• Jana (10/5): Krásný apartmán na krásném místě se skvělými službami! - Apartmán je ve skvělé lokalitě a je velmi hezky řešený jak dispozičně, tak designově. Vestavěné patro perfektně zapadá do prostoru a je to ideální místo na cvičení. V apartmánu je dostatek skříní s velkým množstvím ramínek! Ocenili jsme také nádoby na tříděný odpad. Stanice metra v blízkosti.
• Hiyam (10/5): I love the place and definitely I’ll book it again - I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Hospitality Rome Piazza do Spana 🫶The location is unbeatable, beautiful, just 30 steps from the iconic Spanish Steps, and all of Rome’s major attractions are within walking distance. The area is safe , vibrant, with luxurious shops everywhere. Valentino is right in front so you feel immersed in the city. The building itself is elegant, classy, and spotless; I felt safe and comfortable at all times. The apartment was stunning beautifully designed and immaculately clean. I also want to express my gratitude to Patizia for her great orientation and excellent communication. The restaurants nearby are also fantastic. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Rome! I LOVE the place Nothing
• Deanna (9/5): Beautiful, roomy apartment in a great location. - Beautiful apartment near Spanish Steps. Roomy and clean. 3 stops from Roma Termini on Metro, so easy to get to without too much luggage. The bed is a spring mattress so an adjustment if you are used to memory foam.

• Gökçe (8/5): Wonderful location, an accommodation that gives you the real Roman experience. - The location of the property is fantastic, and the apartment conditions are quite good. The bed was very comfortable, and although the kitchen is small, it is more than sufficient—especially since you’re in the heart of Rome with countless dining options just around the corner :). That being said, I would really appreciate a bit more detailed and attentive cleaning. In particular, the sofa in the living room could use a thorough cleaning, as the smell was not very pleasant (it seemed like it might have been left damp).

• Fernando Sullivan (10/5): Awesome Place to Stay and great value for your money - Great location, beautiful residential building in the center of probably one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Rome. right in front of the Spanish Consulate, apt is very comfortable, huge windows and bathroom, has a tiny kitchen but useful, It was just great in every sense

• Maria (9/5): I would not stay anywhere else in Rome! - This apartment was sensational! Great location and is beautifully appointed. When we return to Rome, we would not stay anywhere else. The apartment is spacious, clean and well appointed with everything that you need. The bedroom was very large and comfortable and the bathroom was also spacious with a beautiful shower. We could not fault anything. We loved everything about this apartment. The only thing I would change is the construction going on outside!

• Eric (10/5): PERFECT ROME HOME ... EASY UBER/TAXI ACCESS. - Fantastic location just steps around the corner from the base of Spanish Steps. We had a fantastic time walking around in the shopping areas, seeing everything alive for Christmas. This location is very convenient, as it's where taxies and Ubers drop off/pick up tourists, so it is never more than a minute to hail a cab or call an Uber on your phone app. The apartment really does have a yoga space -- and all the accessories -- which we used every morning before heading out. Very homey and spacious for two people to stretch out -- much better than a small hotel room. Host very helpful. We felt right at home in Rome. Thank you! It was cold when we visited in December with a heating system that's somewhat slow to react (old building) to be able to bring room temperature up. This is a very quirky space in a beautiful old building. The kitchen is triangle/pie spaced which could be difficult for a larger person. It was perfect for our needs on a 3-night visit to Rome. Thank you!

• Mary-ann (10/5): A marvelous place in the heart of Rome - The position, just in the centre, the wiew from the four big windows are marvelous, a quiet corner beside the Spanish Steps, one could just sit looking outside and get the feeling of being in Rome. Also the decoration of the apartment is done with great taste, modern with a touch of old. The bed is big and comfortable, there is much space for all belongings, good WiFi and two televisions. Flavio, the host, is always disponibel to answer any questions, downstairs is the lady ready to help. We could have stayed more than the 9 days but we will definitely go back. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need when not cooking much, but very small.
