• Claudia (10/5): It was a great place to stay, very comfortable and will stay again. Highly recommend it. - Excellent location, close to all key sights in Florence and also very close to some great restaurants
• Sharon (6/5): Great location - Location was fabulous. Spacious, nice living area It was extremely NOISY, worst we experienced throughout our long trip. Some of the electric outlets unusable & poorly maintained. The lighting was poor in the apartment & on a sensor system in the building which we had to figure out how to turn on outside our room. There was a lot of mould build up in the shower. The bed was very uncomfortable & the doona was not big enough for the bed/2 adults. Proper sized towels would have been nice. We were provided with towels more the size of large hand towels. The building itself had a strange odour & felt desolate & under disrepair.
• Glenn (6/5): Good location. Poor service. - Good location. Roomy. Washing machine didn’t work. No tv remote ( we were told they found it under the sofa after we left but that was a complete fabrication- we looked everywhere ).
• Sabine (4/5): Leider getrübte Urlaubsfreude, unfreundlicher Verwalter (wir können ja gehen!) - Zentrale Lage, hübsche Wohnung. Auf den Betten nur Wolldecken, keine Betttücher darunter. Für 3 Personen nur zwei unsaubere Handtücher, aber in diversen Schränken jede Menge weitere ungewaschene Handtücher, teilweise nass in einen Schrank gestopft und übelriechend. Waschmaschine war ebenfalls voll. Kaum Geschirr vorhanden, kein Geschirrtuch. Mehrere Leuchten ohne Leuchtmittel, teilweise auch defekt. Akkus des Staubsaugers waren leer, kein Ladegerät vorhanden, Staubbehälter randvoll. Kühlschrank völlig vereist. Nach unserer Reklamation wurden immerhin noch 2 Bettlaken und 3 Handtücher gebracht.
• Kristin (9/5): Perfect location for two nights in Florence - The location was perfect, right next to the Duomo. Lively neighborhood with many places to eat, drink, enjoy gelato, shopping, etc..
• Annette (8/5): Gute Unterkunft nahe Dom - Die Lage nah am Dom ist super! Ausreichend Platz für eine dreiköpfige Familie. Netter, schneller Kontakt zum Vermieter. Wenn man eine FeWo bucht, rechnet man mit ein bisschen Ausstattung. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Aber die Küchenausstattung war mangelhaft. Zusammen gewürfeltes Geschirr, zum Teil nur 2, 3 Objekte und nicht alles gerade im besten Zustand. Seife nur für 2x Händewaschen aber viele angefangene Shampoo-Flaschen (wahrscheinlich von vorherigen Gästen). In den Schränken lag(en) zusammen geknüllte Wäsche/Handtücher. Nicht alle Steckdosen waren nutzbar, da sie zum Teil sehr locker in der Wand gingen. Einige Lampen waren kaputt.

• Zuzana (10/5): Absolutne famozna lokalita, stylovy a velmi priestranny apartman, vkusne zariadeny, cistota, komunikacia s prenajimatelo - Lokalita v absolutnom centre, hned pri katedrale! Toaleta na poschodi bola menej prakticka, ako keby bola na nizsom poschodi, ale nebol to problem.

• Andrea (8/5): Great central location in Florence!! - Perfect location to the Duomo!!! The host was phenomenal, always so responsive and kind! The apartment was super clean and comfortable. There are also 2 parking garages within minutes which was ideal for us! My only “complaint” is the outside noise at night (garbage trucks, loud pedestrians) which isn’t the host’s fault. I wound up playing a thunderstorm on my iPad and it worked perfectly!
• Gergely (7/5): Controversial experiences: super location, nice room, but not too well designed building - The best thing is definitely the location, approx 100m from the cathedral in the centre. The two-storey setup and the room interior is also nice and well planned. We arrived with car and used a nearby garage (Michelangelo) which was conveniently close (~200m) and the guys there were super-friendly. The entire house seems to be a result of bad engineering design. Although the used materials are of good or even fine quality (it seems) and the interior looks nice, the overall feeling is still a bit controversial because of (we think) bad engineering: the building smells like there is a serious problem with its ventilation system (e.g., strong mouldy smells at the entrance level - luckily the air in the room was better), and there were minor issues with the sewage system in the bathroom. Also don't plan on resting with open windows, as the street is quite loud even during night mostly because of stupid car or motor drivers who like speeding in an area almost always full with pedestrians... If you close the windows and use AC that's ok.

The unit was beautifully decorated and very clean. Erik was a fantastic host..very easy to communicate with and went a step above to make our stay memorable! Before our check-in, he was upfront that the washing machine wasn't working. However, it wasn't an issue since he offered to take our laundry to a professional service. As promised, he returned them the next day freshly laundered.
