• Georgie (1/5): AVOID!! Absolutely shocking - Nothing at all I honestly cannot begin to put into words how awful this stay was. From the moment we got into the hotel room (room 1) it smelt like damp and mould and so much moisture in the air to the point the plugs didn’t work. The room had a random cave at the back of some glass sliding doors which made no sense and smelt rotten. It had cockroaches and random items thrown in it and cockroaches in the room. The duvet had no cover and was stained yellow. There was no soap to use in the bathroom, it was dirty and the room had no windows which wasn’t advertised very clearly. When we had issues in the room the staff were not helpful in anyway and hard to get in contact with. The shower door was broken and kept falling off the track when using it. On the very last night I got a shower and when sliding the door open to get in the shower it fell off the track and shattered to which it cut up all my feet and hands. When contacting the hotel with an emergency they were not helpful in anyway and would not reply when I asked for help. They cared more about us paying to replace something that was clearly faulty than the injuries. Absolutely will not be going back and I would just say avoid completely as they are only interested in making money not actually giving you a comfortable stay.
• Marta (5/5): Un poco sin mas - la ubicacion del alojamiento la habitacion olia en exceso a ambientador y tenia mucha humedad, tanto que las sabanas estaban humedas. Aparte en la habitacion se escuchaba mucho a los vecinos y se salia el agua de la ducha. Pague 94e mal pagados
• Lilly Sophie (6/5): Für ein bis zwei Nächte in Ordnung, ich würde aber nicht länger dort schlafen wollen. - Die Nähe zum Strand und die Erreichbarkeit zur Stadt war super. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Balkontür war kaputt, sie sollte einen Tag nach meiner Anreise repariert werden, wurde sie leider nicht. Ich musste die ganze Zeit mit offener Balkontür schlafen. Zudem hat es ziemlich gerochen in dem Zimmer und man hatte im Bad keine Lüftung. Außerdem waren Löcher in den Wänden an der Wand der Balkontür und es war sehr hellhörig.

• Antonio (1/5): Disastro - Solo la posizione, in centro città Tutto. Accoglienza inesistente. Mi sono ritrovato a parlare solo tramite chat su booking dove rispondevano dopo 12 ore. La stanza era sporca. La prima sera non funzionava l'acqua calda. Ci è stato dato un solo rotolo di carta igienica per 4 giorni e una mezza bottiglia di shampoo usata. La stanza puzzava di muffa e la porta non si chiudeva bene, con la paura di ritrovarti qualcuno in stanza. Un disastro totale
• Concepcion (7/5): Estética - Estética de la habitación nos hospedamos en la rambla habitación 1 cueva. Espaciosa y elegante. Olor a humedad ya que la cueva tiene filtraciones, que lo veo normal al ser una cueva. Y la ducha se sale por un mal sellado.

Que no habia mando para el aire acondicionado se hacen los locos hasta que pido la hoja de reclamaciones y entonces me dan una excusa que el antiguo cliente se lo ha llevado(después de dos días allí) y la solución?? Ninguna. Un ventilador o algo o lo que sea, en fin, una olor a humedad y un calor insoportable, el peor sitio que he estado.
• Indre (3/5): - The best thing about this property is the location,close and walking distance to most central places, but contains steps, not ideal if you have restricted mobility.Haidryer worked and the shower had a good water pressure. The smell,the noise,uncleanliness, broken air con,TV did not work (possibly flat batteries).Upon arrival, the main door failed to open, had to use the actual key, which was left in the keylocker.The room had a very strong bleach smell,after some time this was followed by even more stronger sewage smell.There was no window in room 2,but it did have a glass doors with metal bars and some untidy mess behind it.It did help to get some fresh air...but the noise was too bad so had to shut it.In general room was untidy, the hair from previous tenants ,the dust and pillows were dirty.The pillow case didn't have buttons or zip so the dirty pillow kept sliding out of the case.The duvet was just dumped on the top shelf, which never had any dusting down for ages,and all the hotel info was there too,including WiFi details.This is not the place to leave such information, because you can't see it ,it is so high up.The air conditioning is only part of decor, never worked.The coffee making facilities doesn't make sence, there is no cups, teaspoons ,any tea or coffee capsules.There was coffee machine for pod coffee, but no instructions how to use it,no coffee pods,only some time opened packet of ground coffee. THATS APPALLING! Finally,the room cleaners on Sunday morning, started to clean banging with every possible thing they touched, moved furniture around, shout ,sing ...This was so unconciderat e,as the soundproof is non existent!

Dodatkowo w dniu przyjazdu w pokoju tak mocno pachniało chemią i środkami czystości, że nie dało się wywietrzyć, rano obudziłam się z bólem głowy

No volveré La atención telefónica con la encargada nos habló con muy poca educación. Estuvimos 2 horas para poder acceder al interior. La ducha salía el agua hacia el exterior y hubo que poner toallas en el suelo. Ho había jabón para la ducha. Muy mala experiencia, la verdad.

• Michael (9/5): Overall, it was a very nice room and the location is unbeatable! I would stay again. :) - The room was very nice, large and comfortable. The location was perfect, being right at the edge of Santa Cruz! The area for your clothes was missing the clothes rack so there was no place to hang clothes. Also, there was no desk for working, having coffee and checking emails, etc. I would have liked more towel racks in the bathroom (there was only one small one in the shower).

• mix1_home (8/5): More positives than negatives, but depends if given negatives bother you. - - close to the Market - close to shuttle bus to Castle of St. Barbara - short walk to practically all sightseeing sites and beach - romantic entourage in the room with nature theme - working mini fridge in the room - working hairdryer - working microwave in the lobby - wi-fi was fast, but hard to use with vpn on - hot water with good pressure - comfortable mattress (on soft side) - working and quiet heating / cooling air conditioner in the room - well renovated rooms - a bit of a walk from train station, but it compensated with very shots walks later for sightseeing - part of the path is 5-7 meters elevation and set of stairs - there is no lift and only one room on first floor, so you need to be able to walk stairs - hot water tends to run out after few long showers, but it recovers later - air exhaust in bathroom is not adequate. A lot of moisture in the air long after showers - no personnel on site. Tea, sugar did ran out, no coffee caps or coffee capsules. All that said, we got relocated to this property on the day of arrival as there was an issue with property we booked. And in the circumstances you can honestly only dream to find place like this still available.

I tried to contact the property immediately but could not reach anyone, and despite photo evidence I received no refund.

• Iryna (3/5): Моторошний номер - На перший погляд був Вау!-ефект. Стіна з каміння, дизайнерський номер. Але в номер 1, був великий тарган, якась печера недороблена, смерділо пліснявою, яку спробували перекрити якимсь освіжувачем і від цього було важке повітря. Немає вікон, не було гарячої води, лише ледве тепла. І основне, ковдра була з брудною підковдрою, її просто забули змінити. Тому нам довелось укриватися рушниками. Перед нами за це вибачились потім в повідомленні. Щось шуміло всю ніч, на кшталт витяжки.

• cristina (1/5): NO RECOMENDABLE. - experiencia pésima. el sitio es inaccesible en coche. una vez llegas al hotel, no hay recepción y el olor a humedad en cuanto abres la puerta echa para atrás. La habitación no reunía las condiciones para poder ser habitada por lo que nos tuvimos que ir y buscar otro hotel. Desde el primer momento avisamos al teléfono de contacto para que nos reembolsaran el importe o nos dieran alguna solución al no quedarnos en la habitación y no hemos obtenido ninguna respuesta. conclusión: hemos perdido más de 190 euros en una habitación que comunicamos desde el primer minuto que no estaba en condiciones siendo insostenible dormir allí y, a día de hoy NO HEMOS OBTENIDO NINGUNA RESPUESTA.
• tatiana (5/5): Se avessi dovuto soggiornare per più giorni avrei cambiato struttura - La posizione è fantastica proprio nel centro storico sotto al castello di Santa Barbara e al Barrio Santa Cruz da vedere assolutamente , la facilità nel check-in e nel check-out l'odore di muffa, le infiltrazioni visibili su tutto il soffitto, il bagno con la porta trasparente senza finestra ne ventola, l'armadio in cartongesso con il bastone per appendere gli abiti rotto e le grucce appese ai chiodini fissati sui muri della stanza la poca cura in generale dell'alloggio la poca manutenzione.

Moho en la pared, el aire acondicionado roto y sin mando. No había donde colgar nada porque estaban los agujeros donde presumo alguna vez hubo algo para tal fin. Todo lo que conectabas hacía medio chispa. No asistió nadie a limpiar ni a cambiar sábanas esos días.

Also little cave in my room was... unexpectedly interesting and fascinating never seen anything like it but certainly it was something different We experience problem with the electronic lock on our arrival, but I understand it wasn't staff fault, I guess does this happen, we were just unlucky it happened to us.

Unfortunately, the table was covered in breadcrumbs and the duvet had no cover, which was a bit off-putting.

• Karine (7/5): Bon rapport qualité prix - Chambre avec du charme qui change de l’ordinaire! Bouteilles d’eau à disposition des clients à l’entrée, ce qui est super avec la chaleur. La présence de la grotte et l’absence de fenêtre créeent une odeur d’humidité. De plus, il est dommage que le ménage ne soit fait que tous les 4 jours (selon les informations données dans la chambre) car si on va à la plage, on se retrouve vite avec du sable au sol! Peut être que mettre un balais à disposition serait bien

Un petit problème au niveau de la chasse d’eau des toilettes, à certains moments l’eau n’arrêtait pas de couler nous avons dû à plusieurs reprises couper l’eau puis la remettre. Ce qui est dommage à part ça super logement.

Llamamos pero nos dieron largas y no llegaron a solucionarnos nada. Los propios huéspedes fuimos quienes acabamos configurando de nuevo el wifi.
