• Lisa (8/5): A nice hotel in the city center - The location is good. Qinghui park is a few blocks away. The decoration and style are very modern. Receptionists are very helpful. Breakfast is good. There is no closet for clothes.

• Katherine (8/5): Very happy with the hotel room set up and the services provided. - The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Ruo Shan for being so helpful, besides giving us some food recommendations, she also called the restaurants we have identified to dine in for this trip if there is any need for reservation and give us directions on how to get there. Really impressed with her attitude and the happy vibes that she exudes at the work place. The room is quite spacious and the basin is outside the shower and toilet area makes it very convenient twin sharing. The hair dryer was wonderful and powerful, makes drying hair a bliss. The hotel is situated at the cross road and doesn't have a designated drop off point which make booking Didi a little tricky as we couldn't determine which direction the Didi will be coming from. Since there several of us, we spread ourselves in different direction to ensure we can spot the car plate of the Didi. Although the hotel staff told us to use Mcdonald's as the pick up point, the Didi app didn't seem to allow us to choose a designated pick up point. The front desk and the hotel lobby is separated by a short flight of stairs, which makes moving luggage rather tedious. Fortunately, the front desk staff were always very alert to help hotel guests with their luggage for check-ins and check-outs.
• Nguyen (10/5): Exceeded my expectation in the facility, service and all staff , from the cleaner to the front desk - Location convenience to both transport and walking street for many attractions. Cleanliness both the room and common area. Above all all the staff were friendly, extremely helpful and accommodating. Very polite. Nothing which could give me a negative view of the 4 days staying in this hotel.

• Chun Wah (9/5): Hotel to stay at Shunde - The gym, laundry staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast spread and quality of food excellent. Front desk staff were all very helpful, assisted us with restaurant recommendations and Didi taxi. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Location at the crossroads of 2 major road , Didi pick up location were wrong , with Didi waiting for us at wrong location
• Bharakda (5/5): One Night stay hotel - Hotel is nice and clean fairly new room doesn't have any wardrobe cupboards to hang clothes, only open rail in room no drawers or safe in the the hotel did give a free standing safe - meaning someone with intent steal can take the whole safe - which is light weight this hotel is good if you want to for 1/2 nights. I will not recommend for longer stay Wash basin is in the entrance and not in the bathroom
• Grace (9/5): Comfortable stay, good location! Recommend! - New hotel so the condition was very clean & new. Location was good, also got a great room on highest floor with good view. The staff were very welcoming whenever we were entering & exiting hotel. Lots of food places within walking distance, as well as the Quinghui Garden (which is a nice 2 hr visit). Front desk staff - SI QI & BEI BEI were amazing & went out of their way to be super helpful. Thank you!!! What should be improved: 1) There is no front driveway due to infrastructure restrictions, I totally understand. So then it's a back alley entryway for car access. Upon arrival, there is a semi-steep ramp with rubber humps for visitors and luggage to navigate which is really ghetto and sets a very bad 1st impression. The staff are AMAZING & willingly undertook all the luggage BUT it was very uncomfortable for us to watch them strenuously lug heavy luggage like that, as well as the strain on the luggage. There is an open air accessibility lift (of sorts) right there BUT it was never used even when we tried to ask for it. We had alot of luggage as it was a long trip through China so it made sense to put it all on this lift and do it all at once, but NO, it seems management doesn't let them use the lift or something, which leaves us with a deep frown. My elderly parents 85+ had to navigate this ramp & were not impressed. 2) It is great to have laundry facilities & the room (combined with the gym) is maintained well. When I tried to use it one night, it was super busy and there was a line up with clothes left in baskets & notes left on top with details of what room it belonged to. I left my items there in the line as there was a staff member who said a machine was going to be free in 15 minutes and she would help me put it in the machine then. I decided to go down at 15 minutes to monitor the progress and found that other people had put their stuff into the supposedly free machine. The staff member was not on hand to manage the line. I then was worried about theft of my items as anyone could go access the room so decided to wash myself in my room. I think a better system somehow would give better peace of mind.

• Cheryl (10/5): Great experience and comfortable stay - Atour Hotel was centrally located, near to QingHuiYuan and BuXingJie, The room was quiet although it was facing the main road. The bed and pillow were extremely comfortable...really appreciate the good night sleep. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel provides free 24-hours laundry service, and the staff was very efficient in helping to wash and dry the laundry. There is also FOC porridge provided at night for hotel guest. Overall, great experience with Atour QingHuiYuan hotel. None.
• Au (10/5): Hotel exceeded expectation. Good value for money. - Good location. Near 西山庙，清晖园，and walking streets. Subway station just across the street. Easy to call Di Di (taxi). Hotel room is clean, big, comfortable. Room has no washing machine but there is laundry facility at Level 1. Like the shampoo and body lotion provided by the hotel Clothes hanger is low, unable to hang long coats/pants (without folding).
• Pc (9/5): good service & good location - The location is superb just around the corner of the cross border limousine terminal. McDonald is next door, we can have coffee early in the morning. The toilet is a bit too small for a spacious room we have.

• Nigel (9/5): Lovely 3 days in very well designed and managed hotel - Really good location in heart of Shunde - love the latest technology throughout the hotel and the very practical and comfortable quiet room layout - plus the laundry provision is really helpful. Very enjoyable 3 days - I like ATOUR. will use again for sure. No negatives accept the access at front is tricky - no designated drop off point - not easy for older people to arrive with big suitcases

Well located near the shopping / food street and QingHui gardens and also a short walk from one of the designated bus stops for the bus from HK. Very friendly and helpful staff. There was only one thing I would look to improve ie wifi was difficult to access - requiring validation via a mobile phone with a password that did not seem to get sent - might be something I was not doing well but it would be great if this could be simplified .
