- Carlos Miguel (10/5): Un rotundo 10!!! - Todo!!!!! Las instalaciones, las vistas, el personal, lo equipados que están los apartamentos, la zona común… Un absoluto lujo! Está a 10 minutos en coche, pero tiene parking y es un requisito prescindible que se compensa con lo bonito que es, y la zona en la que se encuentra!

La vue sur la plage était loin d’être idyllique avec le port et les industries dont la fumée d’Arcelor. Dommage pour ce bel établissement. Un peu difficile à trouver. Les TV non accessibles par la clientèle étrangère et pas de mode d’emploi des équipements électroménager
- Víctor Manuel (10/5): Experiencia inmejorable - Experiencia inmejorable. El apartamento es luminoso, acogedor y con una decoración moderna que hace que te sientas en un espacio muy especial. Todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado al detalle. La atención de los anfitriones fue excelente: siempre disponibles para cualquier consulta y con recomendaciones muy útiles sobre la ciudad. Se nota que se esfuerzan porque la estancia sea perfecta. La ubicación es muy cómoda, en una zona tranquila y con fácil acceso al centro y a las principales atracciones. Tiene una vista panorámica de todo Gijón. Dormimos de maravilla, sin ruidos y con una cama muy confortable. Un lugar al que sin duda volveremos. Totalmente recomendable.

- Víctor Manuel (10/5): El mejor alojamiento en el que he estado - La estancia en Balcón de Gijón fue simplemente perfecta. Desde el primer momento, la comunicación con los anfitriones fue ágil, amable y muy profesional, lo que transmitió mucha confianza. El apartamento es exactamente como aparece en las fotos: moderno, decorado con mucho gusto y con todo el equipamiento necesario para sentirse como en casa. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio y bien cuidado. La cama es muy cómoda, la cocina está equipada con todo lo que uno puede necesitar y los detalles de bienvenida marcaron la diferencia, haciendo la experiencia aún más especial. Además, la ubicación es ideal: en una zona tranquila pero a la vez muy cerca del centro y de la playa, con supermercados y restaurantes a pocos pasos. Sin duda, repetiría sin pensarlo. Es un lugar perfecto tanto para una escapada de fin de semana como para una estancia más larga. Lo recomendaría al 100%.

Ottima accoglienza della titolare Sandra .Ottimo.rapporto qualità prezzo ,per una struttura nuovissima dotata di tutto e comodissima alle.reti di comunicazione per visitare Asturie . In 15 min di auto si è a Oviedo , serve assolutamente l'auto perché in zona appartamento non c'è nulla. Vicinissimo all'appartamento c'è acciaieria Accelor Mittal che in determinati momenti rende aria irrespirabile e inquinata. Città di Gjion non molto bella ,è un polo industriale. Dispiace molto che al nostro arrivo la.titolare alla.quale abbiamo chiesto consiglio su qualche sidreria per andare a cena nei giorni di permanenza ci abbia.promesso consigli che ci avrebbe mandato via wup e invece una volta pagato il soggiorno non si è fatto sentire piu' nessuno. Spero in una dimenticanza . Nella sala comune macchina del caffè che eroga con fatica un caffè abbastanza cattivo. Molto meglio la macchinetta nell'appartamento forse servirebbero alcune capsule in piu'di caffè nero.

- Carlos (9/5): Excelentes apartamentos y anfitriones a 5 mins de Gijón - Toño y su familia fueron excelentes anfitriones!! Todos los miembros de la familia fuera súper amables y atentos durante toda la estancia. Los apartamentos están decorados con muy buen gusto. En el que estuvimos cuenta con 3 habitaciones, dos baños completos y salón/comedor/cocina. Espacio perfecto para 4 adultos, y dos niños pequeños. Hay unas 7 plazas de parking en la propia finca y en la semana que estuvimos siempre encontramos hueco sin problema. La zona no tiene nada que hacer que puedas llegar a pié, pero en coche estás muy cerca de Gijón. Existe una sala común en la que ofrecen gratuitamente café molido y dulces que van cambiando cada día. Más que "cosas que no nos gustasen", diría que son cosas a mejorar: 1. La nevera es de las bajitas y se echó en falta una con mayor altura/capacidad. 2. La lavadora y plancha se comparten entre los 4 apartamentos. No tuvimos problema pero podría haber ocurrido que varios lo necesitásemos al mismo tiempo.

- Roberto (7/5): Posto tranquillo, peccato per l'assenza del condizionatore. - L'appartamento che abbiamo ricevuto era un piccolo bilocale sul retro, non uno di quelli più grandi con vista su Gijon; ma era pulito e l'angolo cottura era piccolo ma aveva le cose indispensabili. Posto tranquillo senza rumore. Mancava l'aria condizionata e l'appartamento in agosto era caldo di giorno. Il prezzo pagato era molto alto per la dimensione ed i servizi. I proprietari non erano molto presenti, rispondevano solo a Whatsapp.

There is no air conditioning in the apartment and the only way to get fresh air on a hot day in the living room is to open the entrance door which is super inconvenient. Although it wasn't a big problem for us, I believe that people who are looking for some privacy would also not like this apartment. The living room/kitchen has a big panoramic window which opens a great view but at the same time exposes the living room to everyone who passes by (other tenants, owners, personnel, etc.). We stayed for a week and the cleaning was done only once during the stay. I would like to have it more often and at least have a vacuum cleaner available. There was a broom in the apartment but it's not possible to clean well and it takes ages. Another problem was a dishwasher that worked only with some magical algorithm and only on a short program. It's a shame that owners do not take any actions to replace it with a normal and working one.
