• Dmitri (8/5): Gorgeous apartment, except for the cockroaches. - Great location, a huge and beautiful balcony. Convenient secure parking. Overall, the apartment was clean and comfortable.Beautiful view, excellent clean beach. There is a second balcony with a washing machine. We had to pick up the keys from an office located elsewhere, which is very inconvenient if you don’t have a car. It was also difficult to find parking near the office. The biggest problem, however, was cockroaches in the kitchen — it was impossible to use it, and we couldn’t leave anything there. The children were afraid to enter the kitchen, so we had to keep everything in the living room. We tried to report the issue several times, and only after the third time were we given a spray for cockroaches. Through Booking support, we were offered to change the apartment only on the last day. The vacation was ruined.

• PIlar (5/5): Gestión penosa para un bonito apartamento - El apartamento tiene un balcón chulisimo. Con vistas preciosas La gestión del alquiler es penosa. No te dejan entrar hasta las 5 de la tarde y tienes que recoger la llave a tomar viento del apartamento. Al dia siguiente te dicen que lo dejes a las 10 y otra vez lleves la llave a la otra punta de Calpe. Me parece que la gestión es penosa. Demasiadas horas para limpieza de 10 a 5 son 7 horas. Y lugar de recogida y entrega de llaves muy lejano del apartamento. Eso está fatal en los tiempos que vivimos.
