• Christoph (7/5): Trotz einiger Mängel ein toll gelegenes und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes + sauberes Appartement - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist optimal. Viele Sehenswürdugkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, für alles andere befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür und die U-Bahn 5 Minuten entfernt. Das Appartement ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Möbel, Bilder und Küche sind geschmackvoll aufeinander abgestimmt. Kompliment an den Innenarchitekten! Zum Betreten der Wohnung benötigt man einen Code der per W-LAN kommen soll. Vor der Wohnungstür gibt es aber kein W-LAN. Nur nach zahlreichen Versuchen und Wiederholungen gelang es uns in Begleitung von 2 Begleitern, die Informatik-Profis sind, nach und nach alle drei gesicherten Türen zu öffnen. Der Vermieter war nur online zu erreichen, aber ohne Internet ist das schwer möglich. Auch wenn die Wohnung perfekt eingerichtet ist, fehlt es an vielen elementaren Dingen, die man im Alltag dringend benötigt. Nur ein Spühlmaschienen-Tab für 5 Tage und das bei minimalen Geschirrvorräten, kein Salz, keine Gewürze. Wozu eine Küche, wenn man absolut alles einzeln für die 5 Tage kaufen muss. (Der nächste Supermarkt liegt nicht gleich nebenan!) Unser Hauptproblem war allerdings der Lärm. Rund um die Uhr Polizei- und Unfallwagensirenen und trotz geschlossener Fenster wurden wir alle mehrmals nachts davon aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Die Wohnung bräuchte dringend angemessene Fenster. Abschließend möchte ich aber festhalten, dass es ein lohnender Aufenthalt war, weil Rom eine tolle Stadt ist, das Appartement eine unübertreffliche Lage hat und besonders liebevoll eingerichtet ist.

• Anna (9/5): - Great and very comfortable apartment and location. Very nice for two couples traveling together. :-) I totally recommend for lovely stay in Rome! It was little difficult to operate with virtual key. You need permanent access to wifi or mobile network, which was not available in the building (lost connection because of think walls).

• Picolo (10/5): Apartamento excelente, localizado no coração de Roma. - A localização é ótima, bem no centro de Roma, perto dos principais pontos turísticos e de diversos restaurantes. A fechadura eletrônica funcionou muito bem e transmitia bastante segurança, porém era necessário gerar um código pelo aplicativo, o que tornava o processo um pouco complexo — embora as instruções fornecidas fossem excelentes.
• Margaret (10/5): Lovely modern apartment equiped with all amenities. Surrounded by convenience stores if you want to stay in and cook at - Unbelievably great location to all the sites of Rome with the Colosseum on your doorstep. Nothing to NOT like.
• Madeleine (7/5): Amazing location, lovely apartment but noisy - The location was amazing!! Very close to everything and easy to get around. Apartment was decorated nicely. Two bathrooms is also great when you have 2 couples sharing the apartment. It was clean and hosts were helpful when contacted. The locks which you have the option to remotely unlock through your phone didn’t work. It meant putting in a 10 digit code into 2 doors every time you wanted to come in. You also heard a lot of street noise in the apartment. This was probably the worst part of the apartment. It made it difficult to sleep some nights as the area was busy.

• Mills (8/5): - The location was very good and the apartment was clean and well appointed. The bedrooms were a good size and the bathrooms were functional. The living area was a good size and comfortable. It was difficult to initially enter the apartment. It's better to use the code provided than use your phone to unlock the second and third doors.

• Christopher (10/5): A fantastic place to stay on the heart of Rome! - Great proximity to so many sights; the forum, Colosseum, etc. Also close to a metro station. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property and would do so again. There was occasional road noise but overall no issues.
• Anonymous (8/5): Excellent location, but no basic amenities. - Location - I arrived approximately two hours before the designated check-in time and had been advised to notify management in case early access could be arranged. Despite reaching out, I received no response for several hours. At the scheduled check-in time, remote access was finally activated. In the meantime, my family and I had to wait with all our luggage, which was quite inconvenient. Unfortunately, there was no flexibility offered in this regard. - Upon arrival, the apartment was not stocked with basic amenities—there was no coffee or even a roll of toilet paper. This made for a rather unwelcoming experience after a long journey. - The apartment is quite noisy at night due to a restaurant located directly below.

• Bhavesh (10/5): Well maintained property at great locations - Excellent maintained property. Prompt response. Location. Right in middle of all attraction. You can walk, take bus . Come back in middle test and go again. No complains.
• Peter (8/5): Excellent clean apartment in a great location - The location was excellent - within 5 mins walk of the Colleseum. Many shops and restaurants around. The apartment is clean, light and spacious with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms so excellent for two couples. The entry system was pretty tortuous! There were three doors to get through. Entry to the inner doors did not work with mobile phones and involved keying in long numbers. One lock turned to the left to enter and one to the right. When we did gain entry and got the key to the outside door, we could not make it work and still had to use our phones. There was a lift which were not authorised to use and so had to drag cases up and down two flights of stairs. All in all, unnecessarily complex.
• Morley (2/5): Stressful. - When originally done up, clearly a lot of thought and effort had gone into the fittings and decorations. A good size and well appointed. It has been poorly maintained. Desperately in need of some TLC and a good clean. Sofas walls and furniture all marked and need proper professional clean or replacement. Lots of the contents like cafetière were either disgustingly dirty or cracked/broken. The worst is the entry system!! Very sophisticated- requires an app to effect entry. However with really poor phone reception success was very hit and miss. Twice we had to call out booking agency to help. Whilst it became a bit of a running joke it left us with a continuing concern that we would be locked out. Shame. Nice apartment but quite run down.

• Charity (5/5): Passable - Conveniently located 5 minutes from Colosseum and Roman Forum, 8 minutes by taxi to train station, close to restaurants and a grocery store. Nonstop noise, remote access didn't work upon arrival, going through 3 doors and 2 flights of stairs to get to apartment no basic amenities provided (no paper towels, 1 trash bag, 1 kitchen towel), dirty white couches.
• Sruthi (8/5): Location, location, location! - The location was ideal! Walk away from the colosseum and other great attractions. Spacious living space and surrounded by ace food options. Owners were kind enough to let us keep our bags at the property earlier than our check in time. It overlooks a busy side street which is noisy at night and we would have liked to have access to air conditioning that was advertised (there are units but the remotes were not available, owners explained that the weather was cold enough so we shouldn’t need it which felt a little disappointing).

• Clare (9/5): Superb - This was a beautifully decorated apartment with plenty of space for 3 friends travelling together. There were 2 bathrooms and plenty of wardrobe space. The location was perfect, a 5 minute stroll to the Colosseum and Forum, and comfortable walking distance to many other famous sites. The apartment is on the first floor, with no elevator access. Just something to bear in mind if travelling with a lot of luggage or if you have accessibility requirements.
• Kim (8/5): Nice apartment - Nice two bedroom apartment on first floor with comfortable beds and aircon in all rooms. 2 seperate bathrooms (one shower was very small). Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets close by. Notified apartment manager we only had 3 towels for 4 people over 2 days and no one bothered to drop another one in. So inconvenient! Also asked if we could extend checkout time by an hour as our plane was leaving late and they said no, even though they were not booked. A bit of street noise which is to be expected on a main road.

• A. (5/5): We expressed that our train was delayed. We had to pay the owner an extra 30 for late check in and was not allowed to ch - The location! Owner Shared apartment is on the first floor, however, one would need to walk several stairs to get to the first floor. No lift available, my mother with a knee problem had to walk up the stairs. We slept for two nights without air condition. My two children with asthma struggled with the heat. Kitchen window unable to lock for safety. Stains on the coach that was sticky. There was a roach on the kitchen table (please see photos). We will not return to this apartment.

• Ping (9/5): Good location, 2bed 2 bath, good for a family - Location is good, 5 minutes walk to Colosseum. The apartment has two bedroom and two bathroom, decorated nicely. Noise - the apartment sits on a main street, lots of restaurants nearby and I heard loud music at night. Service- We received a welcome kit in the bathroom -4 small bags of shampoo. For 3 ladies with long hair, it is definitely not enough. No conditioner was provided. I asked for more shampoo and was told to wait until it runs out. But when it runs out, I was told that no more shampoo will be provided. No paper towel in kitchen. No toilet tissue holder. But these are not big issues at all.
