• Marek (9/5): - Spacious. Great location near Mercadona and the park. Very well equipped kitchen (even the wardrobe opposing the sink is full of kitchen utensils). Good shower pressure and quick hot water. Peter is quick to respond and help. I wish the room part with two chairs was for a balcony instead, so I could sunbath there.

• Caroline (8/5): Bescheiden sauber und zentral - Ich war nicht im Iris sondern im Aqila ( Adler) gleich daneben aufgrund einer spontaner Änderung.Das Studio ist zentral zwischen Beach und Bahnhof und ermöglich Spaziergänge in jede Richtung. Sie hat Meerblick. Glasfenster-Vorbau mit Esstisch von dem aus das Meer und die Stadt gesehen werden kann. Gute Kücheneinrichtung. Nett eingerichtet, licht, sauber, geschmackvoll, bescheiden. Es gibt einen Lift im Haus. Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr offen. sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

• Rosewell (9/5): - The appartment was very clean and well equipped, nice sea view from balcony,. close to bars, shops and restaurants and excellent communication with the owner, will be booking again The hotel is uphill which didn't bother us to much but may be a struggle for those who are less mobile.

• joseba (10/5): Buen estudio en Benalmadena - Estudio pequeño pero muy cómodo. Cama doble muy cómoda y sofá cama también cómodo. Cocina con todos los utensilios necesarios y baño completo. Instalaciones exteriores como piscina y demás limpios y en buen estado. Hacer hincapié en Maria José y su marido, han hecho que la estancia haya sido inmejorable siempre atentos dispuestos a ayudar. Daros las gracias desde aquí por todo.
• Mario (8/5): Cómodo y práctico - Limpieza, buenas vistas, buena cocina y buena zona de aparcamiento alrededor. Tener el mercadona al lado hizo mucho también. Ventanitas al lado de la puerta sin persiana(entraba luz desde temprano), baño pequeño.

• Christopher (10/5): Great for couples and very helpful owner - Apartment has everything you need. Home from home. Had an issue with the aircon but the owner is very responsive and fixed the problem very quickly.
• Aitor (10/5): Agradable y repetíble - Cama y sofá cómodos , con televisión de 32 pulgadas con internet , wifi gratis , lavadora de 6 kg , dueños muy atentos , estaban en obras justamente en la calle y estaba complicado buscar aparcamiento, cosas del ayuntamiento de hacer obras en verano … las piscinas dos estaban cerradas y había que ir a otras dos seguidas que había mucha gente y te cobran 3 euros por tumbona al día

Es war an alles gedacht, selbst kleine Details wie Badeartikel und Küchenausstattung waren liebevoll und praktisch ausgewählt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut top. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

• Edward (5/5): The entire locality is in a similar condition to a war torn city, with unfinished streets and pathways that are positive - It was very mid standard accommodation in ok condition but it wasn’t overly expensive either I didn’t like that the owner falsely accused me of not returning the plastic poolside key to the reception when I was leaving and she also falsely accused me of damaging the plaster wall surrounding the safe which was loosely attached to the wall upon arrival at the premises

Excellent modern and clean felt home from home Unfortunately there is building works outside the whole area. Which was pound and inconvenient
• James (7/5): Studio in a good location for beach and shopping - Have stayed in the area before and the studio is well equipped and near supermarket and other shops, decent transport links and train stations a short walk, similar distance to the beach, balcony was a bonus and host helpful, good value. Is as the photos, so no complaints
• Jacqueline (7/5): Clean and basic. - This apartment was clean, though very basic. The mattress was a little soft, we felt we needed more support from it. There was only one towel per person, although we were able to wash them, it was hard to ensure they were dry to use again the same night. There was a modern washing machine, though fairly small 2-2.5kg. There was a safe, an iron, ironing board and a hair dryer. All in all, this apartment is probably more suited to a person travelling on their own, or a couple at most.

Comfortable room with a superb view to the sea from the balcony. All main facilities provided. Fine for one or two persons. Great host. Excellent internet. I found the bed a bit hard - but that's a personal taste.

• Eva (7/5): Good - The apartment is simple but has everything needed for a holiday. The sunrise from the terrace is beautiful. It is close to restaurants and shops, everything is reachable within a few minutes' walk. Unfortunately, the neighbours were very loud at night, and we couldn't sleep properly on any of the nights. This unfortunately impacted our ability to relax. The bathroom is very small. The bathroom door handle was broken,we got stuck there several times. The pans weren't made for the induction hob.

• Hanna (10/5): Exceptional - Thanks so much, everything was great - the apartment was as described, amazing view from the balcony, the landlady was constantly in touch, good location, the promenade is 15 minutes away, near the house 2 big supermarkets, park, many restaurants. There are many small stores near the house and along the promenade, including beach accessories. For our convenience we bought a beach umbrella and beach towels, which we left in the apartment after check-out, perhaps they will be useful for other guests.

Really modern and fresh, fresh white bed linen, great view (the little nook on the balcony was really nice), and loved the waterfall shower! Great lights in the bathroom for both selfies & getting ready. Great location, under a 15 min walk to the beach and beach bars. Host answered all my questions and the reception staff were lovely. Will definitely book it again! Some of the pans/pots didn't work on the induction hob

Good side on Seaview.Plenty of hot water.Helpful host delived extra towels same day as asked. Somewhat noisy neighbours? Awkward that the bed was against the wall. Pillows need replacing.
• Noel (9/5): Good time in Benalmadena Excellent - Pool still open in October, close to beach shops restaurants etc .24 hour reception in case you arrive late ,close to metro, bus stops outside takes you to Mijas or Malaga. TV has BBC 1 and ITV 1 Apartment suited me as a solo traveller but was compact wouldn't suit a large group.
• David-uk (9/5): Aguila 535 - Lovely owners who try their best to make the studio nice and comfortable and had nice views out to sea. I would happily stay again with the hosts as nothing was too much for them. Reception staff aren't the best but it's private rental so cannot hold that against the owners. Nothing to dislike really as very clean and comfortable

On arrival, a lovely man on reception pointed us in the right direction of where to go. The views are outstanding from the 6th floor, especially of the sun rise. • Williams (10/5): Exceptional - Peter was really super helpful and accommodating. He provided an exceptional apartment with lovely sea views in a great location. The bed was really comfortable. The apartment was well appointed with extra's which I hadn't expected. Several toilet rolls, washing up liquid, hand soap, shampoo and various spices and condiments and most importantly coffee and tea and a welcome bottle of chilled water and ice. Very happy, excellent value for money and will definitely return. Thankyou again for a great little holiday.

• Elke (9/5): Great stay - Perfect place to stay for 1 person or a couple. Kitchen with 2 heating plates, microwave/grill, toaster and watercooker. Great bed, but best of all is the view on the terrace when you have breakfast in the morning! Would definitely recommend this place. Very thin walls so you can easily hear the neighbours.

Bbc1 and Itv English Channels television. Good communication with owner. Keys picked up at reception. The bed and pillows are non spring memory foam so wasn't as comfortable as it could have been but not that bad that it would deter from booking again.
