L’emplacement est idéal, tout se fait à pied et permet de profiter des plus beaux endroits de la ville sans contrainte. L’appartement est très cocooning, décoré avec goût et on s’y sent immédiatement bien, comme à la maison. Un grand merci également à l’hôte, qui a été extrêmement sympathique, disponible à tout moment et très attentif. C’est sans aucun doute l’appartement à réserver à Florence — nous le recommandons les yeux fermés. Il n’y a rien à dire !!

Bez problemu można się dostać tutaj transportem miejskim z parkingu A1. Byłoby cudownie gdyby w mieszkaniu był ekspres do kawy i nowa gąbka do naczyń. Ale to drobnostki.
• Tuna (9/5): Great Location, in the heart of the Florence - Great location, the entrance door faces the walls of the uffizi. 30 seconds from the Piazza della Signoria. The house is just like the pictures.(personally I like the design as well, it was comfy). Last but not least Massimo was a great host as well.

• Ana (8/5): Very comfortable and great location! - This apartment is perfect for families and groups of friends, since it has an independent room and a sofa-bed very big and relatively comfortable. The location is obviously perfect, in a narrow alley from Piazza della Signoria. If you are searching for the correct location, it's in front of Relais Uffizi hotel. Massimo met us in the piazza to show us the way. We had a wine bottle as a welcoming gift and a very nice tour of the apartment. The living / dining room is big enough with sofa-bed, a good TV, everything you need in the kitchen (except oven) and amenities in the bathroom. We were there for a week and we felt at home :) We didn't bother that much, but the apartment doesn't have a good view, since it's oriented to the interior of the buildings and the bedroom doesn't have natural light. But our concern was the bathroom shower that is not adapted to tall people and doesn't have a door, so the water flows to the floor and door. There were also some lights, outlets and cooking plate that were broken, but this was discussed with Massimo and it will be fixed! Only one important thing missing: a coffee machine! Just a recommendation :)

• Chloe (6/5): Location was great but in need of upkeep and a good clean. - Location was great, spacious apartment. Had working A/C (only in living room space) and lift. Near all the bulbs in bedroom were not working so it was dark. A plug near the bed was faulty, could be a health hazard. Bathroom wasn’t clean when we arrived, bits in the shower, old toothpaste in the sink & strong smell of urine coming from around the toilet.

A spacious yet friendly/cosy multi-room apartment, perfectly located in very short walking distance to the tourist attractions. Felt just like having your own home right in the center of the city. A great place to come back to after a long day out in the crowds in the busy Florence streets and squares. Modern and perfectly functioning A/C, Television and WiFi. Kitchen small but well-stocked and suitable. All in all, nothing to complain about, and all as presented on the pictures or better. Good to be aware that the Google Maps coordinates are slightly off (one or two streets over); the address is correct, the location that is displayed on the map is not. The correct apartment entry is on a side street right opposite the Relais Hotel. As the apartment is located in the car-free center, parking is at a walking distance-located external valet garage. The garage park your car either packed in with some other cars in a very tiny in-door location onsite or drive it to on an off-site area. You call one hour before collecting it. Cost EU30/day. Worked perfectly for us, delivery & collection process was smooth and we got the car back in perfect condition. We used Garage Tintori, which has much better reviews on Google than the alternative suggestion (Palazzo Vecchio), recommend to check reviews before deciding on the garage.

Close to all the best restaurants, the Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria and the museums of interest. All in all the apartment was great. A washer/dryer would have been a nice addition.

• Chungling (6/5): Pleasant - The location is quite okay as it's just beside the main tourist sites. The room is big and the owner was quite nice that they even sent us wine and cake as welcome gift. Really appreciate that! The plug isn't working very well which made charging the phone or pc a bit difficult (need to find an angle to do that). The water can be easily spilled out from the shower, which made the bathroom wet and discomfortable.
