• Camille (7/5): - Le lieu proche de la plage Résidence sécurisée Agence réactive en cas de problème Les meubles sont très vieux et abîmés Premier jour de notre arrivée, le soir une coupure d'électricité ! L'agence nous dit que les propriétaires n'ont pas payé l'électricité. Nous étions en colère et nous sommes allés voir les techniciens de la résidence qui nous réclamais 3000 pesos pour remettre l'électricité. Il était hors de question pour nous de payer ! Faites attention , Méfiance.... L'agence a été réactive par message pour régler le problème.
• Wioletta (9/5): Przestronny apartament w dobrej cenie. - Bliskość do morza, restauracji i sklepów , baseny dobrze utrzymane i wygodne łóżka . Każda sypialnia ma swoją łazienkę, a klimatyzacja i ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem dobre. To jest stary budynek i z uwagi na bryzę morską w wielu miejscach widać korozję. Kontakt z gospodarzem online bardzo dobry. Wejście bezobsługowe na kod. Wjazd na teren zamknięty i strzeżony, co jest dużym plusem.
• Carlos Eduardo (9/5): Muy comodo apartamento y muy bien ubicado. - La ubicacion y el espacio del departamento, el area de piscina muy bien cuidado. Solo hubo problemas con el internet durante casi toda la estancia, y la alcantarilla de una regadera desprendia mucho mal olor.
• Michiko (6/5): 改善が必要なコンドミニアム - 1、ロケーション スーパーマーケットが向かい側にあり、便利です。2、ビーチも充分な広さがあります。プールも3つあり、家族連れにも助かります。 3、4ベットルームで3つの部屋が1階にあるので、荷物を運び入れるのに便利でした。 4、冷蔵庫も大きくよく冷えました。 同じ敷地内の他の部屋にも数日前に泊まったばかりだったので、どうしたら比較してしまいます。 1、入室システム チェックインの15:00丁度にならないと、部屋番号もわからず安心感がありませんでした。 2、老朽化が激しい部屋でした。ひと時代前の雰囲気がありました。バスルームだけはリノベーションしてあったようで、よかったです。 3、キッチンもあまり清潔感を感じませんでした。 4、部屋代と同じぐらいの手数料や税金を取られたので、お得感は全くありません。それでいて、入室時に部屋が冷えている訳でもなく、料金に見合った管理業者がメンテナンス等をしていた訳でも無いので、残念でした。 写真を撮りたいとは思えませんでした。
• Alisa (5/5): Convenient - The condo is in a great location. There are a lot of great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. It’s also very close to the ferry. The condo is really dated and the beds need updating. The property is also not as nice as it appears in the pictures. I was expecting something much nicer. If you are looking for a cheap stay in a good location than this is it but pay very close attention to the pictures when booking.
• Jason (6/5): Great location and size but subpar inside conditions - Great location with easy beach access and a balcony overlook the ocean. 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom works well for a large family. Swimming pool. The host is responsive. The complex gate guards are friendly. Security is good. The inside facility is subpar and the unit can be prepared better. The hot water supply is weak and only last several minutes taking a shower. A few door handles are loose and not work well. Front door touches the floor and hard to open wide. Some cabinet doors start to have cover layers peel off. Having a washer problem during staying. Bathroom cleaning and supply need improving. No dishwasher.
