• Hayley (10/5): The perfect getaway for small kids and a dog! - It’s a lovely, quiet and well equipped little cottage. The yard was secure and perfect for our large German shepherd who loved sleeping on the deck! It’s a perfect place for small children, no hard edges (besides the fireplace tiles which we easily covered) and mounted TV. The kitchen had everything we needed and it’s in a brilliant location for relaxing and quick access to everywhere we wanted to go. Most of all, Tahlia was an exceptional and attentive host! I’ve stayed in countless short rentals and Tahlia’s communication sets her above the rest. We will definitely be back! Nothing! Great value for money.

• Ryan (10/5): - Beautiful space! Our host Tahlia was extremely accommodating during our stay and we really enjoyed the facilities at the home. Very clean and well maintained, fully furnished for a comfortable stay. There were also cooking condiments such as olive oil, salt, pepper etc provided which was really convenient. Laundry soap was also provided which was really awesome. Location was also very near to a Woolworths Rye outlet so it was very convenient to purchase groceries for the duration of our stay. The only feedback we have was that the driveway to the apartment was sloped which takes a little more effort to load baggages into our car, and consider adding a bench near the front door for guests to place their shopping/grocery! But other than that, perfect stay.

The space was immaculately clean, modern yet inviting, and perfectly suited for a couple, a small group of friends, or a family looking for a tranquil retreat. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep, while the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare delicious meals. The complimentary coffee and pantry items were a thoughtful touch. One of the standout features was the AMAZING water pressure in the shower, such a simple pleasure but truly appreciated! As the nights grew colder, the fireplace became the heart of the cottage, quickly warming the space and adding a cozy ambience that made every evening extra special. Tahlia was an exceptional host, staying in touch throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. She was responsive, accommodating, and even allowed us a later check-out, making our departure just that little bit more relaxed. This cottage was an absolute gem. If you're looking for a charming, well-appointed stay near the coast, we highly recommend booking with Tahlia, her hospitality truly made all the difference Nothing! Our stay was perfect :)
• Chloe (1/5): Bad - The state of the property was atrocious. Had to change the sheets and clean the property when we arrived. even gave a good detail clean. didn't get a Thank you in return. won't be returning that's for sure the owners and how dirty the how was
• Carlos (8/5): Awesome cosy stay with a giant back yard! - Location was great, quiet and peaceful, the big back yard was fantastic for my dog! the place cosy with everything you need! kitchen has all the utensils and stuff you need and clean. Fireplace was there, but no logs were provided, would have been nice to get it going! Couldn't work out the living room light, Also, would love a box of tissues!

Fans in the bedrooms were great on the warm nights too! Curtains or blinds in the lounge area would be nice to create more privacy, especially in the evening.

• Elton (10/5): It was a serene escape filled with salty breezes and tranquil moments. - I liked that there was a dishwasher, spices/olive oil and essentials provided. The bathroom/shower was very nice and spacious. I also liked that there was space for my bags in the bedrooms, with coat hangers and little boxes available. I loved that there was puzzles and games to play. I did help myself to the 1000 piece puzzle that took me the whole stay to finish haha. The TV in the main bedroom would not turn on. I tried many times, however, watching TV in the lounge area was no issue. I would have liked more blinds in the bathroom, kitchenette and lounge area, it felt a bit too open during the night. Also I thought there would have been a toaster.

The property was close to the main attractions of the Mornington Peninsula and it was very cosy and comfortable property. Tahlia was very accommodating and responsive too! Highly recommend.
