Renata (9/5): - Skvělá lokalita. Kousek od hlavního nádraží i Václavského náměstí. Apartmán byl malinký, ale pro 2 osoby na přespání dostačující. Byl velmi čistý a i dobře vybavený. Jediné mínus byli bezohlední turisti, někde z vedlejšího pokoje, kteří nás v noci budili po návratu z flámu.

Adolfo (9/5): Elegir este alojamiento es todo un acierto - Todo la ubicación, la limpieza, la comodidad de la cama lo tiene equipado que está el apartamento es un sitio fantástico Un poco de calefacción en el baño no estaría mal, y los vecinos, el ruido de turistas de otros alojamientos del mismo edificio a veces es un poco incómodo

Emilie (8/5): Příjemné studio blízko nám. sv. Václava. Doporučuji :) Ráda se sem vrátím. - Lokalita skvělá - blízko do centra. Po centru jsme se tak mohli pohybovat pěšky, bez použití dopravy. Studio bylo čisté, vkusně zařízené. Rychlý internet. V koupelně vše důležité - voňavý šampon a sprchový gel v jednom, pračka, žehlička i sušák na prádlo. Kuchyň vybavená též šampaňskými skleničkami - to bylo příjemné :) Kávovar, který byl složitý na přípravu kávy, a tak jsme ho nepoužívali, i když mletá káva byla pro hosty nachystaná. Škoda - obyčejný kávovar na kapsle by zvládl použít kdokoli. Skříň v kuchyni byla tak blízko kuchyňské linky, že bylo velmi náročné se do její jedné poloviny dostat a uložit si tam oblečení a další věci. Podlaha v koupelně byla velmi teplá, až to bylo nepříjemné. Bohužel teplota byla nastavená a nešla změnit.

Upon arrival there weren’t any towels and only available sheets and blankets for one bed, even though we informed that we were 4 adults. Even though we complained via WhatsApp , we were told that they couldn’t provide any until next day at 10 am. And, of course, they didn’t even bother to be there during the morning and only showed up at 2pm…. Also….after filling in the check in forms for the 4 of us, they sent me a copy of a rental contract with my signature in it. Never received a copy beforehand and , even worse, never signed it myself. Which is completely illegal!
Ambra (10/5): - Ho soggiornato a Praga in questa struttura e mi sono trovata davvero bene. La posizione è un punto fortissimo: è molto centrale, ma allo stesso tempo in una zona silenziosa e tranquilla. Ci si muove facilmente anche senza mezzi; inoltre, nei dintorni dell’appartamento ci sono diversi ristoranti, market e servizi comodi. La casa è ben organizzata e con lo spazio giusto per sistemare tutto senza problemi. Un plus davvero piacevole sono stati anche i pavimenti caldi, perfetti soprattutto nelle giornate più fredde. Ho apprezzato molto anche le indicazioni pratiche presenti in appartamento: piccoli avvisi e spiegazioni utili su alcune cose (ad esempio, che se l’acqua calda non dovesse uscire subito basta attendere qualche minuto), così come su altri dettagli della casa. Inoltre, ho apprezzato le piccole attenzioni lasciate in bagno, come alcuni oggettini utili (ad esempio un mini kit da cucito per le emergenze), e in generale la dotazione dell’appartamento è stata davvero completa e comoda. Nel complesso, esperienza molto positiva: consigliata!

Las instalaciones son muy buenas, el suelo estaba calefactado, no pasamos frío en ningún momento (vinimos en enero), todo estaba limpio. Para Dos personas durante 3 días (que fue lo que estuvimos) está genial en relación calidad precio Repetiría seguro.

It's also a very comfortable appartment but as it was cold in the bathroom we can't grade it excellent as we suffered the cold in the most important room which is the bathroom 😝 Thatvit was cold when we arrived and the bathroom remained cold until the end!

Chanelle (9/5): Cozy in Prague - The location was perfect to explore Old Town and New Town. Excellent communication from the host. Warm and cozy with great amenities. We appreciated the water and coffee when we arrived. The room was a bit cramped. I would suggest kitchen towels or paper towels and some face cloths for the bathroom.

Tesise sorunu 2, 3 kez bildirdik hemen cevap verdiler uzaktan sistemden duzelttiklerini söylediler ama maalesef banyo ısısı ayarlanmadı bu bizim için sorun yarattı. Odada 5 kişilik yatak vardı ama oturmak için koltuk yoktu.

Akkuş (10/5): Küçük ama ihtiyacımız olan her şeye sahip ve merkeze yürüme mesafesinde güzel bir daire - Küçük ama ihtiyaç duyabileceğimiz her şeye sahipti. Konumu harikaydı tren garına çok yakın olduğu için tercih etmiştik ama biraz da yürümeyi sevdiğimiz için başka ulaşım aracı kullanmamız gerekmedi. Temizliğini çok beğendik. Konakladığımız başka yerlere nazaran çok çok temizdi, kusur bulamadık. Çamaşır makinesi bizim için hayat kurtarıcıydı. Kahvaltı hazırlayabileceğimiz her şey mevcuttu.

Marcelina (8/5): - Dogodna lokalizacja i bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament. Apartament był malutki i dość ciemny - podczas krótkiego pobytu to nie problem, ale raczej nie zdecydowałabym się zostać dłużej. Mieliśmy też problem z połączeniem się z wifi.

Το δωμάτιο που είχαμε δεν υπήρχε σε καμία από τις φωτογραφίες του booking. Ούτε η θέα που φαινόταν στις φωτογραφίες ..

Gizem (10/5): Müthiş bir konaklama deneyimi - Ev beklentimin çok üzerindeydi. Lüks bir otelde kalıyormuşum gibi hissettirdi. Evin konumu harikaydı. Hiç toplu taşıma kullanmadık her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Toplu taşımaların hepsi evin önünden geçiyordu. Tren garına yakın olduğu için havalanına ulaşım çok çok kolaydı. Evin konumu çok güvenliydi, güvenli bir çarşının içinde yer alıyordu. Ev tertemizdi. Ev sahibi her zaman çok ilgiliydi. Çok güvenliydi, konforluydu. Tekrar geldiğimde burada kalacağım. Bayıldım herseye.

Kurt (10/5): Good value for money, excellent central location. A+ - The location is absolutely superb. Being about 200m away from the train station, 100m away from Wenceslas Square, this is an ideal location for both discovering Prague or as a hub to explore the rest of Czechia. Everything's clean and comfortable, good communication from the hosts, money/value wise greatly recommended. Bathroom was roomy, comfortable and convenient. Absolute recommendation from me. The room is a bit on the small size, and requires some manoeuvring to navigate from the entrance to the wardrobe, but looking at the location and price for the stay, that's a minor discomfort, I'm happy to let pass. Still giving it a 10/10 for the many pros!

Joana (10/5): Great stay for a very reasonable price - The staff were amazing and super helpful. Before and during the stay we kept in contact through the Booking app and they were always kind and fast to reply. They were also very kind to accommodate my early check-in request and messaged me as soon as the room was available. The room was equipped with full amenities such as a washing machine and a clothing rack. The room was smaller than what's shown in the pictures, it would be great if you see the room chosen before booking it. The TV worked but the channels weren't set up which was a shame.
Marta (10/5): Wspaniałe ! - Bardzo miłe miejsce, wszędzie blisko, spacerkiem dojdzie się do najważniejszych rzeczy. W samym apartamencie czysto, zadbano o każdy szczegół, dużo udogodnień typu pralka, suszarka, żelazko itp. Ciągły kontakt w razie problemów. Serdecznie polecam ! Jedyny minus to brak dostępu do WiFi.

Míriam&familia (7/5): Falta personal - Es un apartamento pequeñito pero tiene de todo,está súper limpio y el personal por teléfono super amable ,y las limpiadoras. No hay nadie,te tienes que buscar la vida para entrar,si quieres dejar las maletas el día que entras o el que te vas ,no tienes esa posibilidad,no existe una recepción. El pomo de mi puerta del apartamento estaba un poco roto y el primer día me costó entrar y no hay a quien pedir ayuda.Por suerte soy un poco manitas y me las ingenie. Eso es lo malo,que no hay recepción ,ni un portero o alguien a quien preguntar si surge un problema.y que las maletas no se puedan dejar en ningún sitio. Cerca hay una información al turista y allí me dijeron donde dejar la mochila,pero me costó 50€
Ceren (7/5): Nice location and cleanliness, but the facilities did not fully meet expectations. - Great location and a very clean room made our stay really comfortable. We were a bit disappointed with some things during our stay. There were no slippers in the room, the towels were not changed regularly, and we only received the kettle on the third day. Items like cotton pads were not replaced, which was inconvenient. For the price we paid, the room felt too small for two people and more suitable for just one. It also would have been nice if the hotel had a luggage storage service.

László (9/5): Ajánlom Mindenkinek - Elhelyezkedés , megközelíthetőség , felszereltség , a közelben éttermek , sörözők illetve számos vásárlási lehetőségetek biztosító üzletek ( akár szuvenír vagy a napi élelmiszer vásárlására ) Prágai látványosságok , nevezetességek 20 perces sétára vannak. Aki gyalog szeretné felfedezni Prágát annak ez a legtökéletesebb választás . Az ágyunk picit kemény volt , Mi puhább ágyakhoz vagyunk szokva ... de ez szubjektív :-) Igazán negatívumot nem tudok felsorolni , számunkra ideális szállás volt !

Rocío (9/5): Excelente estancia en el corazón de Praga - La ubicación es inmejorable, en plena Plaza de Wenceslao y muy cerca de todo. El apartamento estaba bien cuidado, bien equipado y resultó muy cómodo para nuestra estancia. El sistema de check-in con códigos fue muy práctico y el equipo de TurnKey estuvo siempre disponible y respondió rápido a todas nuestras consultas. Todo estuvo bastante bien. Solo mencionar que había algo de polvo en ciertas zonas, aunque en general el apartamento estaba en buen estado y fue muy agradable.

Krzysztof (9/5): Extra! - Lokalizacja - w pobliżu dworca PKP, kilka minut piechotą; dwie minuty do Muzeum Narodowego i głównej alterii prowadzącej na Stare Miasto. Apartament cichutki (mieliśmy okno od podwórka), w pełni wyposażona kuchnia i łazienka. . Jedynie to, że nie trafiliśmy okna z większym jasnym oknem i bajecznym widokiem, trudno ocenić pogodę 😉

Kathleen (8/5): Super Lage, sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr klein aber völlig ausreichend für ein paar Tage. - Die Lage war hervorragend. man konnte alles super finden. Die Ausstattung ist völlig ausreichend und es gibt Shampoo und alles was man braucht inkl. Kaffee, Salz und Pfeffer, was sehr hilfreich ist, wenn man mehr als eine Nacht bleibt. Das Zimmer war so klein und das Bett stand vor der Balkontür. da es leider sehr warm war im Sommer hat die Luft im Zimmer gestanden. Es War super klein und dadurch einen kleine Herausforderung frische Luft rein zu bekommen.

William (10/5): Wonderful stay at TurnKey I Wenceslas Square Apartments - The apartment was perfectly located, just a short walk to the museum, train station and restaurants. It was easy to explore the area. The check-in to the apartment instructions was clear. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi and washing machine. The water pressure is strong. Considering the location, amenities, and overall experience, the apartment was excellent value for money. Nothing.

Yau (7/5): Good - Good location. Few minutes walk to metro, train station and Airport Express station. Having washing machine (but without drying function) and cooking utensils. Clean and tidy. There's a fan provided which is good in summer time. Very limited space in the room. It seems a single room adding a sofa bed (so actually not a double bed). Before reaching the lift, there are few steps. If bringing big or heavy luggage, need to be aware. No cleaning service if living less than 7 nights (but can request for changing towels if needed).
Lombokyogya (10/5): A perfect place in Prague - Everything was perfect. The communication, the location.. The appartment was clean and had everything I needed. Near the train station, in the center, there is an Albert supermarket at the Muzeum metro station a few steps away.. Easy check in with codes and no keys.. I will come back. Nothing, I loved it!
