- Manan (1/5): Avoid - hostile property manager - Nice central location. Well appointed. Avoid during the summer, and be wary of an inhospitable property manager (Boundless Housing / Napoliapartments).
The unit is located on the top floor of a building, with the bed in a lofted area under the roof. While the space itself is very large with high ceilings, that design is exactly what makes it unbearably hot in summer. By the time we arrived at 6:00 pm in late August, the apartment had clearly been closed up all day with no ventilation. The heat was trapped, and the loft—where the bed is—was stifling.
The split-unit air conditioner is the size you’d expect for a small hotel room, not a massive loft apartment. The fan was strong but the air never came out truly cold, and after running it on full power for six straight hours, the temperature did not drop at all. We also tried opening every window, but there was no cross ventilation and no breeze to move the hot air out. By comparison, it was 70 °F outside and over 80 °F inside.
We sweated in the loft area until it was clear the space was completely unfit for sleeping. We attempted to troubleshoot with the Boundless staff member (Rossella) who had checked us in, but after 10 pm she stopped responding. The “emergency” Boundless phone line just rang without an answer. Booking.com support also tried and was unable to reach the property manager.
At that point, with the apartment hotter than the street outside, we were forced to book a nearby hotel just to have a place to sleep. We did not use the bedding or touch anything in the apartment and left the keys behind as instructed.
This is where the nightmare began. Booking.com assured us they could help, but said they had to “wait for written confirmation from the host” before issuing any refund or cancellation. In practice, this meant we were trapped in limbo, checking out of an apartment we couldn’t use while still being charged for every night.
The property manager, Boundless, ignored Booking.com’s outreach for days.

- Emma (10/5): Great location. Helpful staff. Definitely recommend. - Great location. Clean, and very comfy bed. We liked everything, but wouldnt recommend for children because mezzanine balcony has large gaps.
- Ylenia (10/5): Excellent Location. - There is one bakery next to the property. Host was very responsive . Bed and pillows were a little hard.
- Joseph (9/5): Newly remodeled spacious apartment, thoughtfully designed and centrally located!!! - This apartment exceeded my expectations! The photos don't do it justice—it’s clean, welcoming, spacious, and comfortable. The newly remodeled interior is thoughtfully designed, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The owners didn’t skimp on amenities; there were plenty of extra towels, linens, and bathmats, and having a washing machine made it feel like home. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! After two months of traveling with a lot of luggage, the host's assistance was invaluable. He helped me carry my bags up the stairs, as the elevator stops one floor below the top of the building. Without his help, it would have been quite challenging to manage the additional flight of stairs.
Also the stove broke while I was there. Every time I turned it on, it blew a fuse in the apartment. A technician came out right away and advised they would have to replace it. So this prevented me from cooking, however the food in Naples is so good and affordable, that it wasn't the end of the world ;-)
- Neven (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful loft apartment in a great location close to major historical attractions. Very quiet and very responsive and helpful hosts. Comfortable bed. Would come back. Everything was great!
- Katarzyna (10/5): Modern apartment in old city- feel the beat of Naples street while still feeling safe and sleeping calm at night. - Great localization, beautiful, modern apartment. You are in the heart of centro storico but still it is not loud. You have near metro Toledo, supermarket, port with ferries and all you could want to see. The contact with object is exceptional. They are friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to everyone. I wouldn’t change a thing.
- Katarzyna (10/5): Everything was great - Helpful administrator
