• Jens-Daniel (8/5): Für 4 Personen sehr gut geeignete angenehme Qohnung5 - gute Betten, eine sehr gute Dusche, einea der Zimmer mit eigenem Bad incl Dusche, kleiner Supermarkt für alles wichtige im Erdgeschoss, U-bahn 5 Gehminuten, 5 Buslinien, die sehr hilfreich waren, je eine Gehminute ( Falklandroad und willow walkaaaä Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist sehr unbequem, da das Traggestänge durch die dünne Matratze drückt.

• Paul (9/5): Overall the apartments were lovely - Location was great. Flat 8 bedrooms were lovely just small problem with second shower. The beds were not as nice in Flat 5. No problem for us but lot of stairs if you struggle with them. Overall we had a lovely stay and everything was very clean. Beds in Flat 5 were very small doubles and very low.

• Kaname (2/5): ロンドンが嫌いになりそうです - 駅から近かったこと お湯がちゃんと出たこと 風呂や水道周りが清潔だったこと 暖房がしっかり効いたこと 便利なスーパーがほぼ真下にあること Wi-Fiが問題なく使えたこと まず玄関の暗証番号で揉めました。番号入力式のスマートキーだったのですが、正しくは5桁の数字のあとに記号ひとつだったのに対し、ホストは4桁と記号しか教えてくれませんでした。そのため私たちはスマートキーを画像検索し、機種を特定し、ユーザーマニュアルを探してから正しい番号を総当たりで探し出すしかありませんでした。 また、私たちでは閉められない廊下の窓は常に全開で寒かったです。問い合わせても話をはぐらかされ、全く見当違いの返答をそれはそれは親切に教えてくれました。私の英語がうまくなかったせいもあるとは思いますが、他の多数のイギリスの人々には通じていたレベルなので、質問の意味がわからなかったとしたらホスト側の問題かもしれません。 これらの事項があったので、食洗機に前の利用者の汚れた食器が残っていた事、仰向けで寝ているとお尻が床につくのではないかと言うくらい縁の真ん中が凹んだベッドなどは取るに足らない事です。 場所は駅から割と近いですが夜間は緊急車両のサイレンが毎日5回以上は聞こえました。 また、最寄駅はヒースロー空港から地下鉄で90分、中心地からも30分以上離れています。
• Louise (7/5): - Location about 20 minutes from mainsites and a 10 min walk from Turnpike. Appartment was easy to locate. Key pad worked on day of arrival, however my husband was locked out on our last morning there as for some reason the code lock had changed. Just as well I was in the apartment at the time. Upon arrival we noticed no pillows for the sofa bed, I reported this. I was told they would be delivered the following day which was really disappointing. They did arrive but without pillow cases. Again I reported this and was I formed I didn't request these. I would assume common sense that pillow cases would be needed as no spare bedding in appartment. Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Appartment extremely hot despite no heating being on. Summer months I imagine would be v uncomfortable.

The location was close to public transport, which made getting around very easy. The apartment itself was quiet, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. All necessary information was provided clearly in advance.
• Janice (10/5): A pleasant experience. - A lovely apartment in a great North Central London location. The place was very well finished, spotlessly clean, and clearly well maintained. Being just a short walk from the Underground made getting around extremely easy and convenient. An added bonus was the pleasant view overlooking the common garden, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a comfortable and stress-free stay in London.

• Yannic (10/5): Preis Leistung absolut hervorragend - Super Lage, wenige Gehminuten von der U-Bahn Station Turnpike Lane entfernt. Schön an einem Park gelegen und unter den Wohnungen ist direkt ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern, absolut sauber gewesen und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Badezimmer waren ebenfalls sehr sauber. Die Nutzung der Wohnungen mit Codes war wegen den vielen Mitreisenden auch sehr angenehm. Nach erfolgterer Zahlung bekommt man einen Link mit allen notwendigen Informationen und sehr guten Hinweisen. Dies war mit großem Abstand die bisher beste Unterkunft welche ich bei meinen inzwischen 4 Besuchen dort hatte. Wir würden bei unserem nächsten Besuch in London sehr gerne wiederkommen. Die Zahlung in mehreren Schritten war etwas umständlich. Die Betten schienen uns etwas kleiner als in Deutschland zu sein( eher 1,30 statt 1,40) aber dies scheint meiner bisherigen Erfahrung nach in GB normal zu sein. Bei unserem eintreffen hat die Brandmeldeanlage am Eingang alle 30 Sekunden einen Ton von sich gegeben. Dies wurde bis zur Abreise nicht behoben. Den Ton hört man aber glücklicherweise in den Wohnungen nicht.

• MIRELLA (10/5): Comfortable and convenient - The apartment was nice, very warm, clean with a really lovely view. We got clear instructions regarding the code to the apartment. It's near the underground station and in the vicinity of numerous cafes, restaurants and shops. The area seems to be peaceful, safe and quiet. I also got the deposit back the same week. Good contact with the team.

Very nice view to the park. Nicely decorated flat. Very responsive hosts. We had everything in there whatever we needed during our stay. There are stairs to access the flat and no lift. Cleanliness could be improved.

• Banna (10/5): Appartement exceptionnel - Appartement très bien situé, à environ 5 min à pied du métro Turnpike Lane, avec pleins de commerces et de restaurants aux alentours. L'appartement est très très propre avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Nous étions 4 et avions chacune de l'espace et de l'intimité si on le souhaitait. J'aurais aimé garder cet appartement secret pour moi tellement il est top, mais le propriétaire mérite de se faire connaître.

• Biba (10/5): - from start to finish, the team at Deluxe North Central London Apartment kept us informed with very clear and detailed instructions. we rented the apartment with the balcony — everything looked exactly as shown in the photos, right down to the finishes and small details. The apartment was spotless, equipped with all the kitchen utensils we needed, plus dishwasher and laundry tablets, and plenty of towels! for us tall folks with long hair, having lots of big towels was a huge plus. the location was overall quiet, with no noisy neighbours (though ambulance rushing could be heard outside), which only meant one thing — good quality sleep after long days exploring London. the Piccadilly line was perfect for us: direct to Heathrow and just a handful of steps from Turnpike Lane station. There were plenty of cafes serving good quality Illy and Lavazza coffee for that early morning cup. Sainsbury’s and Tesco were a 5–7 minute walk (two bus stops) away, and Wood Green Mall was just around the corner those 2 — which meant we had everything we needed close by, at reasonable prices. there’s also a lovely park right across the street, which I personally enjoyed sitting in after a long day at events. we were lucky that the heatwave had passed a week earlier. I can see how the apartment could get warm, but there were fans available in the rooms, and being able to open windows on both sides meant quick ventilation and a nice cool breeze. hot water was plentiful, and the water pressure was excellent (again, long, thick hair… this matters!). there was lots of storage, hangers, and a huge bathroom counters in both bathrooms, which meant we could lay out all our brushes, makeup kits, creams, and potions neatly — a very rare luxury in most accommodation. internet speed was also excellent. I unfortunately had to work late into the night, and having a solid dining table in a space separate from the bedroom meant I wasn’t disturbing anyone else. Definitely a place we would go back to! for anyone with accessibility concerns, there is a flight of stairs right after entering the building — semi-steep, but very typical for the UK. wasnt an issue for us

• Anna Paola (8/5): Good stay close to London beauties - The apartment was comfortable and all the instructions for the check-in were easy to follow and we were able to enter the apartment without any issues. It was very clean and rooms were spacious to accommodate our needs. The kitchen was big and could accommodate all of us. The host was very responsive and checked that everything was ok remotely. The position was quite good as you could easily reach the tourist attraction points either with underground or with the bus which was very convenient. In general it was a very good stay and I would recommend it. The down areas were the carpet in the rooms and the mattresses which were uncomfortable. I would recommend the host to change them, because some of us couldn't sleep very well during our stay. I'd recommend the host add some hangers or general towel racks in the bathroom, as it was really inconvenient not to have any. Additionally, the kitchen wasn't very well-stocked with dishware, and I'd suggest adding more chairs in the living room, as we couldn't all sit around the table at the same time. I also recommend cleaning the hallway leading to the apartment, as the smell was very strong. While I appreciated the efficiency of the instructions posted on the guest portal, I'd suggest a bit more personal interaction.

• Manuel (6/5): Gute Wohnung für 4 Personen - die Schlafcouch ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen. - Das Apartment war sauber, generell einfach, aber gut eingerichtet. Die schlechte Bewertung bezieht sich im großen Teil darauf, dass wir eine Unterkunft für 6 Personen gebucht haben, jedoch die angebotene Schlafcouch das Schlimmste ist, worauf man jemanden schlafen lassen kann. Ich habe noch nie auf so einer furchtbaren Couch geschlafen. Wir waren dort zu zweit und haben gedacht, dass wir bei jeder Bewegung mit der gesamten Couch zusammenkrachen. Jeder einzelne Metallteil war spürbar. Ich habe noch nie so schlecht geschlafen, hatte tagelang Rückenschmerzen. Für 4 Leute ja, aber die Schlafcouch ist eine reine Tortur.

• Christine (8/5): London war wieder eine Reise wert, eine sehr entspannte und freundliche Stadt - die Lage war sehr gut, ganz kurzer Weg zur Tube und viele Geschäfte in der Nähe, auch Obststände für einen frischen Einkauf eine ruhige Gegend mit viel Grün drumherum Die Wohnung war sehr schön, die Bäder neu und gepflegt, alles wie beschrieben. Nur schade, dass eine Dusche nicht benutzt werden konnte weil die Armaturen defekt waren und unsere Meldung beim Vermieter nicht beantwortet wurde. Ein Bad für 5 Erwachsene für 6 Tage war etwas schwierig......................aber wir würden die Wohnug trotzdem wieder buchen :)
• Pedro Raimundo (8/5): Apartamento seguro, limpo bem equipado e espaçoso. - Zona bem localizada. Edifício com porteiro. Parqueamento dentro do edifício. O serviço de entrega da chave é feito no supermercado 24h (por isso podem chegar a qualquer hora sem problema). O serviço de entrega de chaves é no SPAR (supermercado mais próximo) o funcionário tem a chave. Funcionou bem, mas fica a 200m de casa, no centro da cidade, eu vinha de carro, por isso tive de parar em segunda fila no meio da cidade para receber as chaves, e repetir o processo para entregar as chaves de novo. Considerando que existe porteiro no prédio o processo de entrega poderia ser feito com ele ou de outra forma mais ágil. Os colchões das camas não eram muito bons. 3 de 5.
• Limma (9/5): Nice visit/Ressitön reissu - Sijainti erinomainen. Metrolinja oli nopea, vaikka zone 3 nostikin hieman hintaa. Tesco ihan aseman vieressä, josta sai napattua hyvin ilta- ja aamupalaa. Vuokrasimme kaksi asuntoa samasta rapusta, joten meitä sopi samaan majapaikkaan jopa 11 henkeä👍 kaikki kodinkoneet uusia, ruokaakin olisi voinut helposti kokata! The Door code didn't Work at first, but personnel answered really quicly and gave us new code! Location was brilliant! Fast Piccadilly line really close. Tesco also close to The Underground station, so it was easy to shop some breakfast and snack to the apartment. 2 apartments really close to each other, so it is easy to come with big group. All facilities were new and clean👍🏻 Oli melko kuuma, eikä ollut ilmastointia. Metelin vuoksi ei voinut myöskään nukkua ikkuna auki. IT was a hot Day (+28) and there wasn't Air condition. (Fans only) Street was a bit noisy, so we couldn't sleep with the windows open.

• Eleni (9/5): Ήταν μια πολύ άνετη και όμορφη διαμονή σε πολύ όμορφο διαμέρισμα. - Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ βολική. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ κοντά στο μετρό. Θα θέλαμε να έχει επιπλέον σεντόνια / μαξιλαροθήκες / πετσέτες και σεσουάρ μαλλιών.
• Eeva-Leena (8/5): - Lähellä metroasemaa (zone 3 tosin) ja alueelta löytyy hyvät palvelut sekä bussiyhteydet. Asunto kiva ja toimiva. Asiakaspalvelu tökki. Keittiön pöytä ja tuoli oli rikki ja viestiminen asiasta kesti tarpeettoman pitkään ja meni monen mutkan kautta. Pöytä korjattiin vasta lähtöä edeltävänä päivänä ja tuolta ei koskaan vaihdettu. Levitettävä sohva ei ole aikuisia nukkujia varten, lapsille ok. Alakerrassa haisi todella voimakkaasti maakellarimainen haju. Meillä mukana rattaat jotka oli vaikea rehata jyrkkiä portaita pitkin ylös.
• Zsolt (10/5): Jó ár-érték arányú kényelmes szállás, elfogadható kompromisszummal az elhelyezkedésben. - Kellően tágas volt az 5 személyes családnak, a két fürdőszoba pedig külön jó volt. A wi-fi probléma mentesen működött. Az elektromos kódos zár is kényelmes, nem voltunk egy kulcs miatt egymásra utalva, külön is tudtunk mozogni. Külön helyiségben mosó-szárítógép is volt, nagy hasznát vettük. A közeli park és kosárlabda pálya nagyon tetszett a gyerekeknek. Közel van a Turnpike Lane megálló, a Piccadilly Line-al jól el lehet jutni mindenhova. A fűtés is rendben volt, nem fáztunk, az utca zaja kevéssé szűrődött csak be. Jól felszerelt a konyha, egy kisebb főzés is megoldható volt, le tudtunk ülni egy asztalhoz mindannyian. Mosogatógépért és tablettáért külön dícséret jár. A dizájn is szép, letisztult. A közelebbi TESCO csalódás, a 15 perc sétára lévő LIDL viszont hozta az elvárt szintet. A dupla takaró szokatlan volt, jobb lett volna, ha az egy ágyban alvóknak is van saját, illetve az ágy is kicsit puhább volt a megszokottnál, de ez nem feltétlen negatívum, csak egyéni preferencia. Az ágyak mérete kisebb volt, mint otthon, de teljesen megfelelt a leírtaknak. A TV-n nem tudtuk használni a netflix-et (távirányító sem akart működni,telefonnal vezéreltem), de lehet, hogy csak nem szántam rá elég időt, hogy kiismerjem, nem volt fontos. A lépcsőházban viszonylag meredek a lépcső, és a szőnyeges folyosón kissé dohos szag érződött, de a lakáson belül nincs semmi ilyesmi. Nehezen találtunk megfelelő élelmiszer boltot, rendes (magyarhoz hasonló) péksüteményt.

• Andreas (10/5): Amazing, lovely, interesting :) - Die Lage war sehr gut. Von der U-Bahn-Station war die Unterkunft in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Fahrt ins Zentrum Londons ca. 15-20 Minuten. Gute Anbindung mit Umstiegsmöglichkeiten. Vor Ort genug Geschäfte und Pubs, Cafes etc. Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer, beide Schlafzimmer mit Zugang zu einer Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Optimal für 4 Personen. Ein 4.ter Stuhl anstelle Hocker wäre noch etwas besser gewesen.

• Laura (10/5): Qualche giorno in famiglia - Abbiamo viaggiato in famiglia con due bimbi di 10 e 13 anni. Posizione fantastica, appartamento comodo, tutto ristrutturato. Nonostante la vicinanza con la strada principale, è un appartamento molto silenzioso e luminoso. Vicinissimo a tutti i servizi, metro a pochi metri, alimentari, bar e fruttivendolo. Davvero ottimo! Perfetto per famiglie

I letti matrimoniali di dimensioni piccole. Più piccoli di 1 piazza e mezza italiana. L’asciugacapelli non presente.

• Diana (10/5): Odporúčam - Ubytovanie je trochu vzdialenejšie od centra Londýna, no bus a metro zastávku máte len pár krokov odtiaľ, čo je úplne skvelé. V okolí sú obchody, kde si môžete nakúpiť jedlo. Pred check-inom sme dostali presné a jasné inštrukcie ako sa dostať dnu, plus ako čo v byte funguje. Ešte som v žiadnom ubytovaní počas mnohých rokov cestovania takúto prehľadnú a nápomocnú inštruktáž nedostala - chválim! Apartmán je štýlový, príjemný a pohodlný. Funkčná práčka a kuchyňa sú veľkou výhodou. Oddelené kúpelne veľmi praktické. Spoločnosť, ktorá byt prenajíma, s nami komunikovala rýchlo a bezproblémovo. Aj napriek tomu, že byt je situovaný v budove mimo hlavnej cesty, ten kto je veľmi citlivý na zvuky, môže ich v spálni počuť, no nie je to nič katastrofálne. Chýbali európske adaptéry do zástrčiek, preto odporúčam vziať so sebou vlastné alebo si ich zakúpiť priamo v Londýne.

• Vasileios (10/5): A great place to stay just a few steps from the metro station - Great apartment, with all the necessary facilities. Great location, just 5 minutes walking from the metro station Turnpike Lane. We were 3 adults and 3 children, and that was totally comfortable.

Como éramos 5 pessoas, mencionados na reserva, a terceira cama deveria estar feita ( sofá cama na sala), o que não aconteceu.

• nadide (10/5): We had a splendid time thanks to our comfortable house. - The first thing that I can tell about the house is how clean and hygienic it is. The bathrooms and kitchen are especially clean. Another thing is its wonderful location. It is less than 1 minute walk to bus 29 stop and 5 minute walk to Turnpike Lane underground station which goes to city center in 20 minutes. Also, all the house was perfect in terms of Wifi, heating, water heating. In the kitchen, there is a microwave apart from stove, refrigerator and lots of brand new wine glasses, coffee mugs, forks, spoons and kitchen utensils. It was “home away from home” for us. ❤️ There was nothing that we did not like.

• Viktória (10/5): The apartment is super nice and cozy, very close from the metro station. Instructions were superb. - Nice apartment, great customer service. I never received such detailed instructions including photos on any booking before. The owner send a message upon our arrival to make sure everything was ok. Food shops and restaurants are very close. I would return here for sure. It would be useful to have a coat hanger in the hall (we traveled in winter) and a hair dryer in a bathroom as we travelled with a cabin baggage. But we knew a hair dryer is not included in the apartment, so it's only a recommendation for making the apartment even better than it already is :)
