• Tara (5/5): - Location Owners will do everything to not refund the deposit. Still waiting on my refund. There is no secure way to pay, only via bank transfer. Please avoid this accommodation at all costs

• Lisa (1/5): Two thumbs down - Location was good. It took a month & 3 complaints to Booking.com to get the security deposit back. Don't book here if you need a receipt to claim VPTAS. They were very reluctant to provide (6 weeks of persistence) even though legally they must if you ask. The off-street parking is only for small sedans. You don't find out about that until you're there. More trouble than it was worth! Wouldn't recommend.

• Joann (8/5): Very good - Great spot while attending The Avenue Hospital. Communication with property was very responsive. The bed squeaks a little. Lucky my husband was there on his own most of the time.
• Dianne (8/5): Great place and will stay again if available - Great location, needed to be close to hospital. Secure, felt safe at all times Comfortable, good air conditioning. Clean Had to keep blinds down when there as neighbouring windows look over apartment. Stack parking needs to be advertised as not everyone has a small to medium sized car. Not a big issue, but for the elderly couch and bed are quite low.
