• Flaminio (5/5): agréable - La situation géographique et l'espace du logement l'odeur de remontée d'égout et une autre odeur particulière liée peut être à l'hôtel qui donne sur le deuxième étage et la cuisine non équipée (pas de sel, pas de vinaigre, pas d'huile, rien en fait dans la cuisine qui puisse nous dépanner la semaine)

• Rachel (8/5): - Good sized accommodation, very clean and tidy. The sofa bed wasn't obviously a sofa bed. My child slept on it as a couch for a couple of nights before we realised. Would have been nice for it to have been set up ready to go.

• Maria (10/5): Невероятно - Огромен и просторен апартамент. Влизаш и все едно си си вкъщи, има всичко необходимо, дори оборудвана кухня в която да си готвиш. Бяха ни оставени капсули за пералната машина дори. Прекрасни място. В центъра на града, на пешеходно разстояние от най-големите забележителности. Единствено не се справихме с отварянето на прозорците, доста ни беше трудно. Някои дори мисля, че не можеха да се отварят.

• Karen (7/5): Great stay - recommended - Great location and nice spacious apartment. Very clean and well equipped, especially in the kitchen. Good area, very safe. Host only contactable via email but very prompt and helpful. Aircon! The apartment is advertised as having aircon, but it is not centralised air con. It was v hot as there were only 2 plug in units and they leaked water so quite a faff using bowls and buckets to catch the water and you could only position them near a window. To be fair it was 33 degrees outside though! There were fans. It would be useful to leave washing up liquid and a sponge for doing dishes.

• Carlota (5/5): Expensive for the condition of the property. - The location was good. The property wasn’t properly cleaned. It didn’t have basic supplies (like for example a sponge and soap if you want to clean a cup) that can make your stay comfortable. And also smells not pleasant due to the pipes and the general bins of the building. And last of all, the staff weren’t helpful in relation with booking an early transfer to the airport.
• Daniel (4/5): Locality and price was alright, the equipment and conditional. - Locality There wasnt listed equipment - dishwasher. Tv wasnt working. Beds werent comfortable. There was a MOLD in bathroom!

• Michał (3/5): The location is great, but the apartment is not. - The point is great, you can reach all the most known landmarks on foot - 15 minutes to Termini Central, 15 minutes to Colosseum, maybe 30 to Vatican. If you need metro, the closest station is 400m away which is nothing. It's located in a beautiful district. The flat is spacious and can comfortably fit four people. Wi-Fi works well. The flat was clean - not perfect, but definitely not bad. It was easy to communicate with our host, and it was even available to meet before the scheduled time. The flat needs significant investments, and I'm not sure how it was possible to make it look so bright in the photos. Light fixtures in the main room were partially working, and there are so few of them the room is dark. The TV from the picture is not there, instead there is some laughably small screen with 2 DVDs on the desk (pic attached). The kettle could not be connected to the socket inside the wall and had a broken lid - so we boiled the water in the pot. The starting kit is poor - we received two dishwasher pods, but there is no dishwasher available. No sponges and dish soap of course. The second bathroom (in the kitchen) doesn't work properly - not enough pressure. Neither electric heaters nor radiators work, the A/C unit sometimes worked, sometimes didn't - mostly didn't. Sheets for the second bed (couch) were not prepared.

• Eilis (5/5): Apartment has seen better days, hosting company were good communicators - It was spacious, so if you need privacy you have it. I was travelling with a friend and we wanted our own room which is why we chose here. Handy location in relation to public transport. The photos look better than the apartment in person. The apartment has seen better days. It was all a little rough around the edges. Alot of things were broken or barely functioning e.g. *The shower heads weren't great and what little water came from them went in every direction - I think this could be a easy fix. *Hooks for hanging clothes were broken, cup holders for sanitary ware in the bathroom was broken, sockets in the kitchen were broken. * The light over the table in the living room as really noisy, it was strange so we mostly kept it off which didn't leave alot of light. *Both sets of sheets were dirty on closer inspection, we didn't notice until the following day as we were so tired the first night we just went straight to sleep. *There is a serious issue with the drains in the apartment, and the smell lingers. I felt after taking a shower the the single toilet at the back of the kitchen was struggling to drain away and the smell was bad. *The kitchen sink drainage was a major issue for us, the first time we used it, just attempting to washup after our first breakfast, the water wouldn't drain away. I found a plunger in the apartment but what went down one drain came up another and splashed dirty drain water all over me in the process. I'm not beyond removing a dirty sheet or plunging a sink and getting on with my stay but I shouldn't have to, these are the basics. Our hosting company was very quick to respond however and fixed it but didn't wash out the sink after... I would go with the hosting company again but not this apartment. Overall the apartment needs a major upgrade.

• Karla (10/5): We had a wonderful stay and would stay again. - The entire apartment was so clean and pretty. Good location for shopping and food. The single room seemed to be pretty warm, even with 2 fans.

• C (10/5): Very cozy place, a cheap and quite comforting experience. - The location was nice and close to everything, the food left and other things like toothbrushes, soaps, etc. Really made the place feel welcoming. The only complaint was the lack of fans for cooling, but it did not bother us that much.

• Ruti (9/5): Superb - Great location, Walking distance from termini, trevi, piazza venezia and more. very roomy, clean, comfy. Nice old building, many restaurants around. Busses to centeral locations just around the corner, as well as a grocery store. Because it is in a side street it is quiet outside, no traffic or noise. Felt safe. Great value for cost. Some doors and the single bed are quit squeaky. Needs better lighting in the living room. No working tv when we stayed. ,
