• LucasP123 (9/5): Un gran alojamiento céntrico en Roma - El alojamiento es muy cómodo para 4 personas, pudiendo adaptarse a 6 también si alguien lo necesita. En nuestro caso fuimos 4 y estuvimos muy cómodos ya que todos los ambientes son amplios. Muy importante que tiene dos baños, lo que brinda una comodidad extra. La ubicación es muy cómodo ya que podés llegar a casi todos los puntos importantes de Roma caminando un poco, o sino tenés la posibilidad de Uber/Taxi por muy bajo costo ya que hay mucha cercanía. Tiene unos pequeños puntos a mejorar que no afectan la estadía pero sería bueno que mejores para los próximos huespedes (abajo los escribimos). El check in fue muy rápido y ordenado. El check out es a las 10 como todo en Roma (para nosotros es muy temprano, pero es la regla). Volveríamos sin lugar a dudas Son detalles pero nos parece importante para que los puedan cambiar y uno para que lo tengan en cuenta los próximos huespedes. La limpieza de los baños estaba bien pero podría ser más profunda. A nosotros que nos gusta cocinar sobre todo algunos días por las noches, nos faltaron elementos de cocina de mejor calidad, mucho deterioro en los elementos. Por último, un detalle, a metros del alojamiento hay un colegio/jardín de infantes y durante los días de semana a las 8.30 de la mañana hay bastante ruido en la calle. Es un buen horario para despertarse estando de viaje y para recorrer, pero esta bueno que quien lea esto lo sepa.

Der Vermieter müsste vorab mitteilen , dass man Geschirrtücher zum abtrocknen , Müllbeutel, Spülmittel und einen Wäscheständer mitbringen muss. Außerdem wäre es hygienischer, wenn die Bettlaken auf der Matratze bleiben würden. Die Ausstattung ist sehr schlicht und man sollte die Bäder besser reinigen.

• Mina (7/5): - What I liked the most was the location, which is why I chose this accommodation. Everything is close and within walking distance, and there are also two metro stations very nearby. The accommodation is spacious, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was clean and everything was well maintained.

• Howard (8/5): Fantastic base in a great location - Stayed here with my Husband and three adult daughters to celebrate our youngest’s 21st birthday. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the Spanish Steps/Piazza di Spagna and a 10 min stroll from Borghese Gardens. This was just a base to sleep and shower for us, so we didn’t use the kitchen to prepare food so cannot comment if you are after a self catering apartment, but it seemed to have everything you need, albeit quite a small kitchen space. Check in was easy. Gabriele was in contact with me via WhatsApp to arrange a time we would arrive at the apartment so he could check us in. The rooms were comfortable and a few toiletries were also provided, plus a few basics like dishwasher/washing machine tablet if you needed it. I would definitely book this apartment again if visiting Rome.

• Carolina (9/5): Amazing location and beautiful apartment - Location is amazing! Close to everything, we could walk everywhere any time we wanted. Good pillows and it had two bathrooms which was essential for a group of 5 people. Worth staying! No microwave and not enough toilet paper for the duration of our stay.

• Lynne (5/5): Great location but not a 'Luxury' apartment. - Great location but Very basic apartment. Nothing 'Luxury' about this property. The word 'Luxury' in the name is very misleading. Towels were ok but sheets were very cheap. TV was very small and the sofa in living room was extremely uncomfortable. This is a very basic apartment everything in it is cheap. There were 5 hairdryers and a nasty hair curling brush that someone had obviously left and the cleaning people/ management left it in there. Floors were dirty and we had to wear shoes inside the apartment 😐.

• Maria (8/5): Good place to stay. Near walking distance of atractions and nice restaurants - The host was very friendly and gave us a lot of recomendations of places to go and visit. The host arrived late and we had to wait 15/30 minutes for his arrival. And the appartment it wasn´t ready. They were still cleaning.
• Rd (4/5): Not the best stay due to lack of cleanliness! - Location. Very close to everything! Cleanliness was a big issue. Our bed sheets and covers had blood stains. One of the showers is extremely small and was very close to overflow. The toilet is placed in a very awkward position, leaving little space to maneuver. In addition, we did not receive any instructions about the apartment. Hosts or people we spoke with were kind of rude, irresponsive and impatient. Not a good value for the money besides its location.
• Anonymous (9/5): we loved our stay here and would stay again if we ever visit Rome again. - plenty of space for all of us, furnished nicely. Location was great! our only issue was the door proved very challenging for us. A tutorial would have been nice- the tech who came to fix a few things when we first got there showed us how to open it properly.
