• akciit (10/5): Very beautiful apartment with sunny roof. - Everything is nice, spacious bedrooms, large roof area for sunlight. Nicely maintain property, it has lift, wish we had time to stay there longer. Location is very nice. Host was very helpful.

Nos encontramos con las fundas de las almohadas manchadas y las sábanas con pelos. El baño tampoco estaba impecable. Por último, el apartamento no se calefaccionaba correctamente para una época invernal.

• Sab (10/5): Appartement agréable et bien situé - Rafael m'a contacté en amont et m'a donné toutes les informations utiles avant mon arrivée et pendant. Sa disponibilité était appréciable en cas de besoin. L'appartement est bien équipé, la terrasse est très sympathique et la place de parking est un gros plus, à 3 mn à pieds.. Bien situé pour aller au centre historique.

• Claudia-Monica (10/5): Super apartament intr-o locație excelenta - Terasa este minunata si apartamentul mobilat cu mult bun gust. Locatia este perfecta pentru a vizita Malaga iar faptul ca ofera si parcare in apropiere este minunat. Ca nu am avut putut sta mai mult timp la aceasta locație.:)

• Viviana (10/5): Fantastic apartment with terrace close to the city centre - We loved staying at Penthouse La Victoria. It's a fantastic apartment with a beautiful terrace. It's very close to the centre, you can easily get there with a short walk. The flat is clean and bright, all the rooms have A/C, and the two bedrooms are very tastefully furnished. There is absolutely everything you need already there, plenty of towels and also beach towels. Super comfortable apartment. The owner is incredibly kind and gave us lots of good tips on where to go and where to eat. I would go back 100% and this is my new favourite place to stay in Malaga! Super recommended ! Nothing
• Marina (2/5): we did not feel well and we were not comfortable - nothing although the host was at your service, with all restaurant recommendations and other help, but the accommodation cannot be called a penthouse, but a badly remodeled semi-open terrace, the whole building and the apartment smelled bad. the furniture is old and uncomfortable, the windows are thin and weak. there was no paper towel or tea towel in the kitchen. although the location is not too far from the center, the area is not for tourists. we didn't feel good and relaxed. pictures do not show true condition.
• Maria (9/5): Just what we were looking for for our stay in Malaga. - We loved the spacious terrace which is exposed to the sun all day and there is also a shaded veranda area where you can have breakfast. Rafael was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions. The apartment is a 15-20 min walk to the centre or you can catch a bus nearby. We had a car and the apartment comes with a free secure parking space a few minutes walk away. Plenty of places to eat nearby too with tapas starting at €3. No faults

You are 20min from the city centre. Amazing location slightly out of the tourist area for peace and relaxation. The owner was super helpful, organised taxi pick-up from the airport for us and provide amazing recommendation.

Good central location. Would recommend and visit again. There are some finishing touches needed to the outside, the interior doors are very creaky, the inner door to the apartment is difficult to unlock. Clearer instructions to the location of the garage would be beneficial.

• Christine (8/5): A very enjoyable stay. - The location was in a residential district, a 10 minute walk from the centre. The apartment had a lovely large rooftop area to sit and relax outside. Maria was very helpful during our stay and excellent at communicating with us. The apartment block was very smart but had a steep flight of steps to get to the lift on the first floor. In some areas, the outside was a bit of a work in progress and Maria had carpenters coming in to finish off the day after we left.
