• Steven (4/5): Could be amazing but poor condition (maybe as up for sale?) - The location was wonderful. It is situated just outside a lovely hillside village. Superficially the villa appears really attractive from outside, and is very spacious. We had no Wi-Fi for 2 days and then it was poor Pinned directions are wrong The photos are old. Swarms of flies Broken sunbeds Bad smell is rear bedroom Fridge didn't work well Dogs bark all the time

It's very close to karithea coffee house, which is worth a visit as they have a beautiful olive fairy tree! We would definately return! Thanks so much

• Kirsty (8/5): Beautiful peaceful location great for nature lovers and hikers. - Great quiet location with fabulous views and walks over the Akamas. Fabulous outside space with views and shade. The house was not ready for us- possibly as only booked a few days prior to arrival. The fridge was not on and subsequently took 24 hours to effectively cool anything.

• Maria (8/5): Value for money... excellent option for families and friends - The house is very nice has very big rooms and has 3 toilets and 3 bathrooms... this is excellent if you are going as a group... big house with very nice yard up and down everything you ask, is in the house When we arrived in the house the pool was very dirty.. cleaning service arrived on the evening with out any information and they make the pool full of chlorine as a result to do not let our children to swim... at night we had no electricity outside so we couldn't have our barbecue and when we ask the host to give us a solution he told us that we put water in the switches, the other bad thing is that the door of the fridge didn't closes properly and all the things that we had got moldy.

• Tracey (8/5): Enjoyed our stay and despite some things needing improving we would book it again! - It was clean, lounge was comfortable and the outside area was lovely! Beds were comfortable and all linen was clean! There was no microwave or dishwasher and not well equipped with mugs, wine glasses etc The bathroom light upstairs was not working and there was not enough toilet paper for the amount of guests - no spare rolls
• Rapolas (10/5): Very very attractive villa inside and outside. Very authentic interior and exterior. - We were travelling 2 adults with 2 kids - 2 and 9 years old. Very happy with lots of space for our belongings and for kids. We all had separate bedrooms. We love the huge balcony on the 1st floor with a mountain view. Our 9 years old daughter likes the swimming pool very much - spent there some time daily for the whole week, although we were swimming in a sea daily too. The depth of the swimming pool throughout was around 150cm, which was great. We also enjoyed the swimming pool ourselves. Any equipment in the villa was working fine. Nice, comfortable beds and powerful showers (despite the villa is high in the mountains and we expected a shower pressure to be very low). Lots of sofas, chairs, tables both inside and outside. I think villa could accommodate 8 adults for sure, however we there only 4 of us and felt like we do not use it at its full potential :) There was a TV with programs for kids, which very a time savers for us. Neighbors were very quite, seemed they were not tourists, rather owners living there, while this villa was the only rented one. The village where this villa was located - looked very authentic, we walked and made some recordings there. Very beautiful and warm atmosphere. There was no baby cot available, so we brought our own. There were no boiling pots so we struggled to feed our little daughter, but the owner brought them 2 days later which was a big help for us. In the property description it says there is no WIFI, but there was WIFI with a good signal and enough speed for the use of 3 mobile devices and 1 laptop (used for work). There is no hair dryer in the villa and the owner explained, these are not being supplied, which was a bit of discomfort, especially for my wife and daughters.
• Anete (10/5): Sunset villa - Ideal location for watching sunsets each evening, very peaceful. To get the exact location for the villa we called owner and he gave driving directions and key box code by phone. Very comfortable beds in all 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Kitchen is OK with basic equipment more suitable for drinking and snacks than for cooking family meals, barbecue option was very good. WiFi is available. Refreshing private pool. Did I mention the magnificent sunset view from the terrace? 😊 Dishwasher was missing during our stay in Oct 2022. As we had family trip a special wine fridge was not so useful as dishwasher would have been.

• Constantinos (10/5): Really beautiful and comfortable villa - The villa was really comfortortable, it had everything we needed. The swimming pool and the kiosk were the higlight and we didn't want to leave. The location was very beautiful and reeeally quiet.. The host was very good to us and let us check out late. Totally value for money. Would go again for sure! A bit far from Paphos (40 minutes by car) The sofas were not sofa-beds, so it's better for up to 6 people.
