• Sarah (10/5): Perfect accomodation - Location was excellent, everything within a few minutes walk. Complex is private and peaceful with a beautiful pool. Steps leading to front door need a railing for safety purposes as the steps are deep and high. Bedroom and bathroom doors hinges need oiling as they squeak a lot. Cupboard in kitchen with brooms and hoover takes up valuable space and would be better out on the terrace area. Blinds in bedrooms should be replaced as one had a number of tears in it

• Jemma (10/5): Lovely 2bedroom apartment close to all main areas but super quiet great for adults. - Really great apartment. Not one negative. We stayed for 4 nights. Lovely sun trap patio even in 50mph winds it was sheltered and still could sunbathe! All the amenties plus lots of extras. Perfect location right in the middle of all restaurants squares shops and beach. We will return next year as soon as we can book! 5plus stars ✨ No negatives
• Bertrand (2/5): Très mauvais rapport qualité /prix, à oublier - Appartement très mal conçu,fenêtres des chambres donnant directement sur la terrasse des voisins. Ballon d’eau chaude de 30 litres pour un logement accueillant 4 personnes ne permettant de prendre qu’une douche 1/2 !!! Accès au logement par 3 TRÈS hautes marches handicapant les personnes à mobilité réduite. Ménage très moyen à l’arrivée, touffes de cheveux et moutons sur la brosse de l’aspirateur. Logement non entretenu avec peintures et plâtres écaillés dans toutes les pièces . Cerise sur le gâteau (propriétaires non responsables) coupure d’eau durant toute la dernière matinée.😡😡😡
• David (8/5): Well located and appointed apartment in quiet complex with easy access to all amenities. - Property is in a great location, central to the main bars and restaurants in Costa Teguise. The complex is quiet although does depend on your neighbours. Very good instructions to locate, access and depart the accommodation. Free parking close by. The apartment is very well equipped and was very clean. Free Wi-Fi. Very good showers with plenty hot water. Good selection of kitchenware and crockery. Washing machine. Nespresso coffee machine. Just the right size for a couple I would say. Overall good value for money and somewhere we would book again. The walls would benefit from are a repaint in some areas. The TV needs updating with new SMART TV to enable use of the usual apps such as Netflix etc. TV channels dit not work but was not a major issue for us.

• Yvonne (10/5): A perfect, relaxing holiday in lovely surroundings. Just what we were looking for! Thank you 😊 - The location was perfect for us, so central for everything we wanted to do. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the complex was peaceful, not too busy. The only thing we would suggest is perhaps a parasol. It got very hot and we had nowhere we could sit in shelter from the sun outside.

• Emma (10/5): Exceptional - we visit Costa Teguise fairly regularly, and this appartment is in the perfect location. it takes less that 2 minutes to get to the beach down a set of stairs and even less time to the nearest bars/shops in the opposite direction. the main square is also very close, no need to even cross a road! the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and everything was spotless and well maintained. we would definately book again.
• Pauline (7/5): Pleasant 5 night stay - The apartment was very central to everything. The communication with property management was very good. The apartment itself had everything you would need. On arrival there was milk in the fridge and a bottle of water. Overall we liked the property but there were a few things that could have been better. The bed was metal and very noisy which made it uncomfortable every time you moved. No instructions on the Television, no English channels and couldn’t use my Netflix account as the WiFi was poor. Above one toilet there was a boiler and dangerous for banging your head. There was also a damp smell in the property.

• Janet (8/5): Very good - Clean and comfortable in a central location near to bars and restaurants as well as the beach. Three large steps to get into the apartment which was difficult for the elderly or disabled to manage.
• Michael (6/5): Good location, could be cleaner, mind the steps - owners were good communicators. - The location is excellent and the communication with Bea and Silvia was very good. Second bathroom shower was very poor, apt could have been cleaned to a better standard...night stands and floor in bedroom not properly cleaned with sand on floor and 'toblerone' in a night stand drawer. Communal pool was unclean so we never used it.
