Kirsty (1/5): Horrible, left in terrible dirty room, black mould, dirty sheets, no help, slept in clothes - Black mould in various places, including where our pets could sniff. Showed receptionist, he shrugged his shoulders, then left!! To check for an alternative room? Apparently not!! The hotel knew we'd travelled many hours to arrive & had many hours left to travel, got very little sleep, slept in clothes on bed as sheets dirty, left in morning without showers as bathroom not clean. There was also a problem with bathroom fan in a neighboring room, FAR too loud, vibrated throughout our room when in use, & after using the loo at midnight they left it running ALL night!! 😞 It -obviously- needs attention so why hasn't it been done?!. The receptionist tried to say it was the aircon but it 100% wasn't, we know as you can hear -everything- nextdoor, their coughing, lights in bathroom, everything else in bathroom(!!), and the extractor going on (& staying on). When reported black mould in writing, no answer all day until I pursued it, then they denied it was black mould!! Incredible! Just insulting!! Ridiculous - & audacious! I told them I have photos of mould on the walls on the exposed area under the sink, in the corners of the room at floor & ceiling height; all of the places mould forms naturally... But they expect to convince that 'coincidentally' the wall is old & damaged & just 'looks' like black mould, (& it only happened in these places where mould would typically form....??). Ridiculous!! They said 'it's an old building'. No, it's because you're not maintaining your rooms! This room should NOT have been sold in this state, black mould is a serious health hazard. Skirting boards hanging off the walls, hairs from a previous guest on loo, mucky bath, mouldy lamp shade, dirty chair, stained sheets, filthy inside drawers, chunk missing from frame, a total mess - is that all 'just the age of the building' also? Outrageous.
Clara (8/5): Para repetir - En sí el sitio es espectacular, aislado del resto y en pleno naturaleza para desconectar. Hemos ido en verano meses atrás y tienen disponibilidad de piscinas. El trato del personal de 10, sobretodo con mi perrito. Súper bienvenido . Lo mantendremos como sitio para repetir para desconectar seguro. Por poner una pega, el estado de las instalaciones. La cocina tenía algo de humedad y se veía en las esquinas. En el caso de la casa donde nos alojamos, debido al frio la puerta estaba dilatada y no cerraba bien y costaba abrir la puerta cuando la encajabas. Recomendar por dentro disponer de alguna manilla para tirar. Por otro lado, hacia algo de frio ya que los aires no calentaban . Son cosas que se les puede poner remedio, modo pincelada. Se nota el contraste de invierno y de verano.

Elena (5/5): Se puede mejorar bastante - El sitio la verdad que es muy bonito y muy, muy tranquilo. Está en mitad del campo y no molesta nada. La casa no estaba mal, pero tenía muchas cosas que necesitaban ser cambiadas, arregladas. El baño se veía viejo y con necesidad de reforma. Las camas incomodisimas con los colchones durísimos. No hay wifi y los datos móviles funcionan fatal

No es una casa, se alquilan habitaciones, la cocina es compartida, no se menciona en la descripción.La cocina olía mal y te dan una nevera pequeña para 4, se nota que esta descuidado. La piscina estaba abandonada y nos dejaron usar la del hotel, estaba muy bien, pero más lejos de la habitación. La luces de la terraza parpadeaban 3 de 4 qué había.

Con el.perro tiene que ser fuera obligatoriamente).. La piscina de las casitas.muy bien.. En recepción no tienen aire acondicionado y se ve a las chicas agobiadas de calor..

Anthony (9/5): Looking for a romanto - We especially enjoyed the service that Sara offered. We were lost but with her perfect english speaking skills she guided us to the location. She was very helpful as we got settled in and gave us a tour of the house cayetana unit. You have a great worker with you. In adddition we were grateful for Consuelo’s help at checkout. She is very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our conversation with her. She is so knowledgeable about the hotel. Have better address listed on booking.com to find the hotel.

Anna (8/5): Very good - It was open and peaceful. The property is isolated but provides a lot of space to walk and relax. We misunderstood and thought our room came with a kitchenette, however, it is in fact a shared kitchen a distance away from the accommodation.
