• Sam (4/5): Good location but not clean - Location to convention centre. Great ocean view. Beds are uncomfortable, main mattress over used and pillows are really bad quality. Cutlery was packed away very dirty and oven filter is caked with oil.

NO toilet paper or shower amenities. After hours service none existent. Had to go and buy toilet paper. Slower tiles dirty. Dishwasher didn’t work. Management and staff gave the impression these items were trivial very disappointing stay
• Simon (9/5): Great 2 weeks in upmarket apartment - Fantastic apartment with views to the sea. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Televisions in both bedrooms and in living area. Close to restaurants and a 3 minute walk to beach. Light rail just across the road running down to Pacific Fair or up to Surfers. Mid stay clean not very thorough. Also at the price point would have been nice to have had a Nespresso machine or similar.

• Benoni (9/5): Perfect location and very comfortable for a stay, especially when needing the Event Centre - Amazing view of the beach. Located directly opposite the Gold Coast Convention Centre with a crossing. Clean, Fresh room with everything you need for the stay. Very comfortable beds. Receptionist on check-in was cold and unfriendly. Car parking is Very tight and very limited. Window/door seals need to be looked at as the wind whistles thru them which was annoying.

Apartments only serviced every 8 days or cost extra to have it done earlier. Not a dirty person but a change of towels & some more tea/coffee & milk would be nice every 3/4 days.

We loved the huge windows. The pool area was gorgeous and well maintained. Location was perfect and right next to the tram stop.

The bbq and pizza oven was out of action, no one told us and as a family we were on a budget and you rely on these parts of facilties, we were disappointed in that.

• Wen (9/5): Great location with great coffee, beach and shops.. - Location is great, close to Woolworths and restaurants. Short walk to the beach. We like the swimming pool and spa pool. Great coffee nearby (Elk Espresso and No Name Lane). We parked in the building but there is a tram station across the road. Missing one blanket but staff said they ran out it due to the busy season. The clothes line is a wee bit small for a family of 5 especially if you do alot of washing after swims. Then again, there is a dryer for towels.

Room clean and kitchen equipped with everything you need. Small laundry with washing machine and dryer. Reception staff lovely and helpful.

We had 180 degree views of Broadbeach. The room was a really good size. Friendly and helpful staff. Great outdoor/pool/play area. Second bedroom was on the smaller side. No bath.

• Wendy (8/5): Great location with Ocean views - Great location with ocean views and easy access to the Surf Parade restaurant strip , the beach and light rail. Bit noisy at the moment with building works next door but many building projects currently on the coast

Kitchen contained everything needed for self catering. Bed was King size and very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Floors needed a good vacuuming and windows to deck needed cleaning. Would have appreciated some instructions to operate the TV - 3 remote controls.

• Sophie (10/5): loved our stay, will definitely stay again! - loved out say at the Qube. its comfortable and staff are very friendly. the location is very good. it’s right opposite of the tram stop. I was going to call a cab when I got off the tram, then google map told me the resort was just across the road. What a surprise! the view was a amazing from our room, can see the beautiful ocean. the bed is super comfortable too, not too soft not too firm. the wifi is very fast too.

• Sandra (10/5): Breezy, modern, central beach appartment - Nice, modern apartment, reasonably well appointed, close restaurants, cafes, casino and Pacific Fair. After hours check-in was very slow - took a very long time (and more than one call) for the night service to respond and provide us access to keys. Dryer didn't work on the first day but a repairman was sent very promptly, we were given access to a dryer straight away and a new dryer was installed the following day - very efficient. The lounge furniture could do with a steam clean.

• Haining (9/5): Perfect for a conference - Loved the apartments, the pool & Spa, parking, the central location & the ease of access to the convention centre, the beach & the restaurants. Service by staff was fantastic & friendly We booked two apartments, for 8 people but they were 3 floors apart & we couldn't easily get between the two. We were there for a conference & needed to interact. The other frustrating thing was there were 4 beds but only 3 keys available.

• Tegan (9/5): Beautiful apartment, a little tricky to get into! - Gorgeous apartments, well worth the money, with an incredible view! We came after hours and no one was picking up the after hours phone (it was 5:15pm on a week night), but we spoke to someone on a mobile and eventually got our keys. Seems odd to close reception at 5pm…
