• María Fernanda (10/5): Great place to stay, very comfortable and near the city center - The facilities are amazing and location is very comfortable. The doors are a little bit noisy.
• Carlos Alberto (8/5): El piso limpio amplio pero camas incómodas. - El espacio amplio, los baños estupendo el salón también y la cocina tudo muy bien. La cama pequeña y con colchón con muelle blando igual el sofá cama.
• Patrícia (7/5): Agradable - El apartamiento era confortable , bien comunicado y cerca de restaurantes , supermercados …. Destacar la educación y amabilidad de la vecina de arriba que era muy maja. Para decir algo faltaba un mantel para la mesa del comedor.
• Diem (8/5): Comfortable stay in Bilbao. - Comfortable bed, powerful shower, good space, secure building and excellent location. Body wash was not provided. We have never been to an apartment all these years travelling that doesn’t provide this basic stuff in the bathroom. Building insulation could have been better as traffic noise was loud, especially in the mornings.

• javi (7/5): Estancia Zabalbide - El ascensor del portal, que es de 8 plazas. La cocina y los baños. La cama nido de la habitación es muy muy simple e incomoda.

• Laura (8/5): Greta stay in Bilbao - The apartment is excellent, well-located and very comfortable. There was no gel/shampoo or basic food commodities (salt, oil), so it is recommended to bring them.

• José (9/5): Genial. - La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del metro de Santutxu. Una zona muy buena y familiar. El apartamento está muy nuevo y limpio. Es amplio y cómodo. Lo mejor si vas con la familia es que tienes dos baños El sistema de recogida de llaves nos dio problemas para acceder al apartamento y tuvimos que llamar por teléfono a sistema de reservas.

• Alba (9/5): Piso perfecto - Tiene todas las cosas necesarias, era todo muy comodo y el piso es bastante grande, se nota muy cuidado. Esta en una zona de subidas y bajadas y el parking mas cerca tampoco estaba tan cerca aun asi lo recomiendo muchisimo.

• Elizabeth (7/5): Good stay - Spacious, modern , clean. Comfy beds , easy to find and close to metro. Very good price Very noisy - street noise was loud and also neighbours. We also had an aggressive neighbour come and complain about my children behaving as normal young children do when they awoke at 7:30am. Perhaps more suited for a couple/ adults travelling together. Kitchen was good but could do with amenities such as a tea towel or oven gloves , foil , variety of cooking utensils, washing powder for the washing machine , tea and coffee.

• Hazel (10/5): Beautiful, super clean apartment. - Beautifully presented apartment with lots of space, stylish decor and support clean. We especially liked the kitchen. We waited about an hour on arrival to be met by someone with keys. Luckily there was a bar nearby but we had our cases.
• Andra_2011 (10/5): Nice and cosy! - It is a spacious apartment and have very good facilities. The location has easy access to the metro that give excellent opportunities to move in many directions inside the city, including the long distance bus station, but also towards the old port Bilbao. It was a little difficult to pick up the keys from one location and go towards the Abando metro station in order to reach the property. We must check on the internet the colors for the selective wastes deposits in order to avoid any mistake...
