• Esther (9/5): Muy recomendable. Limpio, y con todo lo necesario - Apartamento muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para poder estar bien. Facilitan toallas y todos los útiles básicos necesarios para estar. Buena instalación de calefacción Todo estupendo. Lo único que echamos un poco en falta fue una mesita pequeña en el espacio del salón-sofá para poder comer viendo la TV.

• Harriet (8/5): Good - Spacious rooms and facilities. Access to apartment through dark corridors and stairs made me paranoid. The block is so quiet you can hear a pin drop. The main gate was left open at times with no security at the entrance and gate opens easy once buzzer is placed hence I didnt feel safe. Shower cubicle is quite small for such spacious apartment. The host was mysterious i could have been dealing with AI

• Llorena (6/5): Apartamento ruidoso - Nos gustó mucho la ubicación del apartamento, ya que podíamos ir andando a todos los sitios de interés. La calefacción iba genial en el apartamento estuvo calentito los 4 días de alojamiento. Las anfitrionas fueron muy amables porque nos dejaron acceder antes de la hora al apartamento y el domingo y, aunque tuvimos que salir a las 10:00 de la mañana nos permitieron dejar las maletas en el alojamiento hasta la 13:30, para no tener que estar con ellas todo el día. Al acceder al edificio nos sorprendió lo antiguo y ( parecía, mal cuidado). El apartamento es para dos personas, pero habilitan el sofá cama para los niños. Lo que no me gustó fue que no hubiese separación de la cocina a la cama de los niños, por la noche había muchísimo ruido de la nevera, calentador...lo que hacía que el descanso no haya sido el mejor. También se oían muchísimos ruidos, motos, gente cantando...por la noche y no era agradable.

• Robert (9/5): - Lokal fajny, super wyposażony. Czysto i wygodnie. Brak parkingu. Parking miejski płatny przed kamienica na ulicy. Niestety zniszczyli nam auto. Uszkodzone lusterko, drzwi kierowcy, lewy błotnik. Oczywiście jak to Włosi, temat olany i tyle, dlatego jeżeli jedziesz swoim autem nie polecam.

• Christopher (10/5): Wonderful stay in Trastevere with hosts who went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. Cannot r - Great location in Trastevere, close to all the best restaurants! Anyone traveling to Rome should definitely stay here and not in the city center. We walked everywhere from here, pushing a baby stroller. It’s about a 25-30 min walk to main attractions like the Colosseum and Roman Forum. The Vatican and Rome Termini are little further but still walkable. We walked to both. Naima and Luca are absolutely amazing hosts. We got to meet Luca in person and he is awesome. Very funny guy and easy to get along with. We would definitely stay here again if we come back. Air conditioning works perfectly, and the elevator in the building is a huge plus for anyone with young kids. Cannot recommend it enough. Top notch hosts, great apartment, close to everything. TV only has local channels, so recommend bringing a chromecast or something similar if you want to stream anything. We used our iPad so it wasn’t a problem for us. No coffee table in the living room, but a bar area in the kitchen to eat at. The bar stools are also level, so we put two side by side in front of the couch and had a little area to eat dinner, share a bottle of wine, and relax after we put our 8 month old to bed. It was a great stay.

• David (9/5): Good location comfortable apartment. - Great location comfortable and well equipped. Even coffee pods for the coffee machine. Quiet during the day and nights. Good communication from hosts. We walked everywhere, though public transport (buses/trams) was near by.
• Nikole (9/5): Rita Apartment was in a great location, roomy, and had everything we needed. - It was a great location, walkable to sites, grocery store, and park. The flat was huge with everything we needed to be comfortable. We walked everywhere we needed to go, and only took public transportation to/from the train. We liked everything but it got a little loud at times, we arrived on a Saturday evening, but overall it was quiet - I didn't have to use earplugs!

• Katty (8/5): Wonderful location, enjoyed the Italian lifestyle, plenty of restaurants within walking distance!! - The entire process was easy and the host was responsive and we had no problems. The bedroom had a nice size bed and to our surprise the bed was quite comfortable. My husband is very tall and struggles to find beds that support his size and back support, this one did the job. The apartment was in a great location. 3 min walk from Bar II Siciliano coffee shop (highly recommend), playground right across from cafe for kids to play, open air market in same plaza. The shower had a drainage problem. Not a big deal for males but ladies, if you have to wash your hair...it's gonna be tricky. I would have enjoyed maybe 2-3 extra pillows available if needed.
• Rachel (9/5): Clean, comfortable, well located - The apartment was clean and had a spacious living area, more than we needed probably! Since we were just two people we did not need the fold-out couch. Bed was comfy, and there was a sizable closet. Host was responsive. We appreciated having the washing machine because we packed so light we needed to do laundry at this point in our travels. The neighborhood was fantastic and we could walk everywhere. The shower was the only notable disappointment. The shower head will not stay in position, so you had to hold it if you wanted it pointed at you. It was also not particularly hot. The lift broke while we were there, which was not a problem for us but if you had mobility issues it would have been tricky. But it was a really great apartment otherwise.

• Luther (9/5): Great location and apartment, quiet area near everything you need - Great location, comfortable bed and sofa bed. Good wifi. Good kitchen facilities, full size fridge. Quiet area even though close to everything. While there is a small counter bench and four stools, it is uncomfortable to eat at as the counter is very high and thin. As others have mentioned, need a small dining table and chairs, as well as some small side tables to place coffee cups.

• Stephen (7/5): A dining table would raise the property to an 8 or 9 - Great location and contrary to other reports we found it quiet at night. Bathroom and bedroom were great and the kitchen had all the accessories you need except maybe an oven tray, As mentioned by others the fridge is noisy but you get used to it. The main issue is dining, If generally eating out the breakfast bar in kitchen is fine. If mostly eating in you really need a table and its a shame as there is room for one in the lounge.
