• roberto (8/5): Spiacevole inconveniente - La posizione molto pratica, vicino a molti punti di interesse e alle spiaggie. L' auto quasi inutile se non vuoi visitare spiagge più lontane come come :"Playa de Las Teresitas, Playa Abama, Playa de la Tejita, Playa de Benijo, El Medano ......etc.etc., tutte raggiungibili comunque con mezzi pubblici e quattro passi a piedi. Oppure visitare Loro Parque, un bellissimo giardino zoologico con animali sanissimi ben curati a preservati nonostante fuori dal loro habitat naturale (riprodotto in maniera egregia) e diversi spettacoli molto interessanti : " Pappagalli ammaestrati, Orche, Delfini, Elefanti Marini" E poi,. . . . il mercato sotto casa il martedì e la domenica mattina. Soddisfattissimo. Come già comunicato il quinto giorno all' amministratore, la piscina condominiale era trascurata, lui mi risponde che dipende dall' organizzazione della comunità del condominio. Poi mi sono ricreduto, in quanto ho saputo di un guasto sulla rete elettrica che ha coinvolto diversi stabili e alcuni negozi sotto casa. La notizia al momento è stata confortevole, visto che avevo denunciato un disservizio non dovuto all' agenzia. Mio malgrado, ho dovuto sopportare odore di carburante combusto per il resto del mio soggiorno (8 giorni) perché in qualche modo le attività commerciali sotto casa hanno dovuto sopperire al guasto (per preservare scorte in frigoriferi e comunque andare avanti con l'attività per non perdere guadagni) arrangiandosi con dei generatori di energia con motori termici che esalavano gas di scarico, non indifferenti, che entravano dalle mie finestre e non hanno reso piacevole gli ultimi 8 giorni su 13 della nostra vacanza.
• Egle (7/5): - Pool is nice, never crowded (but open just from 10:00) Very noisy: the restaurant downstairs plays loud music till 23:00. Once it closes - it is still music comes from bars from the beach. The traffic wakes up you in the morning. Rather small apartment for 5 people. The "de la Vistas" beach is about 15-20 min on foot,' Other , more closer beaches, are not nice (either rocky or ferries departs).

• Hryhorii (9/5): Absolutely wonderful – highly recommended!!!! - Wonderful stay for a family – highly recommended! We stayed as a family of five (two adults and three children), and the apartment was perfect – bright, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, with two great swimming pools and free parking right in front of the building. The hostess was very friendly and gave us some really helpful tips about the area, which made our stay even better. We especially loved how close it was to the beach – it's the best one on the island: clean, peaceful, and with no big waves, which was perfect for the kids. We had a fantastic time and felt very happy throughout our stay. We definitely recommend these apartments to other families!

• Ricardas (9/5): Superb - The location is very good - close to the ocean and all the restaurants. The appartment was also great for a family stay. Couple of times we've seen some bugs (probably cocroaches) running on the floors (at night time).
