes labai žemos lubos, taip pat vonios kambarys labai siauras, iš dušo galvos labai prastai bėgo vanduo. Visiškai prasta garso izoliacija, gatvės triukšmas girdisi taip lyg langai būtų praverti nors jie pilnai uždaryti.

• Adrien (9/5): Ausgezeichnet - Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet,komfortabel,mit idealer Lage,in der Nähe von Molo Beverello und Piazza Plebiscito. Da kann man jederzeit angenehme Spaziergänge machen. Im Spanischen Viertel ist immer etwas los und die Pizza schmeckt sehr gut. Carmine,unser Gastgeber war recht höflich,sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Er hat für alles Notwendige gesorgt. Am Ankunftstag waren wir von ihm wirklich herzlich begrüsst. In dem Appartement hat auf uns traditioneller italienischer Kaffee gewartet. Die Betten waren auch bequem. Das Appartement ist gross genug für zwei bis drei Personen. Nichts zu sagen.
• Roberto (10/5): - Struttura molto carina e accogliente si trova al centro dei quartieri spagnoli a 100mt. dalla stazione metropolitana di Toledo o ancora più comodo all'uscita Montecalvario situata dietro lo stabile che ti porta alla linea1.Il proprietario, Carmine, è simpatico e molto disponibile, forse l'unica pecca è il bagno un po' sacrificato ma dopotutto si è in vacanza e va bene così .Sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

• Pietro (9/5): Great location and confortable space - It was really centric and the owner was really responsive and flexible with Check in and check out Being in the center of the Quartiere Spagnoli makes it really noisy, even during the night you can hear scooters and people shouting in the street
• Abhishek (10/5): Pleasant, comfortable, welcoming and warm host and house. - Carmine is a great host, warm personality and pleasant guy to meet. He made sure everything that might be needed for a family to stay comfortably was available even before we reached, the location of his house is great as on walking distance everything for daily need was available, metro station was just 100 mts and a small Indian store was just at 20-30 meters distance. House was beautifully decorated and most importantly security was also greatly considered with extra secure gates, small built in wall locker for documents.. I highly recommend Carmine and DV house for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I had a short stay planned and honestly I was little skeptical before trip so kept it short, but next time I know where to go for stay!
