• Claudia (8/5): Appartamento nell’insieme valido - Nell’insieme è funzionale e carina arredamento moderno e fresco pentole posate e piatti discreti. Poco luminoso e probabilmente hanno avuto problemi di muffa e si vedeva il nero dietro al nastro isolante posizionato tra battiscopa ed il muro , inoltre si vedevano gli aloni della muffa ripulita sulla parete del soggiorno .pulizia poco accurata da migliorare

• Kateřina (9/5): Ubytování odpovídalo uvedeným hodnocením a recenzím, za mě velká spokojenost, není co vytknout. - Lokalita skvělá, klidná, byt jednoduše, elegantně vybaven, čisto. Komunikace s majitelem přes whatsup perfektní. Pěšky v centru do 10min, u moře za 1/4h. Obchod za rohem, vše dostupné. Skvělé, velká spokojenost. Jedině snad, že byt je přízemní a není zde moc přirozeného světla. Ale v letním horku možná zájemci ocení. Jinak nemám co vytknout.
• Matthias (8/5): - Sehr gute Lage für StadtTrip, schöne und grosse Wohnung. Getrenntes Schlafzimmer (sehr bequemes Bett), gut ausgestattete Küche, alles da. Kontakt mit Vermieter gut, freundlich und schnell. Empfehlenswert WLAN Passwort musste angefragt werden.
• Janneke (4/5): Prima locatie, de host viel echter behoorlijk tegen. - Locatie is erg goed, dicht bij centrum en zee. Onderhoud van appartement liet wel wat te wensen over. In de gordijnen zaten watervlekken, er lag veel stof achter en onder banken en kasten. Ik denk dat er lekkage is geweest in het pand, maar dit is niet goed opgelost. De host viel erg tegen. Alles ging goed, maar 10 dagen na vertrek kreeg ik een bericht dat ik het appartement vies achter had gelaten. Dit was zeker niet het geval. Dit bericht was waarschijnlijk bedoeld voor een huurder na mij. Toen ik hem belde en berichtte, kreeg ik echter geen gehoord en hij reageerde nergens op. Vervolgens kreeg ik nog een bericht met een foto van vuilniszakken die (wederom) niet van mij waren. Ook toen was de host niet bereikbaar. Ik heb ook geen excuses ontvangen. Zeer vervelend dat dit zo moest aflopen. Ik ga zeker niet meer terug naar dit appartement. Ik zag dat er nog wel een ander appartement verhuurd wordt in hetzelfde pand, hier zijn de recensies uitstekend, dus ik denk dat ik daar de volgende keer ga huren. De locatie is nl perfect!

• Malina (9/5): Really nice apartment with a perfect location - We had a very pleasant stay at Precioso Apartamento. The facility was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything needed for our stay. Location is perfect - really close to the historical centre and at the same time peaceful and quiet. The communication with the hosts and checking in was also quick and easy. -
• Rossella (10/5): Tutto perfetto! - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento a Málaga e non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore! La casa è bellissima, nuovissima e curata in ogni dettaglio, molto accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno perfetto. Il proprietario è stato estremamente disponibile e attento, sempre pronto ad aiutarci con qualsiasi esigenza. Anche la posizione è ottima: una zona tranquilla ma comodissima per raggiungere il centro e muoversi facilmente in città. Consigliatissimo, torneremmo volentieri!

• Michaela (8/5): - Super Lage, Klima funktioniert top, fast alles da was man braucht, in der Nähe gibt's super Pizza für den schnellen Hunger nach einem langen Tag und einen schönen großen Supermarkt. Es war leise zum Schlafen und das Bett war für eine Person angenehm. Ebenso die Couch. Bett ist für meinen Geschmack für 2 zu schmal und eine zweite Decke wäre nachdem einer auf der Couch geschlafen hat super gewesen. Falls jemand das Salz sucht: es steht bei den Putzmitteln (das haben wir laaaange gesucht).

• Nunzio Cavicchioni (8/5): Molto Comodo e ampio! - l'appartamento è molto grande, la cucina sicuramente spaziosa come piano lavoro, la camera è ampia e il bagno molto spazioso. la posizione è molto comoda, puoi uscire sia in macchina che a piedi, hai tanti servizi nelle vicinanze. il parcheggio a pagamento nel seminterrato (a pagamento) sicuramente è una bella comodità, consiglio di prenderlo se avete l'auto perchè è impossibile parcheggiare nei dintorni, e gli altri parcheggi a pagamento costano di più quindi non conviene. abbiamo aspettato un'ora per avere il codice di accesso mentre eravamo nel corridoio della palazzina, probabilmente una piccola svista del proprietario, può capitare. avere solo 2 fuochi dove cucinare sono un pò pochi, e stretti, se devi cucinare in casa è un pò scomodo considerando che la cucina è grande si poteva fare di meglio. la casa è un pò buia, essendo al piano terra e come uniche finestre danno sul patio (privato) che sicuramente è molto comodo ma al di fuori dell'ora di pranzo non hai mai luce in casa.

• Davide (10/5): - The name reflects exactly its main feature! The apartment is lovely and comfortable. A nice kitchen and a large dining room awaits you, both leading into a small living room with a sofa and tv. The apartment ends with a nice bedroom with private bathroom and two patios. A strong point is the great availability of the host, Enrique, who gave us so many advices about places to eat and visit. Last but not least, the possibility to rent a place in the parking lot (it saved us!!!). I really recommend this accomodation. Rate 10/10!
• Dagmar (9/5): - Sehr komfortables, modern und gut ausgestattetes, sauberes Appartement mit Klimaanlage und Innenterrasse. Zentrale Lage. Zum Strand ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Keine Waschmaschine.
• Alexandre (7/5): Stay Was Fine, Service Was Not - Great location and nice place but poor communication... Check-in was confusing, first self-check-in, then a late check-in fee, then “a mistake.” We never got the access code and had to call the host on arrival, as messages went unanswered. After checkout, we were wrongly accused of having extra guests due to a name error and people entering the building with us (because there was a video). The host eventually apologized, but the situation was unpleasant and could’ve been handled much better. A disappointing experience despite the nice setting.
• Ger (10/5): Excellent home from home. - Lovely apartment. Very comfortable and clean. Home away from home. Facilities were excellent. Everything you require available. Two little courtyards more than a balcony. Easy to find, easy to access. Short walk to the centre of activities and restaurants. Very quiet, and I'm very particular. Will visit again and stay here again. On my own, so only one large and one small towel for eight nights. Could have done with a change of towels or an extra one but small concern indeed.

• Shinnoskealbert (1/5): Terrible - Nothing Absolutely terrible experience. The apartment had water damage and active and visible mold growth across an entire wall. I have a mold hypersensitivity leading to neurological symptoms and developed symptoms within 10 min of being in the apartment. I informed the landlord immediately but he refused any type of help. No refund, not even partial. I obviously left the apartment immediately and did not stay there as doing so would have harmed my health greatly. Landlord admitted to the issue but blamed it on insurance not having fixed it yet. And yet, he refused the refund saying that the rate was non-refundable. Absolutely terrible person with only money on his mind. Booking.com customer service was of no help either. Do not stay here. Landlord does not care about your wellbeing.

• Tracy (8/5): Definitely recommend this apartment for a short break - Great location - turn left leaving the apartment (to avoid the uphill!), left at the t junt, past the restaurant Molinillo 33 (definitely eat here. Very reasonable and good food and service), then turn 2nd left to walk past some great vintage clothing shops toward the town. The apartment is practically new and in very good condition and decorated well. Stocked with everything you need and accessed via a security entry phone , you feel very safe. There's a couple of grocery shops within metres of the apartment and a great fruit and veg shop. The bed is comfortable, we had a great night's sleep. The owner was very helpful once we got in touch with them, but a text with access details the day before arrival would be beneficial. The vast majority of our stay was great but I'd recommend the below: Make sure you get access details before you arrive. You need a code to access the security door and a code for the key box. It would help if there was more detail on the welcome pack: 1. Where to find the WiFi code 2. How to turn on the hot water.
