• Furlani (7/5): It was okay - I liked that it was the perfect location, and sea view.. the pool was nice apartment is big and have a balkon, its great for 3 person. There was everything we needed The couch was very uncomfortable and not suitable for a third person, even though we paid for three people. There was no blanket for the person on the couch, and it wasn’t very clean.
• Emu-pl (7/5): Nice place for a shorter or longer stay in Playa de las Americas - - Nice and convenient location: not too far from the beach, not far from shops (supermarkets), not far from the main promenades. - The location is also quite silent during the night (only traffic can be heard if you keep the sleeping room window open - but if you keep only the balcony door open it's very silent). - Not too hard to find a parking spot nearby (even though there is no dedicated parking for the building). - Friendly and responsive staff. - Nicely prepared and convenient check-in process + arrival information. - Overall appearance and cleanliness of the apartment is good. - All necessary equipment and supplies are available. - There is enough room for to stay for 2 adults or a 2+1 family. Major: - The furniture in the living room (sofa and chairs, nothing else) will need replacement soon, which spoils the overall very nice appearance of the apartment and makes the cost / quality ratio a bit worse (with a replaced sofa I'd review this place for 8-9 instead of 7 !). Minor: - When there are strong winds, don't keep the balcony door open because it may cause some unpleasant smells to be vented into the bathroom and to the living room because of the air flow (there is only gravity ventilation). - Our visit was during winter (end of December) so the inside temperatures were quite comfortable - but if you'll travel during the peak hot season it might get quite warm inside and there is no air conditioning.
• Tata (10/5): Exceptional - I liked the apartment, clean and comfortable. Convenient location in the southern part of the island, and the pool is good.
