Poloch (1/5): Mold, leftovers in the fridge and false advertising - We arrived at the property and we were extremely disappointed. The apartment was not cleaned at all, there were leftovers in the fridge, the beds were not made etc. After further looking at the apartment we we found a significant amount of mold in both the bathroom and one of the rooms. The apartment is also not three bedrooms! It has two bedrooms and one more bed in the kitchen. We called the owner and they did not pick up. We called booking and the owner did not respond the questions from booking either. We also wrote a message and the owner sent a cleaning lady to the apartment. After we showed the mold to the cleaning lady, she gestured to us to take pictures. We left the keys on the table and left. The owner has so far refused to give us a refund, even though the amount of mold on the wall was dangerous. The owner also still does not pick up the phone or respond to emails from booking.
Tamta (8/5): There was a little problem, but the staff did everything to solve it as soon as possible. The view was great and rooms w - The view. It wasn't as clean as I expected.

Julia (4/5): Not felt comfortable and safe before our own cleaning. - Not far from city centre. The tram station is near. 06. JUL 2024. Extremely dirty apartment. We had to buy cleaning stuff the next morning and cleanup ourselves because the property owner/stuff was not helpful, not friendly, no assistance but useless answers to my emails. No one came, no one was interested in our problems after our arrival. Absolutely disappointing. Even the most default things missing like a (clean) broom, we found a broken one and played MacGyver to assemble it from the old dirt things we found in the property. Purity paiting would be also helpful, because the walls have stains. In the kitchen there was no cutlery, only one coffee spoon and a small cutting knife. Therefore we couldn’t make any decent breakfast. So overall our stay was very disappointing, however this was our third stay, NEVER again. (I assume the owner/maintainer/stuff is not the same as earlier.)

Mari (1/5): Worst Ever!!!! - The service was very bed, we arrived at 3 pm and it was not cleaned, everything was messed up, disgusting, all beds, very dirty bath and toilet. I called more the 20 times and the host said cleaner has an issue and will arrive at 7pm, and actually clebar came at 8:30 pm, it was bed time for babies, we even do not have the place to lay down, it was the worst experience in my life, I request my money back for the first day charge !!! The service was very bed, we arrived at 3 pm and it was not cleaned, everything was messed up, disgusting, all beds, very dirty bath and toilet.
