• Olga (10/5): Υπέροχη διαμονή στη Λευκωσία - Το διαμέρισμα είναι υπέροχο, πολύ άνετοι χώροι και πολύ καλόγουστα φτιαγμένο, σε πολύ καλό σημείο κι ο κύριος Μενέλαος εξαιρετικός! Δεν είναι βέβαια ευθύνη του καταλύματος, κάποια βράδια όμως είχε πολύ δυνατά μουσική από κάποιο κοντινό μαγαζί.

• Atanas (9/5): - The building and the apartment is clean, it smells nice, the bath is big. It has modern lighting: you can decide how lit and where you want it to be. The place is exactly 20 seconds from the main street, near the crossing check point at Ledra street which allows EU people to cross and see the North Cyprus Turkish side as well. All bars, center are very near. No key needed, self-check in is available. Very smooth. I'd visit again! All great!

• Elisabeth (10/5): - Bevor wir angereist sind, hat uns der Hotelmanager, Menelaos, alle nötigen Informationen gegeben. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von ihm begrüßt und er stand uns jederzeit für Rückfragen zur Verfügung. Das geht kaum besser! :-) Das Apartment war sauber und optimal eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und wir haben gut drin geschlafen. Auch die Lage der Apartments war perfekt. Wir konnten zu Fuß über die Grenze gehen und um uns herum waren zahlreiche Lokalitäten, in denen wir es uns gut gehen lassen konnten. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!
• Maria (10/5): - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πολύ όμορφο, καινούργιο και λειτουργικό. Δεν του έλειπε τίποτα. Ο Κ. Μενέλαος ήταν άψογος, επαγγελματίας, εξαιρετικά ευγενικός (όχι ψεύτικος), μας έκανε να το αισθανθούμε σαν δεύτερο σπίτι, για ότι χρειαζόμασταν ήταν εκεί. Η τοποθεσία η καλύτερη που θα μπορούσε. Με τα πόδια ήταν όλα μπροστά μας μιας και δεν μπορούσα να νοικιάσω αυτοκίνητο λόγω της οδήγησης. Ένας από τους λόγους που θέλω να ξαναέρθω Λευκωσία είναι ότι έχω βρει τη σωστή διαμονή! Ευχαριστούμε!!

An der Unterkunft gefiel uns alles. Sie liegt auch ruhig. Einzig ein Rockclub gegenüber hat (nur) vor Feiertagen Live HardRock bis in den Morgen gespielt. Mit Ohrstöpseln und geschlossenen Fenstern konnten wir auch gut schlafen.

It was my third time in Cyprus and I loved the location, ease and accessibility of the hotel! The room itself is big and has a place where you can work from (which was a bonus as I was working remotely). The bathroom and bedroom were both extremely spacious. Menelaos was fantastic and we really enjoyed chatting to him whenever we were at the hotel.

• Stefanie (10/5): Excellent value, great facilities and communication from staff, perfect location, will stay again. - Fantastic location that was walkable to everything in the old city center, very fast and easy communication with Menelaos throughout, the apartment was exactly as shown in the photos (maybe even nicer), very hot water with great water pressure, everything was spotlessly clean, the laundry facilities were great, it was great to have a fast elevator - I was extremely happy with everything about the apartment and staff. Excellent value for what you get. I will definitely stay again and will recommend to friends and family. I would gladly stay for more than a week next time, you have everything you need to be comfortable and cook for yourself, do laundry, etc. and there is a very well-stocked grocery store right around the corner. Really can't be beat for the price! Security issue: another guest was able to punch in my code and open my door by mistake. We were both startled and she then went to the correct apartment, but it seems the code for our rooms was exactly the same and we were just across the hall from each other. Made me wonder if the codes are all the same or if they aren't changed in a timely manner, could be a security risk.

He really is all that and we are already planning a trip back in the future. Everything was great I have no complaints.

Μενέλαο Δημητρίου και να προτείνω την διαμονή στο City Centre Studio Apartments της Λευκωσίας για τους εξής λόγους: i) την καθαριότητα και άνεση στους χώρους των δωματίων καθώς και την παροχή πολύ ικανοποιητικού βαθμού διαδικτύου (wi fi) ii) το καθημερινό ενδιαφέρον του manager ο οποίος ρωτούσε αν αντιμετωπίζουμε προβλήματα, iii) την εντιμότητα του προσωπικού. Συγκεκριμένο γεγονός είναι ότι ενώ είχαμε φύγει (check out), ενημερωθήκαμε από τον κ. Μενέλαο Δημητρίου ότι βρέθηκε δικό μας κόσμημα και ζήτησε γυρίσουμε πίσω για να μας το παραδώσει ο ίδιος. η I would like to thank Mr. Menelaos Dimitriou and recommend staying at City Centre Studio Apartments in Nicosia for the following reasons: i) the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms as well as the provision of a very satisfactory level of internet (wi fi) ii) the daily interest of the manager who asked us if we were facing any problems, iii) the honesty of the staff. A specific fact is that while we had checked out, we were informed by Mr. Menelaos Dimitriou that our jewelry was found in the room and he asked us to come back so that he could deliver it to us himself.
• michael (10/5): Sehr zentral, prima Komfort, alles da, was man braucht, Mit Balkon angenehm. - Sehr zentrale Lage, direkt in der Altstadt und nahe der Grenze. Griechische Folklore nachts sollte man mögen. Wir mochten sie :-) Das Appartment war wirklich super, da hats an nichts gefehlt. Einmal kam kein Roomservice, obwohl wir da schon aus den Federn und weg waren. Aber das war nix Dramatisches.

• Jeannine (10/5): Loved it going back soon. - A big change for us staying in an apartment, we had always stayed in hotels, my partner has a wheelchair so we need somewhere with easy access, we looked at city centre studio’s before it has one step entry, but that turned out to be no problem,we like to be high up with a view. We loved the apartment clean bright, loads of storage, excellent facilities , and we could sit out on the balcony for breakfast . Great location right in the center of the ledras, great supermarket close by. Lots of restaurants and shops . Have stayed in Nicosia many times loved our stay . The staff were lovely and so helpful .we will be going back soon , Nothing

The place is spacious, bright, and very clean — perfect for a comfortable stay. The host, Menelaos, was incredibly attentive. He recommended several excellent places to eat and also arranged a taxi to the airport for us, which made everything much easier. Highly recommended!

• Tabi-bito (10/5): 休暇で、ぜひこの宿にまた来たい。 - 設備が新しく、見た目も大変きれい。キッチンも問題なく使用できた。宿の人がとても親切で、かつhelpful。 バルコニーでの朝食が最高。景色は、2nd floor以上がお勧め。 シャワーの温度がややぬるいが、ブースト機能があるので、予め宿の人に使い方を聞いておくと良い。 この宿が悪いのではないが、旧市街は夜もライブ等で賑わっているので、音がかなり聞こえる。水道水は飲めないのでミネラルウォーターが必要（一本、冷蔵庫に入れておいてもらえたのはほんとに助かった）。トイレの紙は流せない。

• Silva (8/5): - Great central location, walking distance to many places, good atmosphere in the area with many people gathering in restaurants, live music etc. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the sun. We liked the straight forward check-in and check-out process with no face to face contact, just using the individual code for the doors. The owner was kind, considerate (e.g., offered an additional bedding for our child to set up a bed space on the sofa) and reachable easily via WhatsApp/phone. We would definitely stay there again if back in Nicosia. Music from restaurants was audible in the apartment on some nights. It was ok for us (it is understandable given the central location), but it depends on each person's/family's needs and preferences.

• Kathrin (9/5): - Geräumiges Appartment mit Platz zum Kochen, Essen, Chillen auf der Couch, Kaffee am Balkon... Ausstattung super, auch im Haus. Tägliches Roomservice. Super Betreuung durch den Facility Manager (Parkplatz Infos, Restaurants, etc). Lage superzentral, mitten im Geschehen. Nur als Hinweis - die zentrale Lage bringt natürlich die entsprechende Geräuschkulisse mit sich. Man muss ca 5 Gehminuten entfernt im Parkhaus parken. Zufahrt zum Haus ist möglich, aber stehen bleiben aufgrund der sehr schmalen Straße kaum.
• Simon (10/5): Wunderschönes Apartment in aller-perfekter Lage - Wirklich perfekt gelegen, man ist in 15 min Fußmarsch einfach überall. Sowohl zur türkischen Zone, also auch in den Westen und Osten des griechischen Teils.

• Αντρη (10/5): Εξαιρετική διαμονή στο κέντρο της πόλης! - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες: καθαρό, περιποιημένο και πολύ άνετο. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, στο κέντρο της πόλης, με όλα τα μαγαζιά, τα καφέ και τα εστιατόρια σε απόσταση 1 λεπτού. Ακόμη και υπεραγορά έχει στο πίσω δρόμο. Ο κύριος Μενέλαος από το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικός! Ήταν πολύ ευγενικός, μας βοήθησε αμέσως με τις βαλίτσες και μας συνοδέψει στο διαμέρισμα, όπου μας έδειξε τον χώρο και μας εξήγησε τα πάντα με κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Η μεγαλύτερη βοήθεια ήταν με το πάρκινγκ, κάτι που μας ανησυχούσε ιδιαίτερα καθώς είχαμε αυτοκίνητο. Ο κ. Μενέλαος ξεμπέρδεψε το θέμα αμέσως και μας έφερε μεγάλη ηρεμία. Οι καθαρίστριες ήταν επίσης πολύ ευγενικές και διακριτικές, διασφαλίζοντας ότι η διαμονή μας ήταν πάντα άνετη και σε άριστη κατάσταση. Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε στο μέλλον και το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα! Το ότι έπρεπε να φύγουμε 😞

• Theodora (10/5): Perfect Stay in the Heart of Nicosia! - A comfortable apartment in the center of Nicosia, located right on the main Ledra Street. Wonderful bathroom, spacious bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room with a TV and balcony. I especially liked that it had a baby bed inside, and we could also request a high chair! Also extremely clean, with a very polite owner who provided us with parking for the car and was always there in the morning to give us tips about the city.
