Que el menú (en nuestro caso en la cena) fuera cerrado (teníamos media pensión) ya que no te dan a elegir entre dos platos,tienes que cenar de lo que hay. Pero por lo demás bien,la comida excepcional y el equipo de bar-comedor es FANTÁSTICO.

• Marion (8/5): Vistas maravillosas, silencio y experiencia - Las vistas maravillosas, el hotel muy bonito, muy limpio y el personal muy amable sobretodo las chicas del restaurante. Había wifi pero no funcionaba casi, fue muy incómodo ya que habíamos venido a trabajar y al final no pudo ser. Las camas muy blandas para nuestro gusto. No contar con variedad de snacks para las meriendas.

No es una locura pero entre 5 y 10 minutos en coche no te los quita nadie. Creo que me faltó alguien en recepción atendiendo a los posibles inconvenientes que me hayan podido surgir durante la estancia.

Spod kontaktu, ostatniego dnia pobytu, wyszły mrówki do reklamówki po słodkiej bułce. Jak jest dużo hałaśliwych osób, to dźwięk się nosi po ścianach i korytarzu.

• Marcus Himmel (7/5): Ein Erlebnis im Kloster, mit bester Aussicht. - Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich. Ich liebe es Fernblick genießen zu können u d hier bietet sich ein phantastischer Ausblick auf das Meer, die Tiefenlagen und das entfernte Gebirge. Wirklich sehr schön. Auch die fast 5 Kilometer Auffahrt zum Kloster ist abenteuerlich schön. Es gibt viel Platz zum Parken und die alten Gemäuer bieten schöne und saubere Zimmer, mit ebenso schönen Ausblicken. Glücklicherweise habe ich keine Rückenprobleme, sonst hätte mich die durchgelegene Matratze wohl um den Schlaf gebracht, rausrollen war hier unmöglich. Die Zimmer sind eher hellhörig, doch in unserem Fall, haben sich die Gäste größtenteils an die Nachtruhe gehalten. Das Essen, besonders das Frühstück war eher spartanisch und für Mönche gedacht, wir sind nicht wirklich satt geworden. Auch Mittag und Abendtisch ist eher wenig doch dafür zu einem recht hohen Preis.

Ubicación perfecta, con vistas espectaculares. Desayunar en la terraza fue genial. La cafetería con el personal muy amable La última noche nos cortaron la electricidad; tampoco había agua ni calefacción. Pregunté por el chat y me respondieron una hora después que se trataba de una avería en toda la zona de Felanitx, pero en otras zonas del hotel, como pasillos y escaleras, sí había luz. Luego ya no me volvieron a contestar.

Camas incomodas, WiFi pesimo, ubicacion alejada de todo y 0 atencion al cliente, no hay personas en recepcion y todo se hace de manera automatica. El restaurante no está mal, pero es caro. The location is very badly connected even if you have a motorcycle it's still 20 minutes of a not very comfortable road.

Les habitacions són molt senzilles i s'haurien de reformar. L'aigua del bany era difícil de trobar el punt i anava canviant a diferents temperatures.

El horario del restaurante no estaba bien apuntado en la habitación y esto nos dio algún problemilla para los trabajadores del restaurante pero fueron muy amables las dos chicas y nos atendieron. Ya que también es el único sitio para comer en esa montañita bonita

• Matthias (10/5): Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass man in einem alten Kloster ist und somit nicht ein Luxus-Resort erwarten kann!! - Die Lage fantastisch und die Anreise ein kleines Abenteuer für Leute, die sich Berg-Strassen nicht gewohnt sind. Aber durchaus machbar! Wir hatten das Familien-Appartement, welches mit Geschirr ausgestattet war, jedoch fehlte ein Herd und ein Waschtrog… der Service im Restaurant ist sehr schwankend, mal außerordentlich freundlich und aufmerksam, dann wieder gleichgültig…. frühstück wurde einfach serviert, ohne zu fragen, was man gerne hätte…

• Ingrid (10/5): Ein absolutes aussergewöhnliches Highlight! - Ungewöhnlich beeindruckend! Ein aussergewöhnlicher Ort , an dem man verweilen kann, und zur Ruhe kommt. Man glaubt tatsächlich, über den Wolken zu wohnen, ein Natur-Spektakel morgens kurz vor Sonnenaufgang, unglaublich schön!!! Eine Kirche , die ein Magnet ist, liebevoll im Detail gestaltet, mit einer faszinierenden Krippe . Die Räumlichkeiten, Decken und Speisesaal sprechen ihre eigene Sprache: alles top sauber. Wer Ruhe sucht, der findet die hier Bereits beim Eintreten.

Si no tienes coche es complicado llegar. A partir de las 22.30h se marcha el personal, solo quedan los clientes. El Chikin es con una máquina. Hasta las 8.30h de la mañana no atienden a desayunos.

The beds were uncomfortable and the room was stark and sparse. There were not staff to assist (we would have liked an additional pillow). Breakfast was mediocre.

• Suzanne (9/5): One of the most striking licstions I’ve stayed in peaceful and beautiful. - The most amazing location 360 views breathtaking. Clean comfortable simple rooms. We ate dinner in the cellar restaurant grilled squid and suckling pug were fab. And very good breakfast but simple. The road up is not for the faint hearted! Perfect destination for bike riders and walkers. Check in was automated and you needed to scan your id documents which I didn’t have with me since I live in Mallorca. No cgeckin people at all. Had to get help from the restaurant staff.

V hotelu ni bilo osebe na recepciji, saj pričakuješ nasmeh na obrazu receptorja, ko prideš prvič v nov kraj. Nič od tega ni bilo. samo Self service DIGITAL CHECK-IN pred vstopom v hotel. Ni možnosti, da bi se informiral o kraju. Zraven hotela je VELIK STOLP IN TELEKOMUNIKACIJSKE BAZNE POSTAJE IN POVEZAVE (ang. link) NA NJEM. Zajtrk sva plačala vnaprej, vendar sva ugotovila, da je zajtrk med 8.30 in 10.30 uro, kar je ZELO POZNO. Prosila sva za TAKE AWAY BREAKFAST. Management hotela NI ŽELEL ugoditi najini prošnji. Osebje je zelo prijazno, vendar ga je premalo in je vidno preobremenjeno. Če bi prej vedel te stvari, se za to destinacijo NE BI ODLOČIL!

• Anke (10/5): - Traumhafte Lage mit Blick über die Insel. Positive Energie. Schöne Zimmer mit Gewölbedecken. Alles blitzsauber. Sehr gute Küche. Sehr freundliches Personal. Immer wieder gerne!!! Leider war der WLAN Empfang in meinem Zimmer nicht so gut wie sonst.

• Ali (1/5): Don't book this hotel, they do not provide what is advertised and they then refuse to accept any - Nothing to like about this hotel They advertised that WiFi is included. But the WiFi didn't work. They then said they don't accept complaints about the WiFi, because it's free - so it's not something guests should complain about. Phone signal also doesn't work in the hotel so you will not be able to access internet at all. There is no mini bar or fridge in the hotel room. So if you have any food, drinks, there's is nowhere to keep them chilled. They advertised a different room to what they provided - even though the room booked has pictures that show what room you've chosen, they will provide a different lower value room. And then they lie and pretend you must have seen incorrect images The location is very difficult to drive up to as the mountain roads have no lighting and are very narrow and take a long while to drive up the mountain. The staff are only available through online messaging they are rude and not considerate and they demand more money to provide a room that matches what you've already booked. Avoid this hotel it is a waste of money

• Sabine (5/5): - Das Wetter und die Lage des Hotels waren sehr schön/ gut Das Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend. Wir waren schon mehrfach im "San Salvador" und waren immer super zufrieden und haben es Freunden empfohlen. Nach diesem letzten Besuch werde ich es guten Gewissens nicht weiterempfehlen Sehr Schade.

• Lisa (9/5): - Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend, besonders zu Sonnenuntergang (viele Touristen, die nach einigen Minuten wieder wegfahren) und Sonnenaufgang (kein Mensch war dort). Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung (es ist kein Buffet, sondern wird einem vorgefertigt an den Tisch gebracht) und es gibt genügend Parkplätze, zumindest in der Nebensaison und wenn man nicht zum Sonnenuntergang anreist - dann ist alles voller Touristen. Für kürzere Aufenthalte sehr empfohlen, für längere Aufenthalte muss einem klar sein, dass man die abenteuerlich schmale und steile Serpentinenstraße rauf-/runterfahren muss. Der Check-in mit dem Automaten ist umständlich und langwierig. Die Damen vor uns brauchten 15 Minuten dafür.
