• Marly (4/5): - Bueno la habitación estaba cómoda Primero que les pedí un favor de un cepillo,para lavar el cargador de mi bebe y que no, aparte pregunte por el servicio de lavadora me negaron el servicio,sabiendo que viajaba con una bebe,cobran la luz aparte cuando eso deberían colocarlo ennla tarifa,no van con uno cliente a revisar el consumo,no tienen piscina cuando en la información colocan que hay piscina al aire libre,colocan un rollo pequeño de papel y uno va y pide y dicen que no lo regalan,deben de tener mas empata por lo menos con mas personas que viajamos con bebés pequeños

Ze doen er alles aan om je borg niet terug te betalen !!!! Ik heb de airco gemiddeld 4/5 uur gebruikt en 2 dagen niet maar toch zou ik 28000 pesos verbruikt hebben !! Uiteindelijk heb ik 80 dollar moeten betalen!!! Deze hotel is Ducassie suites hotel een echte oplichterij !!! Oplichting

• Jessica (7/5): NO VUELVO ALLÍ - Al llegar el saludo de bienvenida fue “ me dijiste que llegabas hace 40 minutos “ ante esas palabras respondí nunca te dije a que hora llegaría , reviso su celular y se dio cuenta que no era yo …. No hubo una disculpa … LA LUZ LA COBRAN POR APARTE , pero solo use el aire acondicionado de la habitación 2 noches y me cobro 25 dólares al reclamar fue muy poco gentil en su respuesta …. Atención son muchos apartamentos del mismo propietario y cuando reservas son unas fotos , cuando llegas te dan otro … corrí con suerte y me tocó en un apartamento sin cucarachas 🪳 , pero lastimosamente el recepcionista no fue nada agradable El recepcionista mal vestido con mala actitud y realmente 25 dólares de luz por dos noches. Ni en Europa los e pagado
• Fernanda (3/5): Pitoyable - En premier........après il y a aussi........a oui et..........et surtout.......... Tout, c'était la catastrophada, personnel bizarre et pas présent dans les situations les plus urgente, aucune assistance. Le gérant de l'hôtel et tres louche et pas du accueillant.piscine n'était pas nettoyer. Il devait y avoir des femmes de ménage mais je crois qu'elles se sont perdue. La kitchenette était a vomir, le frigo rouillé de partout et une odeur nauséabonde. La douche etait remplie de calcaire et de tartre. La pression du lavabo de la salle de bain on dirait un pipi de chat. Tout les jours, on avait au moins 8 heure sans électricité au salon, sans compter que l'établissement essaye de gratter l'argent du client en toute malhonnêteté, L'électricité n'était pas comprise et minimum 20 dollars en plus par jour, si il y avait une petite tache sur la serviette, on devait payer 10 dollards par serviette. Enfin pas claire du tout dans leur demarche. Sans oublier que l'établissement utilise plusieurs noms différents pour attirer des clients innocent car une fois l'expérience les clients ne reviennent plus. Je déconseille fortement. Plus jamais envie de vivre la même chose. Je pense pas du tout avoir tout dit car la liste et longue.

Pésimo servicio al cliente, sucio hasta la suciedad extrema tal cual fue mi mala experiencia que tuve que irme a pocas horas de haberme registro y mi hija no aguanto lo que encontró en el baño, es imperdonable encontrar cosas en el inodoro estando una habitación para ser usada por nuevos huéspedes, a parte del sucio en la manila de la ducha, me salio bastante frustante y encima con tal mal servicio y todo, no te devuelven el dinero siendo ellos los responsables ( ojo, se que seleccione la opción no reembolsable) porque pensé que no la necesitaba pero es la primera en mi vida que salgo de un hotel por sucio y pésimo servicio.. Ni dos horas dure fue una noche bastante frustrante...y ojo tome fotos

• Priyanka (3/5): Felt cheated - Nothing The property charged us about 100 dollars for electricity we did use the gas and light only at night and there was no chance the electricity bill for 5 nights for so high. Also the owner gave us a different apartment for the first two days even the flush wasn’t working the room had insects and the ceiling had water leaks, the staff turned off the phone when we complained they later shifted us to the apartment we actually booked which was in the picture above. Toiletries weren’t provide we had to fight to get even toilet tissues.

The showers are so bad, the water is direct from the sea so is with salt and you don’t have any access to clean water. The bathroom was dirty, full of sea salt residue

• Erika (1/5): Scam! Avoid this hotel at all costs! - Nothing. This place is a complete scam! We were tricked and ripped off—we paid for a room that looked nothing like the pictures. The reality was disgusting: the room had a terrible smell, and the facilities were in awful condition. There was no hot water, and to make things worse, the water was salty, straight from the sea—completely unusable! On top of this, we were forced to pay for electricity bills, which were not included, something that was never mentioned before booking. This is absolutely unacceptable. The staff, unfortunately, could do nothing because they were working for the scammer who runs this place. It’s clear that this is just a way to take people’s money without providing even the basic services.Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. It’s an absolute rip-off!
• Pedro (1/5): Bad - This place is a scam. The name does not exist. Its called Ducassi Suites. When I showed up, they wanted to charge double the price agreed on booking.com. I refused and was told to leave the property and find accommodation somewhere else! Several other people had the same experience. Dont waste your time!! This place should not be listed with booking.com!!

Please be informed: when you book this apartment called " punta beach bavaro hotel apartamentos" you are actually booking the hotel ducassi and you can see the reviews here on booking.com, and they're terrible. The address given is not correct so you won't find the hotel at 1st because it's not what they say it is. Bathroom was really dirty, They will try to charge you 100 USD as security deposit, some guests I've met at the hotel said they do not return this amount. We booked a room with breakfast included but we never had breakfast, they keep saying the receptionist on the next shift will give you a breakfast card but that never happened. Location is good, close to the beach but at night it's extremely noisy.

Now we know how it feels to be scammed - The pictures I booked three separate one bedroom apartments for 3 families travelling together, each had 1 bedroom +1living room for a total of 6 beds. But we were only provided with two apartments, 1 was 2 bedroom + 1 living room and the other was 1bed+ living for a total of 5 beds. After a lot of argument using google translate, he finally agreed to provide us with an airbed that we had to put in the already cramped living room. The sheet that he provided for the airbed was disgusting and had burnt hole right in the middle. Two familes had to share 1 apartment and we had no privacy. The posting also mentioned free crib but no cribs were provided. They also charged us $30 USD for electricity (15/apartment) although there was nothing such mentioned in the property policies We had the same issues on our first night stay in Punta Cana in the same building under a different hotel name(playa los corales). These people are scammers, they advertise using different names to trick people while the name on the building is completely different from what they advertise.

The breakfast was suppose to be free but ended up having to pay,,,SCAM it was very loud music pounding until early into the morning. the hidden contract upon arrival, had to pay 10usd per night for electricity .....another scam 20usd per day for sheets and towels....another scam These people WILL rip you off !!! and you will lose your deposit!!

The same person wanted to charge me an extra 40 USD for electricity, which I refused because it was not written in the reservation. I told him that I was only going to pay for what I used, which in the end was 4 USD (SCAMMERS). The apartment was very dirty and there were even COCKROACHES also very different from the booking pictures. I wrote to Riccardo, the manager, but he didn't do anything. Everything was a disaster.

• Ivan (10/5): It’s the best choice for that price. - Pros : huge apartments with balcony, kitchen, plates, cutlery and breakfast included.Also you gonna pay extra charge for electricity (AC) but theres lots of windows so there’s no need to use it all the time. • Simon (1/5): Highly disappointing - Location was very good. Breakfast choice was average. Being charged for air conditioning when at the time if booking this was included in the offer. We had to pay 20 dollars per day for air conditioning, (which was very poor) and had no choice as to whether we had aircon or not, despite there being a large electric fan in the room. The host, Riccardo, was just downright rude when we pointed this out, and we would not have continued to stay had it not been late in the day and we were only there for 2 nights His attitude completely ruined our view of the establishment. In addition the gas cooker was totally unsafe....it was very unclear where any of the burner knobs were at zero. To be certain we had to turn the gas off at the cannister under the cooker!!! We never really knew if the gas was off!!!

• Oksana (1/5): The most awful place we've ever stayed - Location is close to the beach, restaurants, shops The hotel was awful and miserable, stinky room, couldn't open the windows because of hot in day and very noisy till 2am. We asked for a room change but nobody care! Breakfast is scarce and very limited, eggs looks like someone already ate it, but pancakes 🥞 was good enough to eat. Hotel staff doesn't speak English, checking in and out was a real struggling. And on the top of everything we were forced to pay 100$ for AC use, which we had no idea about. Highly do not recommend staying in this awful place!!

• Zobaer (1/5): Worst experience, Scammed and felt like trapped - WIFI available I do travel a lot and dont provide negative feedback but this was my worst experience that's why took time to write it down so other guest aware of it - - Please let guest know that electricity has to be paid by guest, nothing was mentioned in the booking site or description and never informed me at check in. At the time of check out hotel says you have to pay electric bills for 4 days usage and I was completely surprised and than they over charged me $50 dollar for 4 days of electric bill for 1 room/1 AC ( is it possible?) , on top of it I was unaware and if I was aware at least would decreased the usage. Pls dont hide information and let guest know in advance as all guest are not accustomed to pay hotel electric bill. I felt like just they want to get all my deposits. - At the time of check in told me I have to pay total rent in cash with deposit. I have provided my credit card number at reservation you can charge but they refused so landed up to unexpected cash payments. - I stayed for 4 days and not a single day I received room cleaning service, towels. When I asked for it they told you have to let us know in advance and we will do at the check out day. - Under the bed cover of the mattress you can easily feel sands on the mattress, never cleaned the mattress just placed a new bed cover. - The soap they will provide is thin like a cracker and I am not laying. - Tap/ Shower Waters are salty - Booking site property name different than real, on the map it says Ducassi SPA and hotel. No signs exists with booking.com site property name - At the time of check in, two guests complained that they are facing, At the end of the trip I felt like I am trapped and Scammed with worst experience. I dont know what others felt but not a single line is a lie. I would not recommend it at all to any one so that their vacation does not get ruined like mine.
• Marine (6/5): Pleasant - cleanliness I felt cheated from the very first moment when the price was different during the online registration and they asked me once more on the spot. The breakfast was as mentioned but it was not mentioned anywhere where we should approach, the cleaning lady who met us said that we should have a card but no one gave it to us, in short the place was good and clean but those 2 facts are another new thing for me I was forced to go there because I have to stay in the city for a few more days, but I will find another place
