• Agnieszka (1/5): - Nie otrzymaliśmy noclegu w apartamencie . Właściciel napisał maila, którego otrzymałam po przylocie do Londynu, ze nie moze nas przyjąć ,ponieważ są zniszczenia po innych wynajmujących. A my z dwuletnim dzieckiem zostaliśmy bez noclegu .
• Pascal (1/5): - Absolument rien Scandaleux ! Je suis dans l'avion à 22h, en famille avec mes enfants et ma compagne. J'aurais pu arriver et m'installer à partir de 16h. Je reçois un message du propriétaire m'indiquant qu'il annulait la réservation, soit disant désolé mais refusant toute discussion ni aide pour trouver un logement à mon arrivée. Comment peut on accepter chez booking un arnaqueur pareil ?! Les commentaires que j'ai pu lire ensuite dénonçant un appartement sale et mal entretenu alors que la notation globale est à plus de 7 ?! J'invite booking à blacklister ce propriétaire qui de toute évidence est un escroc. Heureusement, booking sur simple demande à rembourser intégralement ma réservation. Pour autant sans l'aide de ma fille sur place, j'aurais dû à minuit trouver une solution sur Londres en urgence. Je vous ajoute les screens de l'échange avec le propriétaire pour vous montrer la véracité de la situation. Évitez ce logement, c'est un piège !
• Yazıcı (1/5): - 5172721536 we booked that house and all my family members 4 people stayed in there but house advertisement informations are scam .The house doesn’t include bed for 4 people .Boiler was broken both of 2 days we can not shower and have to stay cold house 2 days with no hot water no electric . We have face many problems and very struggling and the house owner behaved to us very bad our trip was very bad for this reason. I want to complain to this house owner and her advertisement. How I don’t know but she banned to us and i can not rate this house so i wanna write to complain and explain our struggles! I am always use this application and trust .We wanna refund our payment and warning to house owner . Thank you and best regards
• Agueda Varela (4/5): Disappointing - The location was exactly what i needed and the host Marwa was friendly and responsive. In general the property is very poorly maintained. It didn't looked very clean with some bits clearly dirty and not had been cleaned before our arrival. There was an issue with the toilet which took some time to get fixed. The bed was just bad, broken and full of stuff under it ( to support the mattress, I assume). The bathroom was not very cleaned as well and the carpets were just very stained. I did consider leaving after arriving, but the location was good and with a baby I just didn't have the energy. Also I spent all day outside, so went there basically just to sleep, otherwise if I wouldn't have stayed. The place could be great, but it is just not well looked after. I've only read the reviews properly after getting there, so do read as many as you can before booking it and then make an informed decision.

• Zaahirah (7/5): Cute little place with a garden - It was clean and decor was nice. Host was friendly. Super cold inside, heater didn’t work at first but host was very helpful and it eventually worked however we then didn’t have any hot water during our stay.

Definitely one of three best apartments I booked in a long time. The owner is kind and so communicative, I definitely recommend ! Book it :) Nothing to list here as the stay was excellent.

This was unfortunately the worst place I have stayed, we were allowed to check in early which was the only positive thing about this stay, however the host has since tried to used this against me saying that this was a good gesture and therefore I shouldn’t be complaining about anything! Upon entry we noticed the coffee table was dirty and broken (hairs, an earring back and dust) the fridge had left over food in it, the sink had a used spoon and cleaning sponge, there were cob webs in the bathroom and watermarks all over the taps and bath which indicate they have not been cleaned, along with what I’m assuming was the previous occupiers toothpaste. There were cables and wires exposed on the floor and quite a few things were broken (door handle, curtain was hanging off, skirting board had fallen off), cleaning products were left out and with out lids on. We were also not provided with the lock box code to leave the keys in. Apparently this was meant to be emailed prior to our stay. I asked for a full refund, however since I didn’t raise the issue until the next day even though we were at an event the whole afternoon/evening with no signal this invalidates the request of a refund. A partial refund was offered however once I complained to booking.com she retracted it with the above reason. Awful experience with the host who seems to think that the apartment is cleaned to perfection and very rude. Total rip off and not worth the money. If the host even thinks about responding to this review by accusing me of lying, please note I have nothing to gain from this and have never left a bad review of a property in my life. This is the worst place I have stayed in, the worst host to talk to, avoid at all costs.

• David (1/5): Incredibly disappointing - The holder of this property was no where to be found when we arrived at the property. The PIN code emailed to us was incorrect. It was pouring rain when we arrived. We stayed outside the property for a while calling the contact number so that we could come inside the property. The property holder, wouldn’t pick up or answer any messages. And didn’t message me about the key-code until after 11pm. When at this point, we had to book another hotel, as there was no response from the property holder. And afterwards, the property owner said it wasn’t their responsibility to answer calls so we can be let into the room we paid for, as it was after 4:30. Even though, we were never given the corrected pin/code in the first place so we enter the property. Especially because it was pouring rain when we arrived there getting soaked.

• Beverly (10/5): Best first Airbnb experience ever!!!!! Thank you!!!! - I liked how cosy it was, had a garden, had little extra stuff to make it homey like blankets and bathrobes. Soooo tidy. Has all kind of streaming services on the TV (prime, paramount, Disney etc) Easy to contact owner, lovely soft bed and comfy sofas. It was quite cold and we never managed to figure out how to make it warmer
