Nombreux restaurants et salons de thé à proximité, très beaux magasins, la Croisette à 5 mn, excellent pâtissier. Notre appartement était superbe, lumineux, très belle décoration, literie confortable, et équipement de qualité. Place de parking sécurisée réservée dans un parking public à 5 mn de la résidence. Mention spéciale à Rosa et au monsieur qui nous a accueilli lors de notre arrivée et aux femmes de chambre qui font un travail remarquable. Rien

Nous avons été surclassés avec un appartement de 100m2 tout comfort, cuisine équipée, deux sdb, un grand salon ... nous avons trouvé où revenir la prochaine fois :) Notre petit Shetland était ravi lui aussi. Pour le parking, c'est au 4ème s/sol du parking public LAMY avec un emplacement reservé, le tout à 150m de l'appartement :) Lorsque vous arrivez en voiture, l'accès à la réception est un peu compliqué ... mais il y a toujours moyen de se garer devant ;)

Staff was very helpful and let us keep the luggage at the reception after checkout. They also kindly allowed a late check out at 1pm. Very good value for money. Outdated furniture and in general, the apartment feels quite old, but nothing different was expected for that price point.

• Dave (9/5): Superb - Right on the shopping street Rue de Antibes. An easy walk from the train and bus station, short stroll to the beach - couldn't be better for a short visit without a car. We especially appreciated the large living / dining room, the abundance of closet space, the laundry facility and two bathrooms in our two-bedroom unit. The only drawback relates to night noise - the bars downtown close at 2:30 AM so there was some noise when revelers were heading home. (We were there over a weekend, which is probably the worst for this effect)

• On (9/5): An ideal option for a short stay apartment. - Everything is wonderful . Well equipped. Air conditioning is weak. Decoration a bit old fashioned. No daily housekeeping.
• Kenny (3/5): Poor value for money, 2nd bedroom unusable, air con unbearable - would not use again. - Location was good. Apartment felt secure. Cleanliness not quite up to scratch, especially around the kitchen and shower room. The second bedroom was a joke, approximately 3m by 3m, with the bed in place that left 3m by 1m usable space!! Completely impractical for two adults, one had to leave the room to allow the other to get ready. Air con - the listing states mobile air con. What this means is 3 industrial size units, venting into the windows with some Velcro and sellotape contraption! The units were ineffective, far too noisy to leave running whilst sleeping, which made the parent, and the second bedroom unbearably warm. If you leave the window open, the noise from the street stops you sleeping. The apartment has built in air con, but for some reason that is not functioning. If the hosts are serious they should get this repaired. The Carpets are dirty / threadbare.
