• Clare (9/5): Great apartment and great location. - Great location. Close to the main attractions, cafes, convenience stores and train station. Very comfortable and modern apartment. Quiet area. Dario was very responsive and helpful when we needed to ask any questions. I would definitely stay here again. Two flights of stairs to walk up to the front door. Obviously this can’t be helped but just be aware if carrying large suitcases.

TV mucho más grande que en la foto, apenas la usamos pero viene bien para ver algo antes de irse a dormir. Equipado con todo lo básico necesario para una buena estancia, y dos baños aunque pequeños. Darío es un buen anfitrión, agradable y dispuesto a ayudarte y que disfrutes. La zona desde que entras de la calle y vas por el pasillo hasta entrar al apartamento es un poco fea/vieja, pero dentro del apartamento todo está chulo y no es algo importante. Al salir del apartamento se apaga la electricidad, incluido el aire acondicionado, aunque la lavadora o la nevera sí siguen funcionando, pero ya lo sabía antes de venir. No pasamos calor, todo bien.

• Ziqing (10/5): I like this apartment and my stay there very much. I strongly recommend to every group of 4. - The apartment was recently renovated. The space is just right for four people. Although the kitchen is small, but it is enough for making light meals. Our host, Dario, was nice and responsive. The instructions for check-in, check-out, and how to get electricity were very clear. There are two bathrooms in the apartment! It saved our time since we have 4 people staying there. The location is unbeatable. You can walk to almost everywhere. I like almost everything! I think the building is historical, which does not allow us to use too much electronics and appliances at once. Dario gave us the heads-up about this issue. So, I cannot say I don't like about this. As mentioned, this is an historical building, so no elevator.
• Kornelia (8/5): - Perfekte Lage nah an Zentrum und alle touristische Attraktionen Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage Große Wohnung, mit zwei Bäder Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Ausstattung in der Küche war nicht so gut, es gab nicht so viel Geschirr, also wirklich größeres Kochen in der Whg wäre schwierig Der Kühlschrank hat nicht gut funktioniert, unsere Lebensmittel sind teilweise eingefroren, trotz Versuchen, die Einstellungen/Temperatur im Kühlschrank zu ändern Das größte Problem stellte Schimmel in einem der beiden Bäder dar: es war ziemlich viel schwarzer Schimmel an den Wänden etc im Bad. Wir haben nur das andere Bad genutzt, zum Glück gab es zwei Bäder
• Jose (10/5): Awesome. You won’t regret it! - It is really comfortable and cosy. You get the feeling of being your own house. As well, the property was upgraded. The images are old, but there is a 85 inch tv, bigger table, more chairs, etc. It is a great option to stay in downtown while also being really easy to find.
