Anna (10/5): Klare Weiterempfehlung - Ich hatte das Vergnügen, einige Tage in diesem neuen Apartment in einem sehr ruhigen Stadtteil von Dortmund zu verbringen, und war rundum begeistert. Das Apartment ist modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wirkt durch die hochwertige Ausstattung sehr einladend. Alles ist neu, sauber und bis ins Detail durchdacht. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist mir die ruhige Lage. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend – freundlich, schnell und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich kann dieses Apartment absolut weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Ideal für Geschäftsreisende, Paare oder auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Dortmund.
Kuchararski (5/5): - Duże łóżko , fajna przestronna kuchnia, duży pokój dzienny, ciepła woda, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, kontakt z obsługą- tw elementy są super Smród stęchlizny i wilgoci, pomieszczenie około 80 cm poniżej poziomu chodnika na zewnątrz czyli piwnica. zimno w łazience, po odebraniu pokoju grzejniki daliśmy na max by dogrzeć, ale i tak kiepsko z tym było.

Sigrid (8/5): - Sehr chic und freundliche Mitarbeiterin zur Übergabe. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Sehr viel direkte und indirekte Beleuchtung vorhanden - das schafft eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Seehr viele Kissen. Im Wohnungsflur echt kalt. Kommt durch den Türspalt Brandschutz-Tür zu Boden. Auf dem Unterverteilungskasten klebt noch ein abgewetztes Piktogramm "Feuerlöscher".

Douglas (9/5): - We stayed in 2 different apartments over 2 days. The first apartment was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the apartment was impressively furnished. Nothing was lacking in the apartment. The second night we had to relocate to another apartment. Although it was larger, it lacked the comfort of the first. There were single beds in the second apartment that were uncomfortably hard in my opinion. The shower water was only lukewarm and the shower was not fully enclosed resulting in unavoidable water on the floor. The furniture, although adequate, was far less comfortable than that of the studio apartment. The person that checked us in was very friendly and accommodating when we realized we needed to stay a second night. Both apartments were spotlessly clean and safe. I don’t want to leave the impression that the apartment on our second night was unacceptable, however it was not as comfortable as the studio. I still would recommend this place for anyone looking for accommodations in this area. See above

Ludmilla (9/5): Wenn ich jemals Dankbar war für eine Unterkunft, dann für diese! - Wir waren begeistert für das besonders kurzfristige bereitstellen einer Wohnmöglichkeit nachdem uns zwei vorherige Anbieter quasi am Anreisetag wieder ausgeladen haben. Um 20:00 endlich habe Ich trotz allen Strapazen endlich nach 4 Stunden Obdachlosigkeit mit 3 Teens hier endlich eine ernstgemeinte Zusage erhalten. Als wir ankamen und auch noch überaus freundlich und verständnisvoll in Empfang genommen wurden, das Apartment übergeben bekam und endlich aufatmen konnten, nahmen wir die liebevoll ausgestattete Wohneinheit erstmal an. Es war alles da, was man sich erhofft, samt Kaffeemaschine mit den dazu gehörigen Kapseln. Es war trotz unseren überstürzten Bookings (15 Minuten vor Eintreffen) und 5 Minuten nach Rezeptionsschluss, alles super Sauber und die Servicekraft total freundlich, nett und zuvorkommend, obwohl wir Ihr Feierabend verkürzten. Nachts wurden wir wach, weil die Luft in der Heizung zirkulierte, und uns somit der Geräuschpegel aus dem Schlaf riss, aber nach abstellen derselbigen, war wieder die Ruhe hergestellt. in unserem Fall war die Glastür zur Toilette leicht befremdlich, aber dass ist der Tatsache geschuldet, dass ich mit 2 fremden Kinder (Freunde meiner Tochter) anreiste, allerdings war dies in Anbetracht der anderen Schwierigkeiten im Vorfeld nur noch ein Luxusproblem.
