Hay que tener en cuenta que muy cerca hay una calle de pubs y el sábado por la noche hay bastante ruido. También que es una zona muy comercial con pocos supermercados. Para poner una pega, falta de armarios. Para 5 solo hay un pequeño colgador.

Passabel bei grösseren Gruppen Die Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmer - wir dachten, dass wir normale Betten haben. Die ganze Wohnung war sehr notdürftig eingerichtet. Durch die einfach verglasten Fenster war der ganze Lärm der Strasse zu hören und es war sehr kalt im Wohnzimmer. Zudem hat mir Kopfzerbrechen bereitet, dass die Wohnung keinen Fluchtweg hatte.

Επίσης θα ήθελα διαφορετική καφετιέρα ώστε να έχω επιλογές στο καφε που θα έπαιρνα απέξω στο να το φτιάξω το πρωί. Κατά τα άλλα είναι πολύ καλό !!
- Harry (2/5): Avoid! - There is nothing to recommend this property. Even location is awful as the thin and poorly fitted windows let in all the street noise from Oxford. Had to leave after the first night and secure alternative lodging. Unfortunately, the apartment was not as described and did not meet the standard of a “luxury” property. The furnishings were noticeably old and worn. The so-called fourth bed was a shabby, unclean fold-out chair, which was neither comfortable nor suitable for sleeping, and no linens were provided for it. Additional concerns included: A large vacuum cleaner stored in the kitchen guest area with no apparent storage space Windows that rattled and allowed excessive street noise Worn linens, some with visible holes Persistent sewage odors in both the kitchen and bathroom, seemingly masked by strong cleaning products. Or perhaps bug spray? Though to be fair, we saw no bugs. Damaged tile work held in place with tape Shower doors with decals still attached Given the price of this rental and our positive prior experiences with other UK properties booked through your platform, this stay was a significant disappointment. We had no choice but to remain for one night, after which we relocated to a hotel at additional expense.

Las ventanas muy antiguas por lo que se oía todo el ruido de la calle, pero por la noche es bastante tranquila. En nuestro apartamento faltaba una mesa con sillas para poder desayunar y cenar (solo habia una mesa baja con dos sillas)

La société est très à l'écoute et réactive. Nous avons loué pour 7 personnes et le logement n'est pas du tout, mais pas du tout, adapté pour 7. Le logement est très petit, les équipements sont très moyens, le pire étant les salles de bain... minuscules (mauvaises odeurs également), les douches sont "approximatives", il n'y a pas assez d'eau pour deux douches en même temps, et impossible de régler les températures. Les canapés lits sont très inconfortables et sales (matelas tachés...), celui d'une place nous n'avons pas pu nous en servir, car impossible de déplier les deux et de toute façon il n'y avait pas assez de linge de lit. Chambres petites, lits trop petits pour deux pers et pas de rangement. Appartement mal isolé et très bruyant. Bref très déçus, l'emplacement ne fait pas tout.. Ce n'est pas à considérer comme un appartement, mais un point de chute juste pour dormir(mal). Un appartement sans le confort attendu ou un hôtel sans les services attendus.. Bref nous ne reviendrons pas.

- Cédric (7/5): Appartement confortable, bien situé, suffisamment grand pour une petite famille mais trop bruyant à cause du simple vitr - Localisation top sur la rue très animée d’Oxford Street, juste à côté du métro de Bond Street et à 800m de celui d’Oxford Circus. Nombreux bus à proximité. Proche Soho et Hyde Park à pieds. L’appartement convient pour une famille avec 2 ou 3 enfants grâce aux canapés-lits dans le salon. Cuisine bien équipée (mais pas de lave-vaisselle). Salle de bains assez spacieuse. Immeuble calme. Le bruit: ok on est sur une rue animée mais avec les fenêtres qui coulissent seulement (pas de joint ni de poignée de verrouillage) et surtout en simple vitrage nous avons l’impression d’avoir la fenêtre ouverte au niveau sonore, réveil vers les 5/6h du matin à cause du bruit, c’est dommage. Les canapés-lits ne sont pas très confortables. Le robinet thermostatique de la douche est difficile à régler (soit très chaud, soit froid)

Esta al lado del metro, y encima a un metro con líneas centrales que te llevan a todos los puntos turísticos de londres centro, además de también contar con líneas de bus cerca. La calidad precio es muy bueno, pagas por lo que ves en las fotos, nos encontramos con la cocina y las toallas del baño muy limpias todo, si fuera por pedir pediría más almacenaje en el baño, ya que al ser 5 personas y 5 noches teníamos que ir y volver al baño con nuestros neceseres, una balda ahí sería increíble

- Susanna (5/5): Kierrä tämä majoitus kaukaa. - Sijainti oli hyvä, lähellä kaikkea ja metron vieressä. 5 hlölle oli 3 peittoa, etsinnän jälkeen löytyi vielä yksi +2 tyynyä mutta ei lakanoita. Lisäksi pyyhkeitä oli vain 4. Ketään ei saatu kiinni vaikka kuinka soitimme annettuun numeroon joten ensimmäinen yö meni ikävissä merkeissä. Lisäksi huoneisto oli todella meluisa, olemme ennenkin olleet ”vilkkaan” kadun varrella mutta tämä oli ihan omaa luokkaansa- vastamelukuullokkeilla sai muutaman tunnin unet joten ei ikinä enää tähän paikkaan.

Property check in wasn’t available at the designated time of 2 pm, cleaners were still inside no where near finished, with a toddler running around. Once we entered the property at 2:35 pm the property wasn’t adequately cleaned. Returning home after being out the toilet cistern was leaking from the seal. We were interrupted at 10:30 am by the cleaners knocking asking if we are checking out, 30 minutes before designated check out.

- Safura (7/5): - The location beats everything. It was right in the middle of Oxford street, very conveniently located next to bus stops as well as the Bond tube station. The beds were comfortable with all the basic amenities. The kitchenette was well equipped. The washer and laundry pods were very helpful to have. The room had portable AC as well. The host was very responsive and helpful. The place was pretty old and needed some renovations. The main door lock kept getting stuck. The carpets were musty and old. The bathroom towel warmer did not work, the portable AC in the main room did not work. Since it is very conveniently located on a very busy street there was a lot of street noise at night. Sound proofing would definitely make the stay more comfortable. There was also no housekeeping during the stay, it's not convenient for longer stays as it gets messy. There were no towels replaced and because there isnt any dryer so washing the towels was also not an option. Some renovations and upgrades would really make this the most ideal location.

It’s not sure you could fix though - Great location and great to have a kitchen and a lift was definitely invaluable We were travelling with my 85 year old father and he found the high steps into the bathroom incredibly dangerous and difficult. If we had prior knowledge of this we would not have booked the apartment. It would have been good to have a bath mat and some teaspoons and a tea towel in the kitchen.

- Kai (5/5): - Die Lage war sehr praktisch, direkt in einer Einkaufsstraße und neben einer U-Bahnstation. Super als zum Erkunden Londons gelegen. Es war zwar niemand Vorort als Ansprechpartner, aber bei Fragen wurde auf Emails sehr schnell geantwortet. Die Wohnung war leider zum Schlafen ungeeignet. Die laute Straße und die vielen Menschen waren wegen der alten, undichten Fenster sehr gut zu hören, trotz Ohrenstöpsel. Die Ausstattung der Küche war nicht so gut. Es gab zum Beispiel nur einen Teelöffel, kein Geschirrhandtuch oder Topflappen. Handtücher waren eigentlich inklusive, aber er gab nur für jeden ein Duschhandtuch und keine kleinen zum Händeabtrocknen. Die Wohnung war zu viert etwas knapp, zu zweit wäre es eine gute Größe.

- Marianne (9/5): Great location, spacious apartment, clean and updated. - Location is near Bond Street tube station. Near lots of shopping and restaurants. I rented the 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom. Unit was clean and bathrooms were updated and clean. There were air conditioners in each bedroom and living room. Although on Oxford street the noise quieted down by 10 PM. Unit was supposed to be ready at 2 and it wasn’t ready until 4:30. This is an older building and when you walk in the front entrance of the building it is old and dirty but once in the apartment it was clean and comfortable.

- Marta (5/5): - En este caso pagas sólo por la ubicación, el apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotos (incluyendo lo pequeño que se ve) Pequeño para tres personas, tuvimos que dejar las maletas en la cocina ya que en el dormitorio no había espacio. Por suerte no utilizamos la cocina para cocinar y la mesa también es muy pequeña si se quiere utilizar para comer algo. Las ventanas no aislan nada el ruido de la calle que, precisamente por ser tan céntrica, es muy muy ruidosa. La presión del agua terriblemente baja, ducharse era una tortura... Sobre el ascensor confirmo lo leido en otros comentarios y lo que avisa el anfitrión: es muy muy pequeño, apenas caben dos personas y además el olor a humedad dentro es insoportable, por no hablar de la sensación que tienes de que se va a quedar parado en cualquier momento. La verdad es que si volviera a Londres no repetiría este alojamiento

The location was absolutely perfect—just a 2-minute walk to Bond Street Station, 4 minutes to the Heathrow-bound Elizabeth Line, 3 minutes to Selfridges and Mercato, and only 7 minutes to Oxford Street. Countless shops were right nearby as well. 2. Although some reviews mentioned noise, we only experienced it on Saturday night during our 7-night stay. The rest of the nights were comfortable. 3. It was a one-bedroom apartment, but with a sofa bed in the living room, it accommodated our family of five without issue. 4. There was a very small lift, which made it possible to carry our luggage with ease. 5. The kitchen had a washing machine, which was a huge plus—it allowed us to do laundry during our stay. 1. The cleanliness of the sofa and electric kettle could have been better. 2. The living room TV remote didn’t work properly. Despite these two minor drawbacks, everything else was excellent—this place was a fantastic stay that more than made up for them.

- Cazin (1/5): Do yourself a favor and skip this one... not at all luxurious and nothing is working... - Getting charged the fee and collecting the key on arrival was about the only thing that worked... outside of this absolutely nothing worked. Luxurious Apartments is not an accurate description... for this 4th floor hole in the wall. The elevator wasn't working, the air-conditioning is make shift (as you can see in previous comments) that blows right into your back if it works at all, and to top it off the hot water wasn't working which was painful travelling with two small children. The hosts then tried to get me to reset the boiler, which is what i'd expect in a worn-down apartment not in a luxurious one... evidently this apartment does not deserve to have luxurious in the name. If you want to spend a nice weekend in London do yourself a favor and DON'T stay in this accommodation.
