• Aleksandr Galkovskii (9/5): Fantastic stay with incredible amenities - I had a wonderful time at this apartment. It is exceptionally clean, spacious, and truly has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed is excellent (high-quality mattress, duvet, and pillows), and the apartment was warm and cozy thanks to the heated floors. The internet is lightning fast (1200 Mbps!), which was a huge plus. The capsule coffee was absolutely delicious, and the whole place is filled with natural light. The location is perfect — a quiet neighborhood but with easy access to a "divine" Esselunga supermarket, Chinatown, the metro, and tons of great cafes and restaurants. Plus, it’s only a 15-minute walk to the city center. There was a bit of an unpleasant odor coming from the drains in the bathroom. It didn't ruin my stay, but it’s something that could be looked into.

• Méline (8/5): Très bon séjour, l’habitat est conforme à la description, il est propre et fonctionnel. - Très pratique le système de code avec la boîte à clé. Pour partir plus tôt que 10h, il est difficile de s‘organiser pour les clefs. Si le personnel n’est pas là, nous ne pouvons pas mettre les clés dans la petite boîte noir pour sortir du bâtiment car nous avons besoin d’ouvrir les portes nous mêmes. Peut-être placé une autre boîte à clés devant la porte principale pour déposer les clefs en partant ?

Ci siamo appoggiati in questa struttura per un concerto - Struttura pulita, accogliente e completa di tutti i servizi necessari. Vengono fornite persino delle ciabatte da utilizzare durante il soggiorno. Cucina attrezzata se si decide di cucinare. Un pò distante dal centro a piedi.

• Peggy (5/5): The apartment is in a good location but not a place to stay for more than one night. - Location was good, near train station and public transportation. Bed was comfortable. Apartment was reasonably clean. Bars on the kitchen window made the kitchen feel a bit like a prison; it was bleak. Kitchen needed a new paint job. The light in the kitchen was very bright (good) but gave no warmth, so room felt cold. There were no photos, or art or anything to make the place feel less institutional and more comfortable, such as the cushions that are in the advertising. There were no instructions on how to use the stove top, or which keys worked in which lock. The vent fan to the stove top vented into the room. No instructions on how to use anything, such as the coffee machine. Although there was a dishwasher, there were no tabs to run the machine. No paper towels, or even a dust pan and brush. Instructions for recycling and trash offered 4 different colors for sorting, but there were only two cans to receive recycling and trash, with only two colors. Bathroom was ok, but shower is TINY; I am a small, slim person and still could only enter shower turning sideways. It would not work for a larger person. Bedroom was the best room, but faced the street so there's a fair amount of noise at night (revelers, garbage collection, etc.). Windows worked well, but still noisy.

• Anne (5/5): Un peu galère - Bon emplacement Calme Pas très simple pour rentrer dans l'immeuble, il faut appeler un numero pour qu'ils ouvrent mais la personne ne nous comprenait pas, heureusement que des habitants de l'immeuble sont sortis à ce moment là. Ensuite système de boite à clés donc ps de problème . Par contre Nous avions réservé pour 4 personnes et le deuxième couchage (canapé lit) n'avait pas été préparé donc pas de drap. Nous avons utilisé nos serviettes pour dormir. Nous avons essayé de contacter le telephone d'urgence (message et appel) mais personne ne nous a répondu. Seulement le lendemain matin un message d'excuse.

• Jenina (10/5): A comfortable and well-located stay in Milan! - So many things! The bed was super comfortable, and the location was fantastic—on a quiet street but still close to everything. The space was just right for four people, and the price was great for a 3-night stay in Milan. The metro was only a 5-minute walk away, with just a few stops to the Duomo, and the tram was also easily accessible. We even walked to Chinatown in about 10 minutes! The apartment had thoughtful touches like a coffee machine, slippers, and toiletries. There were enough clean towels and fresh linens for everyone, and the place was spotless. Plus, it’s right next to a lovely church which added to the charm. Overall, it was cosy, convenient, and perfect for a short Milan getaway! The elevator was definitely a bit of a challenge. It took us about 15 minutes to figure out how to use it with our four large suitcases. We figured a way around it! Someone had to go upstairs to press and hold the button to bring the elevator up, while another person stayed inside downstairs—because the buttons inside the elevator didn’t seem to work. We weren’t sure if that’s how it was supposed to operate or if there was a fault. With so many stairs, carrying heavy luggage wasn’t really an option, but we eventually made it work. Also, the coffee machine seemed broken or at least very difficult to use, and the hob wasn’t easy to operate either. It would’ve been helpful to have a quick instruction guide for the appliances. Small things overall, but definitely worth noting for future guests.

• Philippa (9/5): Great spot to stay, especially if travelling from the station at Porta Garibaldi. - The property was in a convenient location for the station and had all that we needed for a brief visit. Easy access to the metro and the station. Architecture in the business district looked spectacular. We had a great meal at Sho Loong Kan which was round the corner. Some instructions about the induction hob and air conditioning would have been helpful, but not a big deal thanks to Google.
• Bertrand (7/5): A good option for a short stay not far from the train station - - Despite our short-noticed booking, the owner reacted promptly and helpfully. - Apartment with adequate equipment. - Nice location, at a walking distance from the train station and in an authentic residential neighbourhood. - There was a very noisy revamping of a flat in the lower floor of the building. This should be made clear before the booking and should be taken into account in the price tag. - Price tag was rather high, even higher during week-ends.

• Androula (8/5): Very good - Location-location-location: right next to the center and china-town and lots of trams. Also nice they included coffee capsules and slippers. Lovely check-in flexibility to be done online or in person. The shower head was not movable, it’s the one that it’s high up — and we found its top covered in shave cream… was difficult for the kids to reach the soap dispenser in the bathroom so they couldn’t be independent. There were also small red aunts in all rooms of the apartment.

• Steve (10/5): Convenient, Clean, Fair-Priced Small Apartment Near Oracle Milano Office - Location was steps away from the Porta Garibaldi train station and metro stop as well as the Oracle Milano office and close to numerous small trattorias for dinner options. Appreciated that the host was flexible to meet me 3 hours late due to a train strike delay in my arrival. Nice large flat screen tv in the bedroom and a smaller one in the kitchen. WiFi was speedy, water pressure normal, and bed and pillows comfortable. Would stay here again. Only extremely minor nit was that of the 4 Nespresso pods left for my use, 3 were decaf. But no biggee.

• Sussar (5/5): It’s okay but problems with shower - The location was very comfortable for us since we were mainly in Milan for traveling. We needed a place close to Gabrialdy train station and Central Milan Station. The apartments are 7 mins walk from the firs and 30 mins from the second. We checked in after 17:00 and could only check the shower after 19:00, the shower didn’t work properly. There was no water pressure at all and limited hot water and it took us more than 40 mins to even wash hair once. I’ve talked to staff about that and they’ve promised to fix it the next day but there was no result at all. We stayed there for 3 days and couldn’t properly have a shower in any of these days. The shower cabin is also very small

Good cupboard space, good location and easy to find parking and walk to the city. nice restaurants close by. No dish towels to clean dishes, no extra coffee pods. There was a lift on the property that sometimes worked/sometimes didn’t.
