- Jerry (10/5): - The location was good with great views too. Near trains (a 10 minute walk), a supermarket and cafes. It was quiet and easy to access.
Our host - Sunny - is one of the reasons we liked the property. She was friendly and helpful. We had an issue with a push-plug in the ensuite hand basin, which I mentioned to Sunny in the morning and she had it fixed that day while we were out.
- James (9/5): Great stay in fantastic apartment - The hostess had already turned on the air conditioning for us on our arrival. The bedrooms are separated and placed at either end of the apartment ensuring a degree of privacy. Both had ensuite bathrooms with one having a two way entry.
The apartment was nicely decorated and presented. It was also clean. The beds were comfortable and we had a good night's rest.
The apartment is only located a ten minute walk to supermarkets and restaurants. There were also a few cafes downstairs of the apartments building. For tennis enthusiasts there is a tennis court located directly opposite the apartments building.
Overall we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay there. Perhaps for child safety purposes, it may be an idea to fix the lock to both the sliding balcony doors in the bedroom and loungeroom.

Sunrise over the water and Sydney skyline was so beautiful!! Spacious layout, well appointed, generously supplied. Comfortable furniture and bedding. Freshly finished bathrooms. Front loaded washer & dryer in unit. Property owner was easy to communicate with and attentive to our dynamic arrival schedule. I wish we could have stayed longer.

We liked the property and were able to get around easily as we had a car. But I’m not sure how people would manage on public transport.

But overall, this is akin to asking me to review a magnificent Mercedes car, wherein the manufacturer has unaccountably forgotten to install seat belts.
The owner was aware that the lock on the bedroom door, (adjacent to the bed) to the (thirteenth floor) balcony had been vandalised (wrenched off) beyond all use - in the unlocked position.
My suspicion is the damage was not brand new.
Moreover, the owner acknowledged that they knew of the wrecked lock, but had forgotten to inform us on arrival (or, indeed, at the time of the booking).
The situation therefore required some good fortune to avoid becoming headline news and/or a public liability claim.
This aside, I would rate at least a nine out of ten (much effort has been made ensure the apartment is inviting and wholesome). Fixtures and fittings are of a high standard.
But safety is the predominant concern in a rented premises - meaning I can only score it at a four out of ten. As above.

From day 1 we were warmly welcomed by Sunny (the owner). As soon as we entered this unit we were awed by the majestic views of cooks River, Botany Bay, Golf course, parks and uninterrupted views of the city. This apartment yreally stands up to its name.
There’s a large kitchen equipped with all your needs.
We had two lovely bedrooms with two bathrooms. Plenty of towels and toiletries, it was amazing that we could see the lovely views from every room in the unit. Can’t miss the huge 70” TV the comfortable sofa and the modern white furniture.
Although this place is very close to the international airport, you cannot hear the planes. It was very quiet and private on the 13th floor.
The place is near the supermarket and walking distance to Wolli creek Railway station. The unit had a parking spot.
The highlight of our stay was New Year’s Eve party on the Veranda watching the city lights up with its spectacular fireworks it was a magical night.
We will definitely come back and stay here.
