• Marie (9/5): Ce logement a permis à notre séjour de se dérouler parfaitement, nous en sommes très satisfait. Le rapport qualité prix - Les personnes sont très gentilles, tout s’est facilement passé. Il est possible de cuisiner, il y a un grand frigo, une machine à laver ainsi que le nécessaire pour repasser. Il y a beaucoup de rangement dans la chambre ce qui est pratique. L’appartement est bien situé par rapport aux lignes de transport en commun. Le quartier est pourvu de très bons restaurants, pâtisseries et café. Toutes les personnes étaient tres accueillantes avec nous. L’appartement n’est pas très bien isolé, mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé car il ne faisait pas vraiment froid. Le quartier est quand même calme la nuit. Si vraiment vous ne supporté pas le bruit et que vous voulez vous coucher plus tôt, des bouchons d’oreilles suffisent amplement pour être dans le silence complet.

• Peter (10/5): - Nice air-conditioned apartment, super clean. Kind hosts, good communication. Great location near the subway station to city center but you can also enjoy authentic italian life (caffes, bakerys, bars, etc.) at Mirti square.
• Przemyslaw (10/5): - Bardzo fajny apartament, przestronny, dużo miejsca, zgodnie ze zdjęciami.Wyposażona kuchnia i jak na Włochy to spora łazienka. Miły właściciel, gdy brakło papieru, to przywiózł. Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja w trzech pokojach. Bezpieczna okolica, sklepy, blisko metro i restauracje, chociaż wieczorami na placu przy metrze zbiera się dużo muzułmanów. Zazwyczaj we Włoszech jest kawa/herbata, tu nie było, ale kupiliśmy ;)
• Iuliia Terekhova (10/5): Уютная квартира по приемлемой цене - Роберто замечательный хозяин. Поселил раньше, разрешил остаться позже, помог с трансфером. Квартира уютная, есть все необходимое, кондиционеры спасают в страшную жару. Какое наслаждение было возвращаться домой после тяжёлого дня в городе! Рекомендую эту квартиру всем, кто хочет отдохнуть в комфорте и не очень дорого. А тем, кто любит котиков, бонус - во дворе проживает чудесный рыжий кот Roberto is a wonderful host. He checked us in early, allowed us to stay later, helped with the transfer. The apartment is cozy, has everything you need, the air conditioners are a lifesaver in the terrible heat. What a pleasure it was to return home after a hard day in the city! I recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to relax in comfort and not very expensive. And for those who love cats, a bonus - a wonderful ginger cat lives in the yard..
• Steven (9/5): Superb - The flat is spacious and comfortable for 3 or 4 people with all you need for a short stay. As the building is in a residential area, the flat is extremely quiet, allowing for a good sleep in the comfy beds. The owners were very friendly and responsive and did their best to ensure a pleasant stay. The metro is very close, but you just need to pay attention to running times and maintenance to guarantee an easy trip into the centre. All in all a good stay

• Katerina (10/5): Great place to stay in Rome - The owners were amazing. Our flight got re-scheduled, so we arrived late. They were waiting for us, showed us the apartment and at the end, recommended us a wine bar and a restaurant in the city. Whatever we needed, nothing was a problem. Also, the apartment was spacious, clean, with 2 bedrooms and very comfortable for 4 nights. There are some extensive works on the metro network. Plus there was a general strike of all transport on one of the days. Of course it is not a fault of the accommodation, but it took some extra planning from our side.

• Magdalena (8/5): Nice, quiet and cool apartment, close to a metro station. Recommend - The apartment was cool and quiet. No noise from the road etc. Although there was 30-33C outside, the apartment kept cool, even when no air conditioning was used. Air conditioning was working well, if you still needed it. It was located close to a metro station. Small convenience shops were very close by as well as a small patisserie. Hosts were very welcoming, responsive and helpful. Apartment was clean and spacious. The bed in the master bedroom was somewhat hard (but still OK) and the pillows were hard. But this wasn't a big deal, we still slept well in the apartment.

• Thais (10/5): Great stay! - Very good apartment! Well equipped and super clean. Also very comfortable for our group (we were in 3 so we had space left…). Very big and sunny, with big windows in every room. Also 3 blocks away from the subway, making an easy connection for all the Rome’s spots. Roberto was an amazing host! Everything good!

It adds 20min to travel time to the center, but fair trade off for the price. - room - Spacious home - wifi - strong, however mobile internet weak - host - Very helpful and friendly host - kiitchen -well equiped - fully recommended
• Jhon (9/5): Superb - I came with my wife and 2 daughters. The room were spacious, just meet our needs. The kitchen ware just complete. The location nearby the metro station. We came late night, thanks to roberto, He just waited and patiently explain the room facilities. Thanks Roberto, will certainly back here if i ever visit Rome again.
