- Gabriele (5/5): It was ok for the few days we were there. - The Location was ok and it was very quiet. Good for sleeping. The beds were comfortable. It was not very clean. The kitchen was dirty and the floor had not been swept. and cleaned properly. The toilet too needed a more thorough clean.

Lage nicht so zentral wie erwartet. Zur Straßenbahn ca. 10 Minuten. Eingangsbereich hinter dem Tor ungepflegt.

- Priska (4/5): - The kitchen is very modern. All the appliances we used worked. The kitchen is very well equiped. The location is indeed central - however you would need to walk for 5-10 Minutes to a tram/s-bahn location. The apartment is quiet mostly. The linens and bedding were clean. The communication in general was fine (quick responses). The whole apartment stunk of cigarette smoke (even though all windows were open upon arrival). One bedroom was unusable (the biggest room). When we complained about the cigarette smoke we were completely ignored. The apartment was poorly cleaned. Especially the floors were waxy. We had to pay the city tax via e-banking which is a bit annoying since we had to pay an extra fee for only a few euros (which we could have just put in a box on location). Right now there is a huge construction site right in front of the building (not mentioned beforehand).

- Florentine (9/5): Zentral gelegene ruhige Wohnung. - Die Lage ist super, fussläufig zur Innenstadt und ruhig Richtung Innenhof. Praktisch der Parkplatz einen Block weiter. Und sehr nett und hilfsbereit der Eigentümer. Für uns hat alles gepasst.

- Melanie (7/5): Prima tussenovernachting gehad op terugweg - Ruim appartement. Zoals op foto's. Gratis parkeren, stukje verderop. Of betaald redelijk dicht voor de deur. Prima plek voor een overnachting met een gezin. Op loopafstand van een botanische tuin, die mooi was en een fijn restaurant had. Iets verder van het centrum dan ik dacht. Het is meer een woonwijk, dan een vakantieplek. De douche vond ik niet fijn omdat hij van heet naar koud ging.

- Layla (9/5): Nice apartment in city centre with plenty of space. - Close to the city centre, although access was a bit complicated by road works the city is undergoing, generally property is easy to find and park nearby. Walking distance to park and city centre. No issues. I couldn’t work out how to make tv work but this might be my lack of knowledge of German language to work out commands.

- Martijn Otten (8/5): Centraal gelegen in Karlsruhe met een parkeerplaats zonder meerkosten. - De gastheer was goed bereikbaar en zeer behulpzaam. Het was heel fijn dat we de beschikking hadden over een parkeerplaats zonder meerkosten. Wij komen hier graag nog een keer terug. Het appartement heeft hier en daar wat onderhoud nodig, bijvoorbeeld een plint die los ligt. Niks ernstigs overigens.

Toilet flush was malfunctioning. kitchen essentials were also missing. Due road construction in front of complex parking was an issue, which is not in owner's hand but then it should be told in advance and rent should be adjusted. I am happy that owner helped by guiding where can are alternative parking in different neighborhood and that is only positive for this booking.

- Stravens (8/5): Very good - All went very easy. We knew where to go to pick up the key. This was not far away from the apartment. It didn't feel so welcoming to arrange our own chairs, as we came with 5 people, the appartment was initially arranged for 4. Not that big of a deal, because the owner helped us out finally.

And quite well equipped too. Walking distance to the commercial areas of the city. The main entrance to the compound isn't very impressive.

- Oana (9/5): Nice and clean place near the ZKM Karlsruhe - Very clean and spacious one-bedroom apartment, with a large living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Good communication via WhatsApp with the host, who provided in time all the needed information in order to check in (the description of the building, the procedure to enter the building, and the code for the apartment). The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was provided with everything we needed, even a dishwasher. Enough towels for 4 people. Good WiFi. Not enough toiletries.
